Aunque las instalaciones han quedado un poco antiguas ya, el servicio y el desayuno sigue siendo acorde a 4*. Lo más negativo fue el olor a tabaco en la habitación. Parece que el huésped anterior había fumado en la habitación y no la habían ventilado adecuadamente.

Terrible location. Poor service. Restaurant closes Friday Saturday and Sunday. Never heard of that. Same menu every day. It says soupe of the day, but it should be SOUPE OF THE WEEK, the staff doesn’t make you sign in so they overcharge you for restaurant and bar service. This hotel maybe Ok for overnight group guests

Salimos muy temprano de Malaga y llegamos al hotel 15 hs. No pudimos acceder al garage hasta que bajamos a hacer el check inn y pagamos la estadia antes. Teniamos pagado para ver semifinales de Roland Garros por pay per view y no pudimos conectarnos, tampoco el futbol de la noche. Tuvimos que salir a verlo en un bar. Nos dijeron que al dia siguiente nos darian una red movil y tampoco logramos conectarnos. La limpieza en general dejaba mucho que desear. Es una lastima que por tan poca cosa tenga que calificarlos mal ya que las instalaciones y el desayuno son buenas.

Great rooms. Unfortunately there is no/little bar service, the same staff have to work the restaurant and then serve drinks at the bar. No olives/nuts with drinks in the evening. Reception staff seem a bit bored.

La habitación era para tres personas y sólo teníamos toallas para dos. En el bar de la habitación no había agua y lo q había era solo para dos personas. Por otro lado el motor del aire acondicionado de la habitación de arriba hacia mucho ruido y no permitía un buen descanso. Tampoco lo permitía el no poder bajar todas las persianas por estar algunas rotas y entrar a la mañana mucha luz. No estaba sucio pero el baño podía haber estado bastante mejor, sobre todo la zona de la ducha.Es la segunda vez q estoy en este hotel, hace un mes cuando me alojé fue agradable la estancia. Esta vez he pagado por algo que no nos han ofrecido

The hotel staff is very kind and professional. The room was incredibly spacious for the four of us. The breakfast was very good as well. The hotel is right off the highway, so you can get to the center of Madrid and to the airport within 30 to 35 minutes depending if traffic. It is an easy ride to both areas. There are places to go shopping and dining close to the hotel. I would recommend it.

Arrivée en pleine canicule dans une chambre sans climatisation nous avons dû changer de chambre a 2h du matin …. En plus même dans une chambre où la climatisation fonctionne il n’est pas possible de dormir parce que cet hôtel est situé en bordure d’autoroute avec un bruit permanent de voitures qui roulent. Nous avions pris 2 nuits et n’y avons passé qu’une seule tant le bruit était insupportable.

Arriving close to midnight there is one thing you expect from a hotel - a good night sleep. This is what I exactly did not get. But, I am maybe the wrong kind of guest. The hotel is perfect, I am sure, if the best you know is to count cars. This is however not my hobby. Getting a room approx 10m from a great highway towards Madrid is bad, when the room in addition does not have sound proof windows, it seems like trucks are going through the room every 30 sek. throughout the night. I can really not imagine why they give such a room to anyone - well besides those who wants to count cars. The only thing I can imagine I did wrong (to deserve this punishment) was booking through a provider (not directly) meaning as a guest, I am not important to the hotel.

La recepcionista nos llamó a la habitación nada más entrar para darnos la bienvenida al hotel!! Una pasada!! Nunca nos hemos sentido tan bien recibidos en un hotel antes, un 10 por vuestro servicio!! Incluso llegamos a necesitar un cable HDMI para conectar la tablet y ver pelis en la TV y nos lo facilitaron sin problemas, reservar en este hotel es de las mejores opciones que puedes hacer en tu viaje!!!

La recepcionista nos llamó a la habitación nada más entrar para darnos la bienvenida al hotel!! Una pasada!! Nunca nos hemos sentido tan bien recibidos en un hotel antes, un 10 por vuestro servicio!! En general bien, pero las camas no eran comodas, me a provocado dolores por lo duras que son, por la distancia al centro pense que que no estaba muy lejos pero menos mal que hibamos con coche sino nos ubieramos dejado una pasta en trasporte público.

El desayuno fue excelente y lo más que nos gustó por su gran variedad. Ahora si, es mejor pagarlo directo en el hotel que a través de la página online ya que sale más económico. El cuarto muy cómodo. Las personas muy amables. Solo una pintura en los alrededores de afuera y ya! El tren queda a 10 minutos a pie o sea que el Uber se utiliza bastante.

Las habitaciones tienen una gran sala de estar, escritorio en otro sector, dos closets, balcón y baño espacioso con dos lavamanos. La limpieza perfecta, más aún, felicité al personal del aseo, ya que en los 3 días que estuvimos, nunca se sintió ningún ruido, ni molestias por los horarios, ni golpes en la puertas, nada! Al volver por la tarde siempre estaba todo impecable. El desayuno era muy bueno, había todo lo necesario, suficiente para todos y hasta las 11 de la mañana. El personal muy atento. Por los alrededores no hay nada donde comprar ni comer, por lo que recomiendan una pizzería cercana para pedir por delivery y entregan en las habitaciones directamente. El Hotel está como a media hora en auto del centro de Madrid, pero también se puede tomar el tren en la estación Las Matas hasta El Sol que está a una cuadra de la Plaza Mayor, el ticket por dos días tenía un valor de 10 euros y, el auto se puede dejar en el estacionamiento de Renfe (tren) al lado de la estación por un valor de 1.30 euros por el día. Para nosotros fue una excelente estadía. Muy buen Hotel y excelente todo el personal. Felicitaciones !!

The hotel staff is very kind and professional. The room was incredibly spacious for the four of us. The breakfast was very good as well. The hotel is right off the highway, so you can get to the center of Madrid and to the airport within 30 to 35 minutes depending if traffic. It is an easy ride to both areas. There are places to go shopping and dining close to the hotel. I would recommend it.

Terrible location. Poor service. Restaurant closes Friday Saturday and Sunday. Never heard of that. Same menu every day. It says soupe of the day, but it should be SOUPE OF THE WEEK, the staff doesn’t make you sign in so they overcharge you for restaurant and bar service. This hotel maybe Ok for overnight group guests

Great rooms. Unfortunately there is no/little bar service, the same staff have to work the restaurant and then serve drinks at the bar. No olives/nuts with drinks in the evening. Reception staff seem a bit bored.

We stayed in quadropil fam room, it has a passing door to the other room, there it was no isolorion for noise. İt is a 4star hotel but no slipper was available,this is interesting to me (not sure if this is a rule) , I got the answer of saying that they provide slippers only for members in gold loyalty program

The service was great specially Viktoria in the reception was very kind and diligent. The room had great space for 3 people, apartment like, great bed pillows and space distribution. Well located. Very recommended.
