It's awkward not being able to park near the door. (It rained and we had to walk from the street up the driveway to the back of the property to enter the door.) And there are *so many* steps and doors to open to get to where you need to be - without much space to do it. There isn't a kitchen or a living room - so don't plan on eating there or having a nice night in. The shower curtain to the tub looks like it's been used quite a bit, with pink staining around the bottom. It made me feel like I was taking a shower in an old school gym - or like an old hospital. That being said, the property has a lot of character, and it was kinda cool staying in such an old place.

Once my friend and I got over the shock of having to go up several narrow steps to get to the apartment, the place was good, the only complaint being that the shower/tub was just a bit high to step into. The beds were very comfortable and the location could not be more convenient. It was literally down the street from the Cincinnati Observatory and a very short drive to Coffee Emporium (the best coffee shop in Cincinnati), along with other neighborhoods and restaurants.

The property is in an excellent location! The place was very clean with very comfortable beds and pillows! The only thing missing was toilet paper and a blow dryer which I would recommend you have there!

Pet friendly. Very gracious and accommodating host. Loved the Hyde Park area. Close park to walk dog. Comfortable bed. Very clean and kept up well. Quiet.

Nice air-bnb in the Hyde Park area. It is on the second floor and has a narrow stairwell. Rooms are nicely furnished with a partial kitchen. It would be nice to have more seating like a small dining table in the foyer near the landing & kitchen area. Location is great with many restaurants and attractions within a 10-15 minute radius. It was cold when we first arrived, but the portable space heaters did warm things up within 2-3 hours.
