Great location, quite, super access to so much in the city. Fantastic facilities, our junior suite was impeccable. Generally, very good service, especially at the bar and the restaurant; the valet was not up to par, the attitude has no place in hospitality.

The beds are really uncomfortables. The Gym too small with broken machines. Frankly it’s not like Sofitel international standard. Had better experience in others Sofitel’s in others countries.

Great location and wonderfully hospitable staff that were very obliging. Particularly enjoyed the buffet breakfast which was exceptional. Sadly a few things didn't meet expectations: very poor wifi signal that regularly dropped out across multiple devices in multiple places in the hotel. The gym equipment was very limited and what was available was broken. Our rooms air conditioner was broken which meant we needed to move rooms. The staff were very good about this.

Très bel hôtel, confortable, bon accueil et très belles chambres. Les chiens ont été vraiment bien accueillis. Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de faire un tour dans la salle de sport, ni au spa. Mais avons passé une soirée au bar. Le choix boissons est très large. La qualité des thés et des bières est au-dessus de la moyenne. Ce sont de très bons choix! L'ECO-responsabilité est à améliorer.

The stay was very nice. Sofitel Europe is still the best place to stay when you have EU meetings next door. The staff was always nice and helpful. A highlight of the room was the large and long bed, as well as the roomy bathroom. The breakfast was very much to my liking, especially after we rediscovered the omlett station.

Très mauvais matelas. Chambre spacieuse mais extrêmement chaude en décembre ! Il a fallu mettre la clime pour obtenir une température acceptable. Des petites lampes qui restent faiblement allumées même quand on étend tout. Réveillé tout le matin par les femmes de ménage.

Wonderful hotel with amazing staff. Jose in the front desk. Benjamin in the concierge, Jimmy in the restaurant. more names that I can not remember. Certainly a wonderful hotel ! Hotel is not in the touristy zone, and more on European quarter, I would say more suited for business stay, but I was travelling with a 12 year old and it suited so well as it was slightly away from the Hussle and bustle of crowded parts. In front of hotel there is a square with good options for food and a Sunday market. Leopold opposing the hotel and wonderful stroll and must see in Brussels. We certainly loved staying here. Thank you!

Hotel is nice but staff very unwelcoming. We arrived at 10 am after over 12 hours travel and asked to get our rooms earlier. I never heard in my life such things, especially when you pay premium for 5 star hotel, I called Manager to complain with hope to find solution and she in the same "Robotic" manner with same "Million Dollar" smile told me that unfortunately they can't help me... We also were hungry, went to their restaurant in hotel to take breakfast (at 10:40 am) and they told us restaurant is closed. Breakfast till 10:30 am only and lunch only after 12 pm. When we asked where can we eat the answer was " I don't know" Hotel looks pretty clean and modern but don't expect any friendly welcoming approach by the staff. The attitude there is check in, check out and get lost... I was in Brussels many times and there is so many great hotels in the area. I don't see myself coming to this hotel back again.

Great location, quite, super access to so much in the city. Fantastic facilities, our junior suite was impeccable. Generally, very good service, especially at the bar and the restaurant; the valet was not up to par, the attitude has no place in hospitality.

Very friendly staff. Anthony, Restaurant Manager, was excellent. Only issue on NYE was that I had called from the UK to book dinner and it was not communicated to the restaurant. On arrival, we were told that there was no booking but that they would fit us in. I called again hours before the booking and was told by the same woman that the booking was confirmed. When I went to the restaurant, again we were told that there was no booking on NYE but luckily Anthony fit us in. I found this to be very unprofessional and incompetent on part of the woman who I had spoken to on the phone. Luckily Anthony was excellent and gave us a nice table.

Hello, The room was fine, not a 5 rating but fine. Staff was top! But to charge 70euros for an early check in when you have availability on the room I’m to stay in is the first time ever for me. Especially surprising for a five star establishment. Thanks

Wonderful hotel with amazing staff. Jose in the front desk. Benjamin in the concierge, Jimmy in the restaurant. more names that I can not remember. Certainly a wonderful hotel ! Hotel is not in the touristy zone, and more on European quarter, I would say more suited for business stay, but I was travelling with a 12 year old and it suited so well as it was slightly away from the Hussle and bustle of crowded parts. In front of hotel there is a square with good options for food and a Sunday market. Leopold opposing the hotel and wonderful stroll and must see in Brussels. We certainly loved staying here. Thank you!

Staff were excellent, hotel is amazing, close ish to almost everything. It's mostly close to EU institutions though so you would have to walk a bit (30 mins) to get somewhere where you can do sightseeing and get good food. So really depends on what you are there for.

Amazing hotel in the business district. We stayed for a couples break in Brussels. Hotel and staff were all wonderful and helpful. Hotel is classic Sofitel. Location is on a small square with many local bars and resturants. Its around 30 minutes walk into the city centre.

The stay was very nice. Sofitel Europe is still the best place to stay when you have EU meetings next door. The staff was always nice and helpful. A highlight of the room was the large and long bed, as well as the roomy bathroom. The breakfast was very much to my liking, especially after we rediscovered the omlett station.

Great location and wonderfully hospitable staff that were very obliging. Particularly enjoyed the buffet breakfast which was exceptional. Sadly a few things didn't meet expectations: very poor wifi signal that regularly dropped out across multiple devices in multiple places in the hotel. The gym equipment was very limited and what was available was broken. Our rooms air conditioner was broken which meant we needed to move rooms. The staff were very good about this.

Pas de carafe d’eau à la réception en agrément. Boutique Neuhaus dans l’hôtel pas reliée aux autres boutiques et donc au compte fidélité assez déceptif. Service petit déjeuner agréable, bon mais ne vaut pas les 40 euros. Clairement pas les standards du 5 étoiles.

The moment we walked in, I felt like royalty with superior best-in-class service. The Sofitel in Brussels is charming with a beautiful rooftop bar and indoor courtyard sitting area. It was extra special since we were awarded as “Guest of the Day” which made our first time visit to Brussels, Belgium that much special. Our room was close to the hotel elevator and facing the Jourdan Square. The hotel room is spacious and very clean and comfortable.

Très bel hôtel, confortable, bon accueil et très belles chambres. Les chiens ont été vraiment bien accueillis. Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de faire un tour dans la salle de sport, ni au spa. Mais avons passé une soirée au bar. Le choix boissons est très large. La qualité des thés et des bières est au-dessus de la moyenne. Ce sont de très bons choix! L'ECO-responsabilité est à améliorer.

Two major flaws, unfortunately: 1. The rooms facing the square are unfortunately not sufficiently sound insulated. You'd hear the garbage trucks & the pavements being pressure washed a dawn, and loud music and bar noises in the evening. Three star chains with rooms facing airport runways do a better job installing triple/quadruple glazing. Somewhat disappointed to see that nobody at Sofitel thought about this. Eventually changed rooms and settled for a smaller one with a rather underwhelming inner courtyard view just to be able to sleep. 2. There, I had to find out that the AC cannot be switched off. No matter the setting you chose, air just keeps blasting. Not a bug, but a feature apparently - as told when I inquired. Everything else was perfect, but those two building planning shortcomings would make me chose a different hotel for my next trip in Brussels.

Very lovely hotel on a beautiful neighborhood square with lots of restaurants. Sunday morning market was nice to walk around. Our room was very clean, comfortable temperature and quiet. Turn down service was exceptional- even had chamomile tea for us! Thank you!
