FORTH Hotel Atlanta

This hotel is new and hip. However guests should know before they go that this is also a membership hotel so guests are not given any priority in access to areas of the hotel, especially not the pool. The staff were incredibly overwhelmed and sadly rude as they told us that we would have no where to sit and that pool chairs were by reservation only. Service required going to the bar. We chose the hotel based on having a pool and were sadly disappointed by the lack of guest access to the amenities.

The hotel offers amazing views overlooking the pool and delivers a clean, sophisticated atmosphere throughout. The quality of the linens and the well-stocked mini bar added a luxurious touch to the stay. While the parking situation was a bit chaotic, they do offer valet service which helps. There’s also plenty to do in the surrounding area, making it a convenient and enjoyable location overall.

Stayed at Forth Hotel for a quick weekend away to relax. This hotel exceeded our expectations. The amenities are great. The gym, Pilates/yoga classes, Steam room and sauna were exactly what we wanted. I would recommend to book ahead for a massage, this is not a walk-in service. We didn't get to spend much time at the pool since we hit a rainy weekend, but the time we did get to sit out, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was nice, clean and spacious. We absolutely will be coming back! PS easy to walk to food and shopping or 15min car ride to most of the highly rated restaurants in Atlanta. The hotel also has great food options. (Burger and fries at the pool were delicious!)

Excellent location, exceptional fitness center with yoga, Pilates and other fitness classes. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend at this hotel. I cannot recommend it enough. It’s top notch, a 10/10.

Beautiful property! The resturant Elecktra was delicious. The gym was gorgeous! The pool area was a dream! I have a very comfortable and lovely stay! Its right on the beltline which is close to shopping and resturants along with a beautiful area to get some excercise!

The Forth Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The Studio was modern, clean with wonderfully fluffy bath towels and beautiful linens. The ice cold bottles of fresh filtered water was a real treat. Every amenity was provided! The restaurants were great and the staff were very customer centric. The two floor Fitness Center complete with a sauna and cold plunge was one of the best I've experienced in any hotel. Thank you!

Spent my birthday here. No special treatment but the hotel itself is really nice. Loved the wellness/fitness center.

Reception was great and we upgraded to a corner room with the soaking tub. The team comped' us a bottle of champagne in the room for this birthday get away. We use all facilities including the restaurants, pool and rooftop which were all great.

Beautiful property, great location on the beltline, but they market these awesome amenities but they are extremely inaccessible! You can’t just go up to the pool you have to make a reservation like the pool?! But keep in mind Forth club members and locals can go to the pool too and the seats are limited and reserved for 2.5 hrs so the best part of a hotel pool is leisure and relaxing. Nope you have to reserve like you’re at the club. But the pool was closed the evening before and the late checkout morning I left so of my weekend stay I got 2 hrs of this beautiful space. Next is Moonlight beautiful rooftop. Reservations to the rooftop of the building you’ve paid hundreds of dollars a night for, nope can’t go there either without a reservation months in advance. They don’t do waitlists on weekends. And walk ins..we waited 48min exact just stayed in the lobby restaurant which is still great just not the same vibe. My biggest qualm was that before booking I specifically asked about access to these spots and the women said oh you’ll be fine you’re a guest at the hotel. When in fact the hotel guests who are only there for a few days, are absolutely last priority. So, while a beauuutiful cool hotel, they are hotel guests focused for experience and unless you’re able to make reservation weeks or months in advance, plan your rooftop outings somewhere else in the city. I can say thought the at staff was nice about it, it’s not their fault. And they were apologetic about my experience

I had the absolute best day at Forth Hotel. This was my very first trip to Atlanta so I wanted it to be memorable. When I saw that this was a brand new hotel, I got excited because newer simply means fresh and exciting. I was even able to upgrade my room to one of the studio suites which I highly recommend for anyone who is staying longer than three nights. I was there for about six days. This hotel over, met my expectations in many ways from the staff, to the cleanliness, to the atmosphere. 10 out of 10 will definitely be coming back every time I come to Atlanta!!!

Hotel is beautiful and location by Prince Market and 12 mins from Aquarium and Coca Cola was fantastic. Was impressed with amenities and set up. Room did not have hot water, bed sheets were not tucked in, bathroom floor was a bit dirty and hair in shower. Bath products, towels and robes were lovely. Hotel was well insulated from sound. Drapes had some gaps that let light in. The pool was lovely. The restaurant was lackluster. If you eat outside the fans will not keep you cool. The service was underwhelming given the cost. We had to request everything and wait each time especially for pita bread. A party of 9 we were given 2 at a time. It started to rain and wait staff did nothing to assist us getting out of the rain. The hotel has complimentary carafes of water in your room and you can request ice, which we did, but it never arrived. Little things that should not deter you from staying.

Very well maintained property with beautiful clean rooms, nice products and amenities. The restaurants also have great food.

The hotel was beautiful. The food was great although for us, not many options to choose from based on what we eat. But we still enjoyed it. Staff was on point. Our only observation that needed improvement was housekeeping and the turn down service in the evening. Housekeeping did good but we didn't know to call in room dining to pick up the table so housekeeping just left it -they didn't call or try to remove it even though it was pretty clear we were done with the food. Then the turn down service wasn't really that. They came the first night and left one piece of small chocolate on the bed and left. No turn down at all. Second night they came about 9pm with a continous knock on the door and handed us ice and again one piece of chocolate. It was quite hilarious because we were already in bed but still they weren't trying to come in and turn down the covers or anything and what were we going to do with a big bag of ice at 9pm? But other than that it was really nice and we will go back. I did sort of hoped they had recognized our special occasion but they didn't. Which is okay but most top notch hotels do recognize you by way of chocolates or champagne when you have shared why you are there. But Matthew the guy who checked us in was really nice and did say Happy Anniversary so kudos to Matthew.

Clean room, moody aesthetic hotel

The property was clean and very nice. The staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service.

Lovely hotel. Decoration was top notch. Le labo bath products in the bathroom were astonishing. Cleanliness and even the smell of the hotel was delightful. One of the best properties I have had the pleasure of staying in!

Very nice property. We loved the room but the strange part is that there were no comfortable chairs to sit inside the room. The room was a Big Space, great view and large TV, but where there should be a couple of sitting chairs was an empty space that looked odd and also enjoying a city view, a little TV or just reading required laying or sitting in bed?????

Modern Hotel and nice . The rooms are small when you have 2 luggage's and no where to sit but the bed .

The hotel is beautiful and staff was very helpful. The room was a little warm and I wasn’t able to adjust the temp - maybe user (me) error. It was also odd that I had a charge for a breakfast item but did not order anything. I only made coffee in my room. By the time I realized it, I decided it was minimal and not worth my time to follow-up.

The hotel is lovely but our king size bed was in terrible condition. We could sleep maybe for a few hours before we awoke with nasty back aches.

Stunning interior. Gorgeous view of ATL/PCM from our window. Bed was probably the comfiest hotel bed I’ve slept on. Walked across the street and was right in the middle of the beltline. So convenient- didn’t need a car. Food was 10/10 from all restaurants/bars on site. Staff were all so kind and attentive. Definitely recommend if you’re a local looking for a staycation or coming from out of town.

After moving to a 3rd room due to noise the service desk ( Kali F.) called to ask if I was happy with my room and if not I could have a refund if I wanted to leave, I agreed to the refund for the stay. Now the Forth team is not responding to emails and Hotels.com shared they haven’t received a request for a refund- I’ve been scammed. The pictures from the hotel seem country chic, but it’s more 90’s Abercrombie store ( not in a good way) or man cave with a woman’s touch. It’s dim throughout the building ( the lobby and the rooms needed to be swept, the lighting helps hide this) , there’s a overbearing cologne smell throughout, room’s near the ground you can hear the exhaust from cars driving by and music from several restaurants. The experience felt chaotic and now being refused the refund I was offered, awful.

Room service closes too early, very limited menu at pool and room service. Out of beer 2 days straight. TV did not work in room 3 out of 4 of our days there. Great location, friendly staff, relaxing environment. Valet charge is 50.00 per night which is crazy.

New modern hotel, very chic, with nice amenities but restaurant service was poor and food just ok; coffee and pastries in lobby bar were very good and rooftop bar was very nice. We had a problem in our room and the staff was not responsive in a timely or appropriate manner. Front desk staff were friendly and tried to be helpful but management dropped the ball.

Property was excellent. Staff friendly, professional, and helpful. One huge comsint and inconvenience was a horrible some that was in the room the entire time. We alerted staff and absolutely nothing was done. A technician came once said he would be right back and we are still waiting,....it was a friend's birthday who was also pregnant and could not keep anything down because of the smell of our room. I expected much better! Even a room change!

The wait staff seemed overwhelmed, the food was cold, and service was quite slow. On a more positive note, our dinner experience downstairs was completely different—much better service and overall atmosphere. It seems the service industry in Atlanta is facing challenges, but there’s definitely room for improvement here.

I really wanted to love this place - but given what they’re branding themselves as and what they expect you to pay for - they’re not quite there yet. The service and ambiance are excellent!! What downgraded the review for me are 1) the lack of comfort in the room (beds and especially pillows were terrible, bathroom small, towels scratchy) and then 2) several miscommunications (1st about room service menu, 2nd about housekeeping, 3rd about making reservations for in-house dining, and the 4th about the pool). All in all - it was fine and we enjoyed our weekend very much - but this place didn’t blow me away like I expected based on some of the other reviews. And FYSA: if you’re going for the pool - MAKE RESERVATIONS FOR THE CHAIRS!! The pool was so busy, we didn’t know we needed reservations - the entire pool “process” was confusing, awkward, and then disappointing for us - so please learn from me and get clarification on day ONE to secure a nice time at the pool for yourself!!!

Amazing staff and great property.

We had a great stay at The Forth. The staff, including Brandon and Mack at Valet and David the Bellboy, were always so helpful and friendly. We have stayed at numerous luxurious hotels but The Forth tops them all. It is rare to find a hotel of this caliber that doesn’t feel snobbish. My husband enjoyed the beautiful coffee shop each day. We also visited Elektra on the roof and the staff was so accommodating. We will return!

Overall the hotel is nice but there are not a lot of restaurants in the immediate vicinity without walking up to belt-line. The rooms are a bit small but nice and would say price value isn’t quite worth the cost overall.

One of the nicest hotels I have stayed at in Atlanta. Loved the room, pool, gym, and Moonlight rooftop. Location on the Beltline in the Old Fourth Ward is second to none.

This place is impeccable! The staff, rooms, service, and food are all on a five star level. The hotel is in a perfect location. You can walk just a few feet to endless dining choices through a beautiful safe park. I will definitely be returning to this hotel.

FORTH Hotel was excellent and we really enjoyed our anniversary stay. The customer service is top notch which really elevates the experience and makes this hotel really stand out. I would stay here again because the service is just impeccable and the location can’t be better. The restaurants are also so good, you really don’t need to leave the property if you don’t want to. Loved my stay here. Did a mini staycation and it was perfect. Loved the rooftop pool and the various restaurants throughout the hotel. Really didn’t even have to leave the property. Everything was there! Will definitely stay there again

The stay was amazing! We upgraded our room to the plaza view and it was so worth it. We ate at Il Premio and had drinks at Moonlight. Service and food were amazing. My favorite part of the experience was the custom scent that fills the arm. I literally wanted to bottle it up and take it home.

It was a beautiful property the only thing that was different for me was the room service was not on time and the drinks were very expensive it is $74 for two drinks and one shot and that was extreme for me

Absolutely beautiful hotel and amenities and an even more perfect location! Hotel staff is friendly and helpful! Restaurant connected to the hotel is good too! The only issue I guess I would say is the restaurant staff needs a little work, you aren’t welcomed when you walk in and kind of left to figure it out on your own. I didn’t know if I sit down to order food or order at the counter! A nice welcome when guests walked in would be a world of a difference! I would still recommend staying here though and would definitely stay again!

Food service was slow and marginal at best. The servers appeared to be working at an extremely slow pace. Food quality could be better.
