Property was good, parking fabulous and location to beach excellent. Only a short drive to Margaret River. The only downfalls was the terrible internet service and the shower. Absolutely no water pressure and shower head was very awkwardly placed at the end of the bath. Not great for tall people, our son couldnt fit under it. Overall not bad.

This property is located in a beautiful, quiet area outside of the Margaret River township, near the famous Margaret River beaches. It and other properties in the area blend in well with the surrounding landscape. The beaches are lovely. The property manager was very welcoming, friendly and professional. We were upgraded from a studio room to a large 2-bedroom apartment, complete with washing machine and dryer which we took advantage of. There is a tavern right next to the accommodation, which serves yummy food and drinks. Very handy. Highly recommended.

We had a beautiful 2 Bedroom apt with a sea view. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils etc we needed so we could have breakfasts and snacks (we didn't cook but could have if we wanted). The onsite bar and restaurant was great and it was located in walking distance to the beach. The views from the room were unbeatable. It is located a little out of the main town so you definitely need a car but onsite parking was easy. I would definitely recommend Margaret's for an extend stay especially if you are a family or need a bit more room.

Amazing location, walking distance to beautiful beach . The Common Bistro made the stay easy and enjoyable. Staff were very friendly. Stains on the towels were off putting. It was disappointing that someone was always smoking near our balcony.

The place was nice enough, clean and tidy. We were there for one night. Would have preferred a better lock on the front door, a button lock didn’t feel like the most secure. The bath was nice and the proximity to the beach lovey.

Beds are the worst beds I have ever slept on, could hardly sleep they were so hard and pillows also. We had friends staying the the resort at the same time and there’s were the same. Definitely need to update the beds and pillows.

Great place near the beach. Best for families (not great for couples due to family noise from other guests). Good restaurant for dinner (breakfast is offered at the beach which is a 5 min walk). Staff accommodated all requests.

The best I can say is that this resort was clean, comfortable and quiet. As a 'resort' I'd call it adequate rather than idyllic, and certainly not in a luxury category. For UK travellers I'd liken it to a 'Butlin's-lite'. An annoyance, however, which overshadowed our entire stay, was their overly eager accounting policy which tried to charge my credit card with which that I made the reservation - at 7 in the morning before I arrived at 3pm that afternoon - but without the CVV code the charge was denied, the attempt was considered suspect by my bank and my card was then blocked from my use for several days while I tried to sort it out on multiple long distance calls. (Try arriving on holiday half way around the world with a suddenly blocked credit card!). Very inconvenient, time-consuming, unnecessary and unapologetic. Never had any hotel anywhere in the world try to pull that. Bet, hey-ho,their business practice is their decision just as it is my right to report the fact of the event here for the awareness of others, and declare that as being sharp practice.

We had a beautiful 2 Bedroom apt with a sea view. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils etc we needed so we could have breakfasts and snacks (we didn't cook but could have if we wanted). The onsite bar and restaurant was great and it was located in walking distance to the beach. The views from the room were unbeatable. It is located a little out of the main town so you definitely need a car but onsite parking was easy. I would definitely recommend Margaret's for an extend stay especially if you are a family or need a bit more room.

Great place near the beach. Best for families (not great for couples due to family noise from other guests). Good restaurant for dinner (breakfast is offered at the beach which is a 5 min walk). Staff accommodated all requests.

Old worn down condos with no view. Advertising photos suggested it was beachfront with great ocean views. Nothing could be further from the truth. The views were of the sides of other condos. It was 1/2 mile drive to the breakfast restaurant and beach. Unfortunately it is one of the only properties available so there is no incentive to improve it.

This property offered great value for money and I loved the fact that there was a small cooktop in the room if I wanted to cook. We headed down to The Common during happy hour and had a great meal and even better with half price kids meals.

Margarets Beach Resort is the place to stay when visiting Margaret River. Great location. Great rooms. Overall a really good set up. We ate and drank at The Common both nights we stayed. Great food. Good bar. We were luck to watch a fantastic blue inspired band play at the bar (Howling Onshore) on the second night we stayed. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Veldig fin resort, men dumt at det står at den ligger på stranda når den ikke gjør det, selv om det ikke var langt å gå. Fint basseng, bra restaurant, synd den var stengt dag 2. tv’n funket ikke som den skulle.

Friendly staff. Check in team called up proactively to arrange late hours checking. Great location as you are close to beach and just 10mins drive to city centre. Great Bar and friendly staff for late evening dining.

Easy check in and good instructions on how the turn on electricity. Everything was good but the walls are super thin. I had a blender family on one side and a crying kid on the other. I really thought I wouldn’t sleep well but it was quiet. Thank goodness! I would definitely stay here again but I would ask for an end unit. Love the proximity to the beach. Just can’t get better.

The listing showed photos of a studio with a bathtub, which was the main reason we chose this resort. We drove from Perth and cancelled another booking to stay here, only to discover that our room had a shower instead. When I raised the issue at reception, I was initially told that this was the room allocated to us. After further discussion, and showing the photos from their website, I was informed that it was the only studio of that type with a shower. The receptionist eventually offered to move us to a similar studio with a bathtub the following morning, which he did. The first room had several issues. The windows vibrated throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep, and the shower floor appeared heavily stained and in need of a deep clean. The mattress was also extremely firm and uncomfortable. The second room was quieter as the windows did not vibrate, but the mattress was even less comfortable than the first. We had to improvise extra padding to make sleeping easier. The positive points were that the receptionist was friendly and welcoming, and the studio was equipped with plates, glasses and cutlery. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the accommodation and the lack of sound insulation were disappointing. The walls seemed very thin, and we could clearly hear people walking past, conversations from nearby rooms and flushing noises. Based on our experience, we would not choose to stay here ever again.

Lovely clean spacious apartment near the beach and with a pool. Host very welcoming on arrival. Bar and restaurant next to reception if you want to dine out. Apartment has all the amenities and nice size kitchen if you want to prepare your own meals. Lovely view of the sea from main bedroom and balcony.
