Close to pubs and restaurants. Comfortable bed. A few things needed attention. Noisy exhaust fan, kitchen sink tap filter sprayed water in all directions, no soap holder in the shower, Free wifi didn't work in room 11. There was reception downstairs.

This was an excellent value property containing everything you could want. This included a fridge with freezer compartment and a cooker. There was a queen sized bed and a single pull out matress in the apartment. Good sized bathroom. Location very close to St Kilda station. Great bats nearby with long happy hours.

Great place to stay if you’re walking and public transporting, nice simple little place. Inconvenient if you have a car, limited parking, can only park on Grey st because side streets require permits, but certain hours of the day each side are clear ways. Our stove top didn’t work either and blew a fuse when we went to use it. Not far from the beach, was about 20min walk or halve it with public transport. Easy check out, check in was a little bit confusing with the gate, but at least once in felt safe and secure.

I think they very poor on hosting people, did not give any information about the area, special about park and Permit zones around, I got really in trouble getting 2 fines and almos towing my car. Barerly talk to give instructions about the apartment and the place look very different than the photos, it is much older and run down.

Comfortable stay for 2 nights. Stayed in budget room which had suitable amenities. Fridge, microwave, sink , cooking plate etc. Small balcony. Good size room. Comfortable bed. Room could do with some blackout curtains as it only had some flimsy Venetian blinds on the window and doors so a lot of light comes in. Good wifi. Close to public transport and shops. Staff helpful. Parking booked but was not available. Parking is not onsite. We parked on the street which is free on the weekend, but has clear way times during the week. Overall would stay again.

It is a beautiful old home, full of character. Needs some carpet upgrading in main house. Very clean. Outdoor settings in my room needed to be cleaned, but everything else was spotless. Refridgeratir needs go be defrosted. The manager Alex was marvelous. He took great care of me & was very helpful. I would stay there again. Excellent owner and staff, friendly, welcoming. Room was huge and I had a great balcony. Facilities were there if you wanted to cook. Clean throughout and fresh. 10/10.

I arrived to my room with a homeless person outside the door. My room wasn’t made up since the last person. I called the contact number many times and no answer. Later on I got a call and the room was made up while I went out for dinner. I could hear the couple in the room below me as the walls are so thin. Felt incredibly unsafe and scared. Never stay here, and if you have to never go alone.

I arrived to my room with a homeless person outside the door. My room wasn’t made up since the last person. I called the contact number many times and no answer. Later on I got a call and the room was made up while I went out for dinner. I could hear the couple in the room below me as the walls are so thin. Felt incredibly unsafe and scared. Very noisy, the floor above my room very noisy floor boards. The linen was stained, the quilt cover and mattress was soiled with stains. Not worth $130 to 140 a night. The property owner should replace the stained linen. If I could have moved I would have. But then you are paying double the price to move. Go and shop at Melbourne’s Kmart for new linen…

We really enjoyed our stay here, checking in was easy and convenient thanks to the staff member who kindly allowed us to drop our bags off early. We were also given a late checkout of one hour which I really appreciated due to the terrible cold weather in Melbourne that morning before we flew to the sunshine state! The room was cosy, clean, convenient and comfortable.☺️

The place was an amazing place for me to have booked.All was amazing but only one thing that i must say,my bed frame was so squeaky (noisy).It definitely needs a NEW bed frame.Apart from that? ALL was an amazing experience.Love the place.Thank you Sixty Two On Grey for the awesome stay,and the manager was so so friendly and approachable.Looking forward to booking with this lovely place again in the near future.

Initially a bit put out as you have to phone to get past the entrance gate but it didn’t connect. However it did after a couple more attempts. He was on another call. Room was great. Quiet.

This property was very seedy and felt like a half way house. It stank like old cigarette smoke and alcohol. Staff not available to assist on arrival. Did not refund. It was so bad I had to move out and find another accomodation last minute. No refund given.

Overbooked and turned me away after a long travel and no where to stay Not professional at all - and a sketchy part of Melbourne - I recommend Crest on Barkley, they took me in at a moments notice and is very close to the palais and Luna park

Later on I got a call and the room was made up while I went out for dinner. I could hear the couple in the room below me as the walls are so thin. Felt incredibly unsafe and scared. Never stay here, and if you have to never go alone.

We have stayed here before and undoubtedly will again. Walking distance to the venues we like to frequent and the rooms themselves are roomy and clean and comfortable.

It was close to the beach and the Palais Theater which is what I came for. The last night there were other tenants or visitors making loads of noise, screaming and fighting and police were called (1:30 am Monday 13.05.24) then again at /- 4am and again at 6am. Was very unsettling and I'm not sure I will stay again it wasn't a nice experience and although they were not as noisy the first two nights it did put a damper on my visit.

This was an excellent value property containing everything you could want. This included a fridge with freezer compartment and a cooker. There was a queen sized bed and a single pull out matress in the apartment. Good sized bathroom. Location very close to St Kilda station. Great bats nearby with long happy hours.

Overbooked and turned me away after a long travel and no where to stay Not professional at all - and a sketchy part of Melbourne - I recommend Crest on Barkley, they took me in at a moments notice and is very close to the palais and Luna park

Upon arrival they told me I had to pay the same as the cost of the room up front as a security - never had to do that before . The place itself was not an issue , and the staff and service were excellent. But when someone had a shower in another apartment it sounded like your own shower was turned on ( very loud ) . And if you had children you couldn’t let them outside because of ice addicts

Was asked to pay deposit via pay ID or PayPal, which was very weird but this is a no staff property, we arrived very late so I did not care about the staff, everything was handled very well over sms with owner\receptionist. Deposit was transferred back next day with no issues. Great location and very clean nice room

Great experience! The site is in somewhat of a busy area and parking is on the street. Keep your eyes peeled on either side of the road. We found a parking spot across the road from the hotel. I didn't get my self-check-in details in time (we booked the hotel about an hour before), but the staff were very helpful over the phone and explained everything very clearly. The room itself was in immaculate condition, air-conditioned, and very close to all the necessary amenities. Very comfortable bed and shower as well. Highly recommended
