Que dire de cet hôtel ? Tout est parfait, un accueil exemplaire avec du personnel très professionnel et tout prêt à aider à la moindre réclamation. Un souci dans ma douche, problème réglé dans l’heure ! Une chambre spacieuse équipée d’une cuisine et d’un grand lit très confortable. Mon seul regret, ce n’est pas pouvoir y rester plus longtemps. Pour résumer, j’ai été 100% satisfait des prestations, au top pour qui souhaite séjourner à Casablanca. Les environs sont sympas également avec plein de bons restaurants ! Et le parking, même s’il est petit est un plus non négligeable dans le quartier !

The physical property for this hotel and the staff are great. Here's why my review is less positive: 1. The room is physically nice and clean as advertised, BUT it was missing all the inexpensive little things that make a Jr. Suite comfortable. (Extra towels, bathrobe, washcloths, paper towels for the kitchen, enough forks/knives/spoons, enough toilet paper ...). 2. If you ask for an extra towel, they bring one, BUT make you trade it out with the ones in the room as you're interested in stealing something. This made it rather uncomfortable. 3. The elevator!!! it's way too slow, and it's too small to support a hotel of this size. I had to climb 7 flights of stairs a few times because it was taking so much time. Having said all this, the staff could not have been more friendly. They were so helpful several times.

The interior of the building and suite was excellent. That said there were several significant drawbacks: 1. Driving in, the below street parking entrance is immediately off a busy city street. The entrance gate is at the sidewalk is closed and is NO automatic gate opening and even with blowing the car horn there was no response. My wife had to get out and go to reception and someone came out with a hand-held door opener device. Meanwhile I kept my car parked across the sidewalk as I felt it was dangerous to back out onto a busy city street without good vision. Same thing happened the next day when we returned after a morning out. The system there is a camera focused on the parking entrance sending to a screen at the reception desk. BUT if there is no-one watching the camera, or at the desk, then the parking door does not open. 2. The bedroom was very nice. But in all my years of going to hotels this is the first time there was no bedside lamp or at least a bedside light switch. One has to get up out of bed to access thee light switch on the wall near the door in order to turn off the overhead light. 3. The ventilation system in the hall on our floor was incredibly loud. Finally it was turned off after midnight.
