Trevligt och centralt Hotel. Perfekt läge om man skall besöka Murcia. Fem minuters promenad till Plaza de Torros och lika långt till Katedralen i gamla delen av Murcia. Hotellet är fräscht och prydligt. Vi hade tyvärr lite problem med avrinningen i duschen. Orkade inte ta upp det med personalen men det hade de säkert fixat. Frukosten som erbjöds var helt ok. Inget saknades. Det borde dock ingå parkering utan att det skulle behövas en extra avgift. Sängen och sängkläder var jättesköna enligt mitt tycke.

El lugar en general está bien, esto es que esta cerca del centro neurálgico de Murcia, con lugares varios para comer, está relativamente cerca del centro etc. No obstante, he pasado calor, en el hotel y eso que estamos en invierno. Las juntas de las duchas se podrían limpiar algo mejor y el servicio de aparcamiento debería estar mejor optimizado.

This hotel was about a 15 min walk to the town center. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Hotel lobby was great. There is no coffee/teapot in the room but they sell it downstairs along with a breakfast.

The hotel is a short walk to the centre located next to the canal. Check in was very good. The bed is very comfortable and rooms are modern. On the downside the room to room isolation is light. We could hear the upstairs neigbour in her heels and the neighbour on the right talking loudly on his phone in the evening (maybe a female voice does not carry over as much…). On the positive again the window / street isolation is very good. There was a wedding and barely any sound travelled to the second floor. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices ! Overall I recommend

An excellent and enjoyable stay for a birthday weekend city break in the heart of Murcia. The room and views of the river were amazing as was the very complete breakfast. Many thanks for you birthday gift also it was much appreciated. We highly recommend this hotel and also the beautiful nighttime river walk in front of the hotel. We look forward to returning soon.

The room was very spacious with a large and very comfortable bed. Good quality pillows, the air-conditioning was already running making it very pleasant on arrival, especially in Murcia when it was 43°c outside. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, this will definitely be my first choice for my next visit.

Unfortunately we stayed on the 24th of December, when all the restaurants in the city closed after lunch. We decided to eat at the restaurant at the hotel, called Arrozante. The hotel had signs up to announce that since it was the 24th of december, the restaurant would close early, at 8pm. When we got in there and asked the waiter if he spoke english, he said no and just turned around and continued doing whatever. We went to the reception, and a staff member came with us, and then the waiter said that the restaurant closed at 6pm. A 4-star hotel should definetly have a better operator for their restaurant. Unfortunately this spoiled our overall view of the hotel...

The Receptionist was so lovely she checked us in early and gave us information on directions shops. So helpful. We had a quiet room lovely big bed. We will go back because we had a perfect stay. Thanks so much to the lady on reception who was so nice.

1. Booked a double bed and was given 2 singles. 2. Queue to check in was long, bar was also slow (there was no kettle in the room as i booked a superior room not a superior view room which is inconvenient). No solution from hotel staff other than go to bar to get hot water 3. Given low occupancy as low season we was given a room next to a young family with 2 children who made lots of noise all night. Simply moving us or spreading a potential issue would have been logical. We got no sleep.

2nd time staying at Barceló Siete Coronas and we will definitely be back more times. This booking was to celebrate my husband’s birthday and we had surprise delicious brownies in our room plus a birthday note :). There was a mixed up by Expedia when I was booking the room and accidentally it was booked only for me, so I called the hotel and talked to Maitê and she went out of her way to help me to fix, having the booking for 2 people and I would only had to pay the extra person breakfast fee on my check in. We stayed for 2 nights a a short city break earlier this week. We do this often and this hotel was very impressive. From the moment we entered, the staff were great! The room was spotless and extremely comfortable. The breakfast was beautifully presented and with a great choice. The only complaint i would have was that the hot food breakfast items were barely warm. It wouldn't stop me from booking again tho!

The hotel was very nice overall and staff pleasant and helpful when requesting information. About 15 minutes walk from the old town and 30 minutes from the bus station. A good variety of food and drinks was available at breakfast, apart from a good cup of tea!! An outdoor cafe would have been much appreciated. Restaurant for evening meals is very expensive and almost always empty. More geared to business rather than leisure tourism (in our opinion).

Without AC in the room my stay in june was not the best. I had to open the window to be able to sleep. Room is clean and with basic deco. People at the réception were friendly and helpfull. Will not come back because of AC issue ( i ask to check and nothing change after that). So not the best in term of quality/price.
