The property is in a safe location. They provided Airport pickup service at 2:30am. Their breakfast selection is amazing. Good clean rooms. Overall a very pleasant stay. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe and comfortable.

Its an very average property, they have very thin WALLS and you can hear people walking, talking very very super loud. The toilet is very poor maintain and has a very strong drainage smell.

I had booked this for my older parents who were returning from US. They had a great experience checking in, getting dinner late in night and mentioned that the rooms were good, clean and spacious. I've had some bad experiences with other hotels in the past but it was great to know this experience was good.

スタッフの対応が良く、人気のレストランも併設されていて過ごしやすかった周りのホテルと比べてもコストパフォーマンスがとても良いと思う一点だけ、シャワーのお湯が出るまでにかなり時間がかかるのが気になった

I stay in this regularly since 2001 and always come back to it because the location is good, Connaught Place area, Janpath, New Delhi railway station are all reachable by foot, not so far from Old Delhi as well. Lots of Streetfood options nearby. They offer airport pick up and it always went properly. Buffet breakfast also very good for the price with a good choice of Indian options. Laundry service perfect and the rooms I had were big and comfortable although I was a bit disappointed of the suite room because the shower was not so good and water wasn't hot. The superior room was better, at least I think it was the superior room. Staff friendly and always helping

The room was spotless, the staff were hugely helpful. It was great being able to leave some of our luggage with the hotel while we went on a side trip. We had a great visit!

Hotel was good. Nice breakfast. It is very close to the train station which added 10-15 minutes to every trip just trying to get around the traffic. That's the only reason I might not stay again since it was a significant obstacle. I was also unclear which rooms had balconies and which didn't I stayed in two different rooms that were booked the same. One had a balcony and the other didn't. The check in/out process took a while.

The price was great. The hotel was quiet and centrally located. The breakfast was great- all you can eat with a great variety. Everyone was very nice. I found this Hotel through the Lonely Planet book and I’m so grateful i found it. It’s basic but was PERFECT for me. They have a cafe/restaurant on site which is convenient too! If you are ok with a basic solid hotel to crash at the end of each day, this place is perfect!

It was centrally located and a nice reprieve to come back to from the hustle and bustle. Staff were super helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable… the bathroom was old and tired. I recommend it though for people on a budget. They even picked us up from the airport which was fabulous. Thank you Ajanta

まず、予約して空港までの送迎をExpediaのフォームからお願いしたのですが、まるっきり連絡はなく、しかとされExpedia に連絡して、返事させるとのことだったのですが、両方からその後何もなしで、自腹Uber で行きました。今回3泊したのですが、初日が夜8時頃のチェックインになってしまい、空き部屋がなく、レセプションの裏の部屋で、窓もなく受付けの声や出入りする人で、何一つ休まることはなかったです。次の日にバルコニー付きの部屋に移動してもらったのですが、窓及びバルコニーへの出口はガラスで雨戸があるのですが、それを閉めると真っ暗にり、閉めないとバルコニー出口はカーテンが無いので部屋が丸見えです。窓にはカーテンがあるのですが、それは遮光カーテンのみで、また丸見えか真っ暗の二択になります。バルコニーは隣の部屋数室と行き来ができるので非常に安全面で不安です。インド人特有の人当たりのいい感じはあるのですが、結局責任感がないので部屋食の引き取りをお願いしても、片付けが翌日の部屋掃除でもっていだてもらったかんじです。周りは駅に近いので便利なのか、その分一日中うるさいので安眠は不可能でとても不潔です。インド気分を満喫したいなら向いてると思います。当然ですが温水は出ません。かろうじて常温になるくらいです。

まず、予約して空港までの送迎をExpediaのフォームからお願いしたのですが、まるっきり連絡はなく、しかとされExpedia に連絡して、返事させるとのことだったのですが、両方からその後何もなしで、自腹Uber で行きました。今回3泊したのですが、初日が夜8時頃のチェックインになってしまい、空き部屋がなく、レセプションの裏の部屋で、窓もなく受付けの声や出入りする人で、何一つ休まることはなかったです。次の日にバルコニー付きの部屋に移動してもらったのですが、窓及びバルコニーへの出口はガラスで雨戸があるのですが、それを閉めると真っ暗にり、閉めないとバルコニー出口はカーテンが無いので部屋が丸見えです。窓にはカーテンがあるのですが、それは遮光カーテンのみで、また丸見えか真っ暗の二択になります。バルコニーは隣の部屋数室と行き来ができるので非常に安全面で不安です。インド人特有の人当たりのいい感じはあるのですが、結局責任感がないので部屋食の引き取りをお願いしても、片付けが翌日の部屋掃除でもっていだてもらったかんじです。周りは駅に近いので便利なのか、その分一日中うるさいので安眠は不可能でとても不潔です。インド気分を満喫したいなら向いてると思います。当然ですが温水は出ません。かろうじて常温になるくらいです。

That's the only reason I might not stay again since it was a significant obstacle. I was also unclear which rooms had balconies and which didn't I stayed in two different rooms that were booked the same. One had a balcony and the other didn't. The check in/out process took a while.

From the first moment we arrived until we said good-bye. All of the staff was very accommodating, we checked in early and had breakfast early on our last day because we were leaving before breakfast started. Some people said it was not in the best area of Delhi, but that was part of the experience.

The price was great. The hotel was quiet and centrally located. The breakfast was great- all you can eat with a great variety. Everyone was very nice. I found this Hotel through the Lonely Planet book and I’m so grateful i found it. It’s basic but was PERFECT for me. They have a cafe/restaurant on site which is convenient too! If you are ok with a basic solid hotel to crash at the end of each day, this place is perfect!

I stay in this regularly since 2001 and always come back to it because the location is good, Connaught Place area, Janpath, New Delhi railway station are all reachable by foot, not so far from Old Delhi as well. Lots of Streetfood options nearby. They offer airport pick up and it always went properly. Buffet breakfast also very good for the price with a good choice of Indian options. Laundry service perfect and the rooms I had were big and comfortable although I was a bit disappointed of the suite room because the shower was not so good and water wasn't hot. The superior room was better, at least I think it was the superior room. Staff friendly and always helping

It was centrally located and a nice reprieve to come back to from the hustle and bustle. Staff were super helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable… the bathroom was old and tired. I recommend it though for people on a budget. They even picked us up from the airport which was fabulous. Thank you Ajanta

Nous avions réservé le pick up à l'aéroport l'hotel nous avez bien confirmé mais personne n'est venu nous chercher. Quand un personnel de l'aéroport les a appelé ils ont répondu ne pas avoir de demande à ce sujet alors que j'avais bien leur confirmation écrite et qu'il fallait qu'on prenne un taxi. Ils ont tout de même fini par venir. Arrivés sur place à 3h du matin on découvre que seul 2 lits sont prêts pour 3 personnes or nous avons bien réservé pour 4. Il a fallu amené et préparé un troisième lit. Equipement très vétuste mais c'est l'Inde. Très bruyant mais le pire fut le petit déjeuner dans une pièce étouffante, un atmosphère très désagréable et pas propre avec un petit déjeuner pas prêt que nous avons du attendre presque une demi heure pour ne finalement pas manger grand chose car la nourriture était vraiment pas terrible et l'hygiène douteuse. Le personnel était tout de même très aimable.
