Treadmill Stopped working mid run

I booked a room and had a king bed. They upgraded me to a better room for the same price clean building unfortunately, the pool is not working. They’re redoing it all but the pool should be up and running today. They said otherwise very good building hotel clean would recommend anybody to stay here.

So so so disappointed in this hotel. We checked in late and their parking lot was full so they directed us to a lot across and down the street from their property. So we were two 67 year olds walking at night down a poorly lit street. And they still had the audacity to charge us the $17 parking fee even though their lot has a security gate and where we parked did not. They said it had around the clock security but we certainly didn’t see anyone in the lot when we were there. They had the air conditioner on full blast which we couldn’t figure out how to regulate and that just went in and off the entire night making sleep difficult. I’m so glad that we only had to stay there the one night!

They will trick you with "parking available". Parking is available, but it's not included in your booking price. Same same situation with breakfast.

Everything was great. The only thing is parking. Why as a paying customer you have to pay for parking. I feel it should be included

We enjoyed our stay with easy access to the Clifton Hill area. Was a long walk to the tourist sites so had to drive there. Our room was spacious with nice frig and coffee/tea maker. Also clean and upgraded. The breakfast in the lobby looked good but too expensive for us. Parking seemed safe, but, again, expensive, but no choice with that. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The pool was nice but had limited hours so check that if you want to utilize it.

The property is in an excellent location. There are things to do with most being walkable. I did have to get my room changed because there is a new rooftop club across the street that’s open until 1am. The pool and its area could use lots of love. Overall it was a good stay and I recommend it.

The room was clean and had a nice view. We were able to check in and check out with ease. The location was great, it's within a 5 minute walk from a ton of clifton hill activities!

Hotel was very outdated and in need of alot of repairs for the money spent to stay . Not very nice to look at. A/C was falling apart, wall paper was pealing, mold on the curtains, missing side boards. Looks really run down. Close to town was the only positive. Would look elsewhere next time.

Close to all attractions but run down and rooms are dirty and dusty. Carpets are filthy. Need to pull them out and replace with laminate or LVP to make it cleaner.

Very well kept hotel. Everything was spotless. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location (so close to Clifton Hill). Will definitely come back again the next time we visit!

Looks are deceiving. Unfortunately the rooms are not as advertised or at least not our rooms. Check in was easy. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Parking is overpriced ( $17 a night) and not monitored. Only 3 accessible parking spots could be found. Watch for hiding fees. Main entrance is bright and welcoming. Dinning area is clean and quite large. Carpets in the halls need to be cleaned or replaced. Elevators were dirty. Second floor was disappointing. Carpets are old and dirty. Windows needed to be cleaned. Strong smell of marijuana in the halls. Walls need to be cleaned and painted. Rooms were very small. Washroom wasn't even big enough to move around in. It was the size of a closet " water closet ". You could literally sit on the toilet and soak your feet in the tub. The sink was out in the bedroom. Toilet seat was broke. Carpet in the rooms were terrible. Walls had snot on them. Bedside tables and lamps were covered in dust. Beds were awful. You literally sink in it. Not comfortable at all. Pillows need to be replaced. No ironing board or iron in rooms. No safe. One small closet with 4 hangers to use. View from the room was dumpsters. Not a quit location due to outside attractions. You can hear everything from the next room and the room above. Very little water pressure. Breakfast was nice but over priced for what's offered. Check out was easy but you will not be provided with a receipt unless you ask for it but you will be asked why

The sofa bed is uncomfortable to sleep on, I can feel the metal frame support when lying down. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

Decent area very close to Clifton Hill. Staff was wonderful. Comfy beds. Clean rooms. Rooms are not soundproofed at all. Could hear cars revving engines and baby crying next door that sounded like in the same room as us. Breakfast is for a fee and not really worth what you get. Coffee comes from a premix machine and isn’t brewed.

The room was clean it just the heater was hot but was able to adjust it and the sink in the washroom was clogging.

Nightclub across street very loud til 2 am on weekends

Beds were uncomfortable, it was loud, and the room while very clean showed significant signs of water damage. Nice to be close to Lundy’s Lane.

Room was very clean and quiet. Short walk to the falls. Staff were super friendly and helpful. WiFi worked great. Will stay here again.

The rooms were small, but very clean. The air conditioner was extremely loud. We had to decide between sleep with noise or heat. The wifi was sporadic.

I stay here frequently. I will drive the extra 20 mins to stay here. Staff are polite & balanced. The staff makes your stay even better. They call the room about 30-40mins after your arrival & checkin to ensure everything is well. Perhaps some small signs could be set up to remind guests that in the early morning hours, other guests are sleeping. Lower their voices. Or stop banging on the doors for others to wake up.

Hugo checked us in. He was very friendly and courteous. He got us a great room and called.us shortly after to ensure we were happy with the room.

The front desk ladies on Nov 27 were amazing. They made sure we were very comfortable.

The staff were wonderful! Their customer service went above and beyond our expectations. After we checked in, they even followed up with a call to ensure everything was going well, which we really appreciated.

Our stay was excellent & the front desk was absolutely exceptional. They are all unbelievably sweet & professional. I hope that management will pass our praise along to them. We will be coming back soon.

The staff was very helpful. Offered advice on activities and happy to give directions. Extra blanket arrived in minutes. Breakfast was delivered quickly. A welcome hotel. I would recommend this Days Inn.

Room was fine. The blanket had hair and stains on it. Check in was terrible. I called the hotel before I booked as I was going with a group of people. We originally wanted conjoined rooms. The staff member told me the exact booking I have to book on Expedia. One would have to be a king suite with jacuzzi and the other a queen suite no jacuzzi. On the same day, both couples decided they wanted a jacuzzi in their room. So we were okay with not having a conjoined room. I called the hotel back to find out that what I was told to originally book was in two separate buildings of the hotel. I wasn’t upset at that point because I was changing but the staff member advised me wrong as to which Expedia ads to book. I explained to the staff that I want to keep the original king suite with jacuzzi and to book another one on the same floor. She said okay we can do that but you will have to pay upgrade charges for the queen room. I was okay with that and agreed. When we arrived for check in, I was now told I had to pay upgrade charges for both rooms to be on the same floor. That’s not what I was told. And the price quoted on the phone was $175 including taxes per room and they were trying to charge $204 per room. The manager that night (November 1) kept saying the same thing over and over, based on what he sees. I cut him off after the 4th time and asked him for him to call his staff member that spoke to me. They ended up waiving the fees but we had to wait 30 mins before they did that

Nice hotel for the money however, the location was not ideal. To get to the Falls you need to walk down Clinton Hill, which is pretty steep and walking back up was a real cardio workout😂😂

Great courteous staff, clean room, comfortable mattress and bedding. Very convenient location, within walking distance of a matter of minutes to Clifton Hills where all the great stations are 👍 ☺️

We were able to park our car and walk to the Falls and all the attractions. Excellent location.

Perfect location.

This is a terrible place to stay. I stayed during the labour day weekend due to lack of options last minute. The walls are paper thin, the windows are single pane. There is a nightclub on the street a block away and we couldn’t sleep until they closed at 2 AM! We could hear the loud music, car sounds, airplane sounds, just about any noise from outside. In the morning we could hear our neighbours. The blackout curtains aren’t fitted properly too. So basically we slept for 4 hours on what should have been a good night sleep after a tiring day. The amenities are not great either, they’ve cheaped out on everything. The toilet seat was extremely small and overall room’s vibe and smell isn’t great.

The room is clean, every thing good,we didnt have breakfast,very small buffet and cost 15$, we go eat some where els.

They charged for breakfast but it was like every other free breakfast you get at any other hotel. Room was clean and the hotel was older. But overall stay was fine! I would probably try another hotel in the area for comparison but wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Room was clean , bathroom great . The issue was two fold. First charging $14.95 for the buffet was above the taste of the food , peameal bacon over cooked and salty, and even though you could go back as many times as you wanted the quantity does not compensate for the tastiness. Second there is a charge for parking and instead of mentioning it they hide by saying parking available. The staff were outstanding including the one in the buffet! All in all the stay was acceptable but not great!

Ac worked very well, very convenient to walk to Clifton hill. Clean and tidy. Breakfast is definitely worth the 15$ a person. Overall would recommend!!

I liked that the room was large. I was frustrated when they sprung the cost of parking and breakfast on us. We really thought they were included as the listing mentioned them. Not cool! The pull out sofa needs a new mattress and springs. There were lots of places nearby.
