두번째 숙박이예요!! 호텔이 높지 않고 옆으로 커서 이동하는데 좀 많이 걸어야해요!! 하지만 이거 하나 빼고는 직원분들도 너무 친절하고 조식 석식 다 돈 안아까워요!! 수영장도 놀기 넘 좋고 암튜브도 빌려줘요~ 다음에 또 이 호텔에 묵을 것 같아요

Wir hatten extra ein Beachhotel gebucht. Das Hotel ist sehr veraltet und echt herunter gekommen. Zudem handelt es sich nicht um einen Privatstrand sondern dieser ist auch gegen Gebühr jedem zur Verfügung. Es kostet alles Aufpreis und der Service ist sehr eingeschränkt. Es werden einem Badezeiten am Pool und sogar Strand vorgegeben. Keine Beachbar. Ich kann das Hotel auf keinem Fall empfehlen.

The beach front location is wonderful. Great views. However the condition of the property lets it down. The building is very old and whilst the rooms have been partially updated it doesn’t feel high end. We paid for three room occupants and the staff argued about providing enough towels and pillows for all three of us. Breakfast buffet was substandard. The indoor pool is missing tiles and had green slime in some parts. Overall a great location and a classic old hotel which needs considerable upgrades.

Palace in Moon Beach exceeded our expectations! The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located on a picturesque section of beach and the grounds are well laid out and appealing, with beautiful plants, trees, flowers and other foliage. The interior and common areas are clean and well maintained and the interior plants and fish ponds are amazing. The rooms are spacious and clean, though the style may be a bit dated. FYI: bed mattresses are quite firm and the beds are a little smaller than their American counterparts. The hotel location is convenient, with a Lawson's store near the property entrance, and dozens of shops and restaurants within a half mile walk from the hotel. The hotel has an excellent breakfast buffet with many, and varying food options and an excellent dinner buffet, as well. There are two other restaurants on the property (though we did not try them) and a bar overlooking the beach. Parking is ample and easy to get in and out. The hotel has several stores with toiletries, snacks, artwork, clothing, etc. and vending machines, too. There is also an outdoor smoking area, complete with a garden and water feature. The hotel has two pools and the beach has rentable lounge chairs and umbrellas and a number of water activities are available for a fee. We were traveling with a wheelchair and the hotel and grounds were accessible, with staff members who were happy to assist, if needed.

문비치 너무 예쁘고 진짜 좋았어요! 호텔이 모양이 길어서 끝방으로 가면 조금 먼 느낌이 들수있고 복도에는 에어컨이 없어서 더웠지만 자연친화적인 느낌이에요~ 룸에는 에어컨 시원하게 틀어져있고 상당히 넓고 테라스까지 있어서 답답한 느낌 1도없어요! 직원분들도 너무 친절하시고 서비스도 너무 좋아서 진짜 최고였어요~ 실외수영장 운영시간이 길지않아서 좀 아쉬웠지만 안전요원도 있고 관리도 잘되어서 좋았음 조식쿠폰으로 조식이나 중식을 먹을 수 있는데 개인적으로는 메뉴 구성이나 나오는게 중식이 더 좋았습니다 ㅎㅎㅎ

12月初旬に家族３人、知人４人と２泊利用させて戴きました。フロントが３階にありますが、InstagramやYouTubeで確認してから行ったので問題ありませんでした。 コロナ後、初の飛行機での旅でしたが、南国の風が吹き抜ける緑溢れる素敵なホテルで、こちらを選んで良かったです。オーシャンビューのお部屋からはプライベートビーチに沈むサンセットが綺麗に見えました。ラナイからの眺めはハワイ島を彷彿させるものでした。 廊下や一部エレベーターは段差があったり、昭和を感じる箇所もありましたが、客室はフルリノベーションされており新しく、客室内のお風呂も大浴場もとても清潔で快適でした。 朝食ブュッフェも充実しています。 ホテル内にあるギフトショップもお洒落で良かったです。 ホテル周辺徒歩圏内に、FamilyMartや居酒屋さんもあり利便性が高いです。短い滞在でしたがフロントの方が親切に対応して下さり、何の不便を感じる事無く大変快適な旅行となりました。 沖縄には高級ホテルや利便性の高いホテルが沢山あり迷いますが、コストパフォーマンスが高いこちらを、次回もまた利用させて戴きたいと感じました。

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Räume sind groß, aber auch sehr alt. Von außen sieht das Hotel sehr modern aus. Von innen hat es Museumscharakter. Die Zimmer sind groß, aber eben auch alt. Als wir ankamen, waren Blutflecken und Haare auf der Decke. Der Zimmerservice hat sich direkt drum gekümmert. Die Rezeption ist freundlich, aber spricht kaum bis gar kein englisch. Ein Safe ist ebenfalls im Zimmer vorhanden. Der Strand ist sehr schön. Die Restaurants haben wir nicht ausprobiert. Eins war geschlossen und das andere war sehr teuer. In der Umgebung sind fußläufig ein paar Restaurants und natürlich auch convenience stores. Das Parken am Hotel kostet 500 ¥ pro Nacht, was wirklich super war.

Had to walk very far to reach my room, it was not convenient, also bathroom condition wasnt good. Windows were also locked and there was no way to expeirne e the patio. What a shame, it was something i was looking forward to.

The beach front location is wonderful. Great views. However the condition of the property lets it down. The building is very old and whilst the rooms have been partially updated it doesn’t feel high end. We paid for three room occupants and the staff argued about providing enough towels and pillows for all three of us. Breakfast buffet was substandard. The indoor pool is missing tiles and had green slime in some parts. Overall a great location and a classic old hotel which needs considerable upgrades.

Beliggenheten er kjempefin, veldig hyggelig personale som er veldig imøtekommende, vi hadde store og luftige rom. Desverre er selve hotell byggningen gammel og slitt, veldig trist da potensialet i bygget er kjempestort det er egentlgi et kjempeflott bygg arkitektonsisk sett. Derimot så stilte vi noen spørsmål med noen av reglene på hotellet, det var ikke lov med dykkemaske og snarkel, selv ikke i havet ved stranden? Og hvilken geit av en mellomleder har bestemt at det ikke er lov å benytte solkrem utendørs ved bassengområdet. Solen tar ekstremt hard så det er helt utrolig å utsette gjestene for slike regler.......

チェックインの時間に行ったが、部屋の掃除が終わっていないとの事で３０分以上待ちました。もう一度泊まりたいと思い半年以上前から予約していたのにちょっと残念です。コロナや色々あり掃除が間に合わない事もあるとは思いますが、一報を入れてくれたらどこかで時間を潰すとか出来たかなぁ。あと男性スタッフで挨拶しない方が結構いました。ロケーションとか抜群なだけにもったいないと思いました。

Palace in Moon Beach exceeded our expectations! The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located on a picturesque section of beach and the grounds are well laid out and appealing, with beautiful plants, trees, flowers and other foliage. The interior and common areas are clean and well maintained and the interior plants and fish ponds are amazing. The rooms are spacious and clean, though the style may be a bit dated. FYI: bed mattresses are quite firm and the beds are a little smaller than their American counterparts. The hotel location is convenient, with a Lawson's store near the property entrance, and dozens of shops and restaurants within a half mile walk from the hotel. The hotel has an excellent breakfast buffet with many, and varying food options and an excellent dinner buffet, as well. There are two other restaurants on the property (though we did not try them) and a bar overlooking the beach. Parking is ample and easy to get in and out. The hotel has several stores with toiletries, snacks, artwork, clothing, etc. and vending machines, too. There is also an outdoor smoking area, complete with a garden and water feature. The hotel has two pools and the beach has rentable lounge chairs and umbrellas and a number of water activities are available for a fee. We were traveling with a wheelchair and the hotel and grounds were accessible, with staff members who were happy to assist, if needed.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The staff is very accommodating. Although it is necessary to know that water sports and othet appointment type things mostly need a prior booking which we didnt know. But we werent there long sp we just enjoyed the facility. Its an absolutely beautiful spot. The breakfast buffet is great, but for dinner i recommend going down the way. Ocean Boo was incredible, but the other spots near by smelled amazing too. Definitely some late night eats available nearby in a pinch.

1.5 hrs from Naha ( downtown/ airport) , super nice beach front and nice local restaurants closeby (walking distance). Hotel aged and well kept. Need to plan ahead for airport transportation cause airport limousine bus runs only 4 times daily and you will need private taxi if you have early flight leaving which cost you a fortune. Good place to for staycation and honeymoon. Limited choice of restaurants, only one Japanese and the other one is buffet restaurant. Staff are friendly and helpful.

My partner and I stayed at the Moon Beach Museum Resort and it was magnificient, we actually got engaged to the far right of the beach and a little tip I would say is to go around the shore to the right as the waters are crystal clear. Great staff, room, location, close to restaurants and bars and for the price paid, it is a great hotel.

ムーンビーチは毎年滞在しております。かれこれ１０回ぐらいは使わせてもらっております。 恩納村の中心地に位置しており、とてもアクセスに便利な場所です。ムーンビーチはどのビーチよりも綺麗だと思います。ここで見える夕日は心が洗われます。

You have to pay to be on the hotel's private beach, it's so weird. The hotel is nice but it has seen better days. Breakfast buffet is ok but it's exactly the same everyday. Buffet dinner was crazy expensive (240$ CaD for 4) and not very good.

大人4人家族で宿泊。8年ほど前に宿泊したことがあり古いけれど良いホテルなのは知っていた、今回クラブラウンジをつけたが、ビールは瓶で一番搾り。赤白ワイン、ウイスキーだけ。食べ物も海老、ハム、海ぶどうの3種類のみ。金額に見合わない。前泊した那覇のホテルラウンジが充実していただけにガッカリ。返金して欲しいくらい。(2泊分の料金で1泊) 和洋室の部屋だったが畳に敷かれた布団が小さく大人が寝るには狭すぎた。

お部屋の広さやアメニティなどとてもよかったです。プールが屋内、屋外とあり子供も大満足でした。また、ビーチもホテルの下にありすぐに行く事ができて宿泊者のビーチタオル貸し出しもありよかったです。枚数制限…午前、午後と行きたい時は１枚だと困るのでその辺りは少し融通がきくといいかなぁと。 朝食のＬＯ前なのに全て片付けされていたり時間まだあるのにない食事の追加なかったり…小さい子供向けの物があるととても良いと思いました。

I absolutely loved my stay here. The staff is very accommodating. Although it is necessary to know that water sports and othet appointment type things mostly need a prior booking which we didnt know. But we werent there long sp we just enjoyed the facility. Its an absolutely beautiful spot. The breakfast buffet is great, but for dinner i recommend going down the way. Ocean Boo was incredible, but the other spots near by smelled amazing too. Definitely some late night eats available nearby in a pinch.

직원들이 모두 친절 했고 오랜시간이 흐른 건물처럼 직원들도 나이대가 있으시다 젊고 활력이 넘치지는 않지만 오랜 경력과 노하우를 장착하고 계시다. 호텔은 오랜시간이 지나 낡았지만 관리가 잘 되고 있고 중국사람이 드물다 그래서 좋았다. 호텔에서 운영하는 해양액티비티 프로그램 이용하시기를 강추 드린다. 섬으로 이동해서 하는 프로그램 풀부킹이라 못하고 온게 한이 된다. 당일 반나절 스노클링 했는데 진짜 만족스러웠다.대학생 딸둘과 와이프가 모두 좋아했고 직원들의 열정또한 대단했다. 2박하면서 아쉬운점은 없는듯 했다. 다만 호텔이 개방형 구조라 로비는 다소 더울수 있다. 클럽룸 예약을 했어서 사우나 클럽라운지등 무료로 이용했다. 특히 체크인시 별도의 라운지에서 체크인이 이루어 진다. 커피와 각종음료 병맥주등을 마실수 있고 가벼운 디져트와 과일을 먹을수 있다.

Coming from the states preparing for a beautiful stay on Moon Beach chose this hotel. Communication barrier was tremendously awful had called three times from the states to get my granddaughter for her baby shower and myself a massage no problem they do maternity massages they say but no one could help me when I made the calls to schedule them for the day. We were gonna be there just come in schedule it when you arrive that isn’t how it went arrived and no one was at the massage place that could help us and kept saying no tomorrow tomorrow 3 o’clock tomorrow afternoon. Well we had to check out by 11 AM. Just awful experience. on top of that we couldn’t go out on our balcony, but because there was a size of a wasp nest as as bigger as a cantaloupe out on our deck, so wasn’t enough to go sit out on the deck due to that no thank you.
