Great property. I love the overall look and feel. I stayed here before it was renovated and it's a whole lot better. There were a few things that could have been better but overall no major issues. The lounge and main building is awesome. The room we stayed in was kinda small but it was fine.

We enjoyed staying here as a one-night deal as part of our Michigan roadtrip! Absolutely beautiful property and very nice room. I honestly loved not having a TV. They had so many other things to do with either your people or socialize with others staying there. I wish we stayed longer to utilize their amenities more.

The hotel was very nice. We pretty much had it to our self since it’s off season. Pool won’t be ready until summer. Cafe not available after certain hour or on Monday. I wish there was a continental breakfast included in your stay for the price. The bed was very comfortable. Awesome view of the lake.

Staff was cheerful accessible fun. The ambiance was great, comfortable too. The Birch room bed and linens were great however could use a ceiling fan or the AC units need to be able to point the vent downwards toward the bed. Loved the outdoor patio. Can’t wait to venture back next year.

OTIS is incredible! From check-in to check-out, our stay was top notch. The location of OTIS is perfect! The rooms are beautiful, the beds/bedding, most comfortable. The redo of this whole space is top notch! My favorite was the bar area. I named it the gathering place because you truly do walk in and feel invited, warm and welcome. Also, excellent coffee! Thank you OTIS for the best experience we have ever had! We will return!

This was an awesome place to stay. off the beaten path. Clean and roomy. Felt very comfortable. The bar area was cheery and there was seating to relax and chat. They even had a cafe for a yummy breakfast.

It was very clean and looked freshly painted. Everything was a nice design. Bed was very comfortable. We'll stay again at our next opportunity. Staff was very friendly and decor was top nonch. Espresso bar with fresh pastry options is a nice touch.

Absolute RIPOFF! This property lacked any semblance of service or hospitality- no tv, no fridge, no microwave, strange smell in room, paper-thin walls, some vague and unofficial "quiet time" that meant NO NOISE at all from the paying customers after either 8, 9 or 10pm. No staff AT ALL on site after 9pm, no assigned parking and the onsite bar patrons would TAKE YOUR PARKING while at dinner. Terrible stay, do not recommend

There was no food at this location during our stay - would have been nice to know that ahead of time. Had to go 10 minutes into town for every meal, including breakfast. Also, very low pressure water made showers and toilet flushing interesting. Nice mid-century vibe.

The style of the room was good, but the window air conditioner was noisy and interrupted sleep. The window blinds were hard to operate. If they were not up completely, outdoor lights would illuminate the bedroom. Pricey for what we got.

The place is wonderful, the staff is very friendly, and make you feel like at home. The dinner was fantastic. The surrounded area is beautiful and very well located to Harbor Springs, Tunnel of Trees, and other nice attractions. We really enjoyed our visit, and looking forwrat to our next visit. The OTIS is an awesome addition to the Harbor Springs area! Not only is it beautiful and well-decorated, but it’s comfortable, the staff are so kind and attentive, and the little details are thoughtful. The rooms are cute, the beds are comfy and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay! We were a little caught off-guard with our room not having a TV or mini fridge, but we made the best of it. And the bar is literally world-class! Just overall a 10/10 experience.

I like the closeness to Harbor Springs. The Bar area was cozy and the bartenders were friendly. I enjoy their conversations. The amenities were good. I’d like to have a tv in my room. I wish that breakfast options were available.

The hotel was very nice. We pretty much had it to our self since it’s off season. Pool won’t be ready until summer. Cafe not available after certain hour or on Monday. Beautiful renovation, mid-century vibe. Clean, updated, motor lodge feel to it. Rural location, a nice place to gather, even if you're not staying there.

This is a beautiful place. Clean and comfortable and a good value. Situated in a field around horses, beautiful homes, and dune grass. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

OTIS is incredible! From check-in to check-out, our stay was top notch. The location of OTIS is perfect! The rooms are beautiful, the beds/bedding, most comfortable. The redo of this whole space is top notch! My favorite was the bar area. I named it the gathering place because you truly do walk in and feel invited, warm and welcome. Also, excellent coffee! Thank you OTIS for the best experience we have ever had! We will return!

The place is wonderful, the staff is very friendly, and make you feel like at home. The dinner was fantastic. The surrounded area is beautiful and very well located to Harbor Springs, Tunnel of Trees, and other nice attractions. We really enjoyed our visit, and looking forwrat to our next visit. Congrats OTIS and the whole team..!!!

This was an awesome place to stay. off the beaten path. Clean and roomy. Felt very comfortable. The bar area was cheery and there was seating to relax and chat. They even had a cafe for a yummy breakfast.

I like the closeness to Harbor Springs. The Bar area was cozy and the bartenders were friendly. I enjoy their conversations. The amenities were good. I’d like to have a tv in my room. I wish that breakfast options were available.

The OTIS is an awesome addition to the Harbor Springs area! Not only is it beautiful and well-decorated, but it’s comfortable, the staff are so kind and attentive, and the little details are thoughtful. The rooms are cute, the beds are comfy and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay! We were a little caught off-guard with our room not having a TV or mini fridge, but we made the best of it. And the bar is literally world-class! Just overall a 10/10 experience.

Can't say enough about the atmosphere in this mid century hotel. They have a deck and indoor area for drinks and small plates. The common area was very comfortable and full of games, books, tables, sofas, fireplace and tables. Breakfast food choices are a handful of options and fantastic coffee. Only drawback was couldn't get the tv to sync with smart phone, so no tv. The individual a/c unit was extremely loud and never got cooler than 75. Great location, rural yet a 14 minute drive to downtown Harbor Springs and close to the tunnel of trees.

Very nice common areas. Restaurant, bar, patio, all nice. Room was just OK. Nothing in the area in terms of shopping or even walking. This in a rural, but scenic area.

It was the little touches from the personalized note to wonderful selections of beverages and snacks in my room. The dinner menu, though brief, had variety. I had a new item, ricotta on sour dough toast.........it was delicious. The staff were very friendly and attentive, I will be sure to recommend.
