The Westin Ottawa

Difficulté à nous trouver une chambre à notre arrivé malgré notre réservation. Odeur désagréable dans la chambre. Les joints dans la douche plein de moisissure. Le préposé au départ ne parlait pas français. On se serait attendu à mieux.

We had a great stay at the Westin Ottawa. The staff were amazing and ready to accommodate our requests during our stay. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance for shopping, restaurants and sight-seeing. We had a beautiful view of the Parliament buildings from our room courtesy of the management. A great birthday celebration to be remembered.

Great location. Clean room. Friendly staff. Service charge for room service is too high. Bathroom and amenities are outdated.

We needed an extra bed and they did all for us to be happy. Rooms are huge and everything is top quality and perfect

Smell of mould everywhere. In my room it was impossible to breathe or sleep. The hotel offered no help at first but after more complaints they sent an air purifying machine. It did not remove the smell entirely but it eased it some so I could rest after one sleepless night. They were renovating on our floor (18th) which we were not warned in advance about. It was impossible to rest during the day as the noise was constant. The hotel offered no compensation for all this inconvenience. We had 2 rooms, a party of 3
