The units are very good, spacious and very clean. Everything there that you could possibly need. Very generous with tea, coffee and toiletries, even dishwasher and laundry detergent. Staff welcoming and very helpful. Parking was good and safe. Personally I just found the bed too firm, but that's me. Thankyou for a great stay.

Very comfortable rooms and bed with well appointed kitchen. Conference room very nice and delicious refreshments. Free underground secure parking. Very little traffic noise despite being near to freeway. Walking distance to CBD. Quite hard to find entrances as signage is in alleyway and GPS not great. Would definitely recommend and would return if needing reasonably priced accommodation near the city.

Check in was super easy and desk staff were really helpful and informative. 24 hour check in was really helpful with the flexibility we needed. The two bedroom apartment was great for our family with everything we needed for our overnight stay. Our only challenge was the parking, we were assigned a larger space to park our 4WD but the other 2 cars in the section had parked poorly so we really needed to squeeze into the space.

Check in was super easy and desk staff were really helpful and informative. 24 hour check in was really helpful with the flexibility we needed. The two bedroom apartment was great for our family with everything we needed for our overnight stay. Our only challenge was the parking, we were assigned a larger space to park our 4WD but the other 2 cars in the section had parked poorly so we really needed to squeeze into the space.

The staff were excellent by accommodating my early check-in request and communicated the approval via email and a personal phone call. I was quite impressed. The building however is very out-dated and smelled like mould. I wouldn’t stay there again.

The unit was nice in that it had two full bathrooms and closet space. The beds were decent and it had a nice balcony with a good view of foliage. It couldn't have been cleaned better, I found dental floss on the bathroom floor and cobwebs when we checked in but we were in a hurry so there was no time to call and complain. For the price, the breakfast should have been included, or at least cheaper than it was. The area did seem safe and you needed your key card to get in the building and operate the elevator so that was nice. It was also a short walk to the convention center. There is public transportation nearby as well. The parking area is a bit creepy but we didn't have a car so luckily we didn't have to use that area much. There was a nice tennis court on the property too. The staff held our bags for us when we had to check out of the room but our flight wasn't for several hours, so that was very appreciated. I would stay here again.

Disappointed with the property it wasn't well cleaned, multiple broken items some we just fixed but others we had to tell reception about and things missing from the room needed to cook and clean with such as tea towels and trays.

Excellent stay, the apartment was well equipped, clean & comfortable. The checkin staff were fantastic and so helpful. Within walking distance to city centre and room was set back from the street so didnt hear the traffic. Definitely going to stay here again when we visit.

Unit was dated and could have used an update. Kitchen surfaces were grimy and sticky. Dishwasher broke down and a repairman was in my room for hours with no compensation to me. Parking was outside and I had to keep moving a pylon before and after parking. Location is good to downtown.

Overall very nice stay. Location: Close to King’s Park and Elisabeth Quay Station. About 10 mins walk to the malls and CBD. Room is spacious and clean. Very comprehensive setup for the kitchen. Good room service, just need to ask the receptionist for replacement. 2 setbacks. First is the second bedroom. Only window, no fans or aircon in the room. It’s very hot in summer especially if there is heatwave. Yes there’s air con in the living room but the cold air can’t really circulate into the room. Second is the knives are a bit blunt.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. Very handy to the convention centre and the city Room was near the freeway so quite noisy. Service at reception was lovely once again. The blurb does advertise a restaurant on site this is only for breakfast but you can get a heat and eat meal which we did for lunch as felt lazy it was ok as you’d expect from a microwaved meal

Staff were extremely friendly & helpful; they were available 24/7. Accommodation was good value for money and a short walk into the city. Kings Park was also accessible via Jacob's Ladder - not for the faint hearted though.

Had issues upon check-in confusion on which building we were in, access key didn't work. First night burst water pipe outside the window Second night a very strong solvent/chemical smell in room due to workers onsite (we weren't notified) when discussed with staff at the hotel they basically advised they couldn't do anything for us and to open a window which made it worst.

Most of the staff are super helpful except Neil. Joseph, Ryan and Mad are very very good. Neil couldn't tell me which restaurants are open on that public holiday. He told me to check on Spring Street, saying that there were many restaurants there. But there wasn't any along that street.

Good location, short walk to Elizabeth Quay, CBD restaurants, bars and shopping, pleasant check in. Apartment was clean and well equipped, reasonably priced accommodation with parking included. Only let down was abrupt call from reception on morning of check out, we secured a late check out to 11am on arrival but reception called after 10am and advised we would have to pay an extra night.. obviously we were not happy with this and on checking out at 11am as agreed the extra fee was not charged. As well appointed accommodation in a good location we will stay again.

Excellent customer service at reception. We arrived a little earlier than checkin as we had an event to attend at the convention centre nearby. Checkin was expediated for us, which was much appreciated as we had a car and luggage to drop before event. The gentleman at reception was amazing. His welcoming persona and directions for carparking and our apartment were easy and well explained. We cant fault the amazing accomodation and service. 5 stars! Thankyou

We loved the location, busstop outside the apartment. Staff granted later check out at 11. Free drinks in the fridge. Unfortunately the free way in very busy and noisy.

Very comfortable rooms and bed with well appointed kitchen. Conference room very nice and delicious refreshments. Free underground secure parking. Very little traffic noise despite being near to freeway. Walking distance to CBD. Quite hard to find entrances as signage is in alleyway and GPS not great. Would definitely recommend and would return if needing reasonably priced accommodation near the city.

Fantastic 2 night stay for our family. Easy check in and good value for money. It’s a little out of town but we liked that as it was close to Kings Park and Elizabeth Quay.

The unit was nice in that it had two full bathrooms and closet space. The beds were decent and it had a nice balcony with a good view of foliage. It couldn't have been cleaned better, I found dental floss on the bathroom floor and cobwebs when we checked in but we were in a hurry so there was no time to call and complain. For the price, the breakfast should have been included, or at least cheaper than it was. The area did seem safe and you needed your key card to get in the building and operate the elevator so that was nice. It was also a short walk to the convention center. There is public transportation nearby as well. The parking area is a bit creepy but we didn't have a car so luckily we didn't have to use that area much. There was a nice tennis court on the property too. The staff held our bags for us when we had to check out of the room but our flight wasn't for several hours, so that was very appreciated. I would stay here again.

The accommodation was very good as was the breakfast. As there are no shops or restaurants nearby and we had a long day traveling from Queensland we opted to buy the pre-made dinners from the hotel. Unfortunately they were not good quality meals and we wouldn't recommend them to future guests. We appreciated having a designated parking spot.

Tricky to find the entrance at first but in a good location. The breakfast is very good with eggs made to order and nice to have a washing machine at the end of the trip to catch up on laundry

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. Very handy to the convention centre and the city Room was near the freeway so quite noisy. Service at reception was lovely once again. The blurb does advertise a restaurant on site this is only for breakfast but you can get a heat and eat meal which we did for lunch as felt lazy it was ok as you’d expect from a microwaved meal

The lady at reception was lovely and very helpful, as were the breakfast staff. Whilst the room was comfortable it did look as if it was due a lick of paint.

Initial booking of hotel was great. Good response and gave us a disabled park near lift. Then reception booked us into a room with no grab bar no toilet with grab bar even though the rooms was advertised as having them. The toilet leaked and smelled really bad. It had a massive amount of silicon around the s bend so had been fixed many times. The lounge chair had no spring left in it you sat on hard floor basically. The view in booking had foliage. We had concrete pylons and a freeway. It was nothing like advertised room. The bed was comfortable .I would not stay in this hotel ever again

Overall, this property was excellent. The location is close to the Kings Park and we could down from Kings Park to the Mounts Bay Village area through the Jacob's Ladder which is the short cut without using the bus service. The only drawback was the unstable wifi. Wifi was very unstable in the bedroom. It was better in the dining room but it was still unstable.

The apartment was ok, though looked a bit tired and worn. Wireless internet did not work. I would stay again as its a convenient short walk to the city centre.
