Courteous Staff. Although lot of construction happening around the resort during our stay at the resort. One day there was a power outage for maintenance but resort organised heaps of activity & presented a voucher for the inconvenience. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

The resort is amazing All the staff were welcoming and smiling. The extra curricular programme was very good especially all the fitness and yoga classes. Tarn, Sun and all the PLAYERS ( staff working around pool beach and gym ) were absolutely amazing I particularly liked the yoga classes Tarn is an amazing teacher

This is our third time to Angsana. It is a nice place with nice pool and 1min walk to the beach. Nearby with small shopping area. Within resort area have free shuttle bus and ferry.

Beautiful resort with private beach. This is a big resort. Our room was close to the beach but a long way from the lobby. They do have golf carts running frequently, which helps. And fortunately the breakfast restaurant, which was excellent, was close to our room. Overall a very nice resort with great amenities, especially considering the price.

We had a wonderful stay at Angsana. Joe at Front office offered impeccable service and helped elevate our stay by ensuring we were able to be located close to our family so the young kids could spend even more time together during the holiday. We didn't spend much time outside of the resort and the surrounding facilities (which are accessible by boat shuttle around the lagoon), mainly because the resort offers access to everything. During our stay we got to participate in the hotel's Songkran festivities which were education, and festive. THANK YOU to the whole team for involving the guests as you did! We really enjoyed the morning! Service at the pool bar was fantastic and lively in the afternoons, and the kids loved the inflatable waterslide available in the main pool area. The kids club felt a little limited- it was extremely warm and humid during our stay and the indoor room at kids club has only a ball pit- but plenty of space to activate other options. our kids did quite a few of the paid activities like the pizza making/ painting etc. and loved them all. Thank you to the kids club team.

Lovely and very obliging stuff… starting with an amazing morning breakfast, by our 1st couple of days… Meep the gorgeous egg chef knew my order, had everything ready to go as soon as she saw me. Bow who remembered us from a previous stay was ready to help out with any issues. The daily room service was outstanding. I would recommend a slightly better fragrance for the rooms, from time to time there was a strong sewerage smell. I would have to say the highlight of the day was the water activity at the beach pool. As we stayed at the pool rooms, promptly at 2.30pm daily our superstar activity man “SUPERMAN” organised and led to the best water polo competition between guests. An absolute blast!! We stayed for 17 days and were looked after 💯. Will be back for more in 2026. ❤️ Elizabeth & Boris

Exceptional service, spacious rooms and the staff are incredibly friendly. The hotel is in an area of supreme natural beauty, our room overlooked the lagoon (where there was plenty of fun activities - kayaking, paddle boarding etc.) and mountains behind it, we were also only a 5 min walk from a private beach. Absolutely sensational value for money, would recommend to all.

I chose to stay at this hotel with 2 girlfriends on my birthday and it was a great choice. The staff were amazing about making sure we had 3 separate beds, and they even decorated for my birthday and sent a small cake and handmade birthday cards! The hotel itself is huge and beautifully landscaped, as well as well-serviced by staff driving golf carts to get guests to far away locations within the resort. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, though the wiring in the air conditioning control panel was an issue, requiring repair twice throughout our stay. The pools are so beautiful and it was fun to walk from one end to the other. We didn't get a chance to use the beach but it also looked nice. Breakfast was delicious with lots of different food choices. The fitness facility was also really good. Even though the resort is far away from the main drag, I would stay here again and make use of the shuttles to get into town to take advantage of the different shops and restaurants.

Beautiful resort! relaxing beach areas. The Thai people never disappoint. Always smiling, soft spoken, willingness to provide excellent customer service is unmatched in the hospitality industry. Since im being honest here. I should mention that the resort is showing some signs of aging. Upside is, i did see renovation signs as well. So obviously they are addressing the problems. Last thing to mention, they have a small gaming area that needs to be upgraded. Hopefully that will be addressed as well. My wife and i will be back. Can't wait

Our fourth stay at Angsana was rather disappointing. On arrival the toilets in the foyer were dirty and there was too much commotion from loud wedding guests. The check in process was very short and impersonal, different than what we were used to. Overall the room was fine and big enough. But housekeeping sometimes only took place late in the afternoon. The breakfast selection used to be better, for example there was no Nutella anymore. The worst experience was on the beach. There weren't enough sun loungers and the construction noise from the Xana was extremely annoying. The price for 2 espressos at the beach bar (10 euros) was an outrage and in no way justified. Many new, ugly buildings are being built in the area around the hotel, with a corresponding amount of construction noise. The Laguna Area has lost its once-unique charm forever. Some of the staff seemed unmotivated and not very friendly, especially compared to the neighboring hotels Dusit and Saii. We had the impression that the event guests were given priority. For example, the beach was therefore not fully usable for normal guests. The hotel is now more of an event location than an oasis of relaxation which is very unfortunate. The Angsana still has a unique location. We don't rule out returning, but under different conditions (no construction noise, facilities renovated accordingly, etc.)

We really liked our stay at the Angsana Laguna Phuket. The most amazing part was the fabulous breakfast - food was abundant and delicious. If we had to do it again, we would NOT have booked the two-bedroom townhouse. Even though it had a nice balcony, it was designed more for a family rather than two couples. The rooms were small and sparce. The "regular" rooms - (3364 specifically) was beautiful! Pools were nice and clean. Access to the beach and the beach chairs w/umbrellas were clean, functional and comfortable! We took the free ferry across the bay for access to a huge convenience store that sold food and alcoholic beverages. This place wasn't off the charts, but it was very, very nice and a great deal for the money. All five of us would definitely come back!

Vast hotel but well maintained . The staff was amazing and very helpful. The location is good . The beach was very dirty full of plastics( certainly because the monsoon but nobody seems to care) . Breakfast was fine ( very good coffee) . We had a huge room . Air cond was too cold .we regretted not to have a fan . We had a very good dinner at the Thai restaurant . We recommend this hotel for families or group of friends.
Vast hotel but well maintained . The staff was amazing and very helpful. The location is good . The beach was very dirty full of plastics( certainly because the monsoon but nobody seems to care) . Breakfast was fine ( very good coffee) . We had a huge room . Air cond was too cold .we regretted not to have a fan . We had a very good dinner at the Thai restaurant . We recommend this hotel for families or group of friends.

Very good resort, huge and beautiful landscape, lots of activities for the family and guests, good breakfast, nice rooms and clean, the staff in all areas were excellent, always smile and helpful. We had a great times at resorts. We highly recommend Angsana Laguna to family, friends and anyone.

Very comfortable luxurious room. Really enjoyed terrace with direct pool access. Staff very helpful, lovely pool and near beach. Great value though it was low season. Excellent buffet breakfast. Only improvements would be quieter air-cons and a shuttle bus to town, e.g. Boat Street, though taxis easily available.

Overall a beautiful resort. You can definitely start to see the wear and tear in the rooms and the pools especially. Resort prices at the bars and restaurants are absurdly high considering you can get equal Or better quality a 10-15 minute walk away. Still a lovely time overall.

A sprawling place with nice enough gardens but takes time to get oriented. Rooms and the general decor are now dated and becoming 'rustic'. Our first room we paid for "Seaview", could not see the sea, aircon was very noisy and in the morning there was no hot water. Rubbish instant coffee and jug. We were upgraded and give free breakfast in compensation. Still 30% of our stay was awful. The staff were lovely and did all they could to remedy the situation but the damage was done. Bottom line what we paid and what we received in the off season was not worth it.

Exceptional service, spacious rooms and the staff are incredibly friendly. The hotel is in an area of supreme natural beauty, our room overlooked the lagoon (where there was plenty of fun activities - kayaking, paddle boarding etc.) and mountains behind it, we were also only a 5 min walk from a private beach. Absolutely sensational value for money, would recommend to all.
Exceptional service, spacious rooms and the staff are incredibly friendly. Loved staying here on a recent trip. The rooms were really large with lots of space, buffet breakfast was fantastic and the staff were so friendly. The free shuttle was very convenient as well.

I chose to stay at this hotel with 2 girlfriends on my birthday and it was a great choice. The staff were amazing about making sure we had 3 separate beds, and they even decorated for my birthday and sent a small cake and handmade birthday cards! The hotel itself is huge and beautifully landscaped, as well as well-serviced by staff driving golf carts to get guests to far away locations within the resort. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, though the wiring in the air conditioning control panel was an issue, requiring repair twice throughout our stay. The pools are so beautiful and it was fun to walk from one end to the other. We didn't get a chance to use the beach but it also looked nice. Breakfast was delicious with lots of different food choices. The fitness facility was also really good. Even though the resort is far away from the main drag, I would stay here again and make use of the shuttles to get into town to take advantage of the different shops and restaurants.

We enjoyed our pool side location as we can dip in the pool and get back in. Downside was the walkway echoed into our bedroom so we heard almost anything going down the hallway. We also had a smoker next to us so we weren’t always able to enjoy being on our patio when he was outside smoking at the same time. The room was very spacious. Downside was we weren’t walkable to the town but the beach, pool and amenities were on point. If we were a family or wanted to stay on property all the time this would be great.

Courteous Staff. Although lot of construction happening around the resort during our stay at the resort. One day there was a power outage for maintenance but resort organised heaps of activity & presented a voucher for the inconvenience. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

The resort is amazing All the staff were welcoming and smiling. The extra curricular programme was very good especially all the fitness and yoga classes. Tarn, Sun and all the PLAYERS ( staff working around pool beach and gym ) were absolutely amazing I particularly liked the yoga classes Tarn is an amazing teacher

Our fourth stay at Angsana was rather disappointing. The hotel has transformed into an event location. Furniture has been heavily worn since it opened in 2011. Strong construction noise on the beach due to Xana renovation, resulting in a limited number of sun loungers (Restriction of sun loungers also due to events). Event guests are given priority over normal guests. The friendliness of the service staff has decreased significantly, especially compared to the other hotels in the Laguna area. The prices are sometimes extremely high, for example 2 espressos at the Xana Beach Bar for 10 euros. These are prices like in Monaco, but that is not justified, especially because of the disruption caused by the construction noise. The area around the hotel has been and is being spoiled by ugly new buildings. The Wedding Chapel is now surrounded by construction sites, which is a shame. The beach was no longer an option for ubs, we used the pool as an alternative. Nevertheless, we do not rule out that we will visit the hotel again in the future in the hope that the situation will be different then. The location of the hotel remains unique, but the charm of the surrounding area is lost forever.

Lovely and very obliging stuff… starting with an amazing morning breakfast, by our 1st couple of days… Meep the gorgeous egg chef knew my order, had everything ready to go as soon as she saw me. Bow who remembered us from a previous stay was ready to help out with any issues. The daily room service was outstanding. I would recommend a slightly better fragrance for the rooms, from time to time there was a strong sewerage smell. I would have to say the highlight of the day was the water activity at the beach pool. As we stayed at the pool rooms, promptly at 2.30pm daily our superstar activity man “SUPERMAN” organised and led to the best water polo competition between guests. An absolute blast!! We stayed for 17 days and were looked after 💯. Will be back for more in 2026. ❤️ Elizabeth & Boris

I went with my family (2 uncles, cousin and her child). We were all do impressed by Angsana Laguna.The services were great especially the check-in and checkout personnel , Melly and Nam. They were professional and personable. Extremely helpful to our requests and even extended their kind assistance beyond. ❤️❤️❤️ The restaurants and their food were absolutely delicious! We have had a fantastic time staying in Angsana Laguna. Beautiful memories and so much to talk about.

Beautiful resort with private beach. This is a big resort. Our room was close to the beach but a long way from the lobby. They do have golf carts running frequently, which helps. And fortunately the breakfast restaurant, which was excellent, was close to our room. Overall a very nice resort with great amenities, especially considering the price.

The Angsana Laguna Phuket resort is in an upscale area of Phuket. The Resort is genuinely nice, and the staff are very friendly and respectful. We stayed in a 1 Bedroom Loft overlooking the Lagoon which was very peaceful, quiet and nicely appointed. Me and my wife were on our "Relive our youth Tour" and Anniversary. We had time to re-connect as a couple since this was our first vacation in a long time without kids. This stay helped save our marriage. Thank You Angsana Laguna Phuket! K̄hxbkhuṇ māk! Just one more note from the Resort go North on Bang Tao Beach about 100 meters to "Smigos" it's a great Bar and Grill Restaurant right on the Beach with a very relaxed vibe and great food. I highly recommend it!

I chose to stay at this hotel with 2 girlfriends on my birthday and it was a great choice. The staff were amazing about making sure we had 3 separate beds, and they even decorated for my birthday and sent a small cake and handmade birthday cards! The hotel itself is huge and beautifully landscaped, as well as well-serviced by staff driving golf carts to get guests to far away locations within the resort. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, though the wiring in the air conditioning control panel was an issue, requiring repair twice throughout our stay. The pools are so beautiful and it was fun to walk from one end to the other. We didn't get a chance to use the beach but it also looked nice. Breakfast was delicious with lots of different food choices. The fitness facility was also really good. Even though the resort is far away from the main drag, I would stay here again and make use of the shuttles to get into town to take advantage of the different shops and restaurants.

Our stay was disappointing. The air-conditioner in one of the two rooms we booked was frequently not working properly (not cooling). We called the engineering team twice and both times they said they fixed the issue but the warmer temperature persisted. The dining options on the property were also mediocre. We ate at the Seafood Market (they had a seafood buffet). It was very average food and not worth the price. The service also took a long time - we ordered drinks as soon as sat down and I had to track down the restaurant staff to inquire about our drinks about 10 minutes later since the drinks had not arrived.

Beautiful resort with private beach. This is a big resort. Our room was close to the beach but a long way from the lobby. They do have golf carts running frequently, which helps. And fortunately the breakfast restaurant, which was excellent, was close to our room. Overall a very nice resort with great amenities, especially considering the price.

Overall a beautiful resort. You can definitely start to see the wear and tear in the rooms and the pools especially. Resort prices at the bars and restaurants are absurdly high considering you can get equal Or better quality a 10-15 minute walk away. Still a lovely time overall.

Lovely and very obliging stuff… starting with an amazing morning breakfast, by our 1st couple of days… Meep the gorgeous egg chef knew my order, had everything ready to go as soon as she saw me. Bow who remembered us from a previous stay was ready to help out with any issues. The daily room service was outstanding. I would recommend a slightly better fragrance for the rooms, from time to time there was a strong sewerage smell. I would have to say the highlight of the day was the water activity at the beach pool. As we stayed at the pool rooms, promptly at 2.30pm daily our superstar activity man “SUPERMAN” organised and led to the best water polo competition between guests. An absolute blast!! We stayed for 17 days and were looked after 💯. Will be back for more in 2026. ❤️ Elizabeth & Boris

Vast hotel but well maintained . The staff was amazing and very helpful. The location is good . The beach was very dirty full of plastics( certainly because the monsoon but nobody seems to care) . Breakfast was fine ( very good coffee) . We had a huge room . Air cond was too cold .we regretted not to have a fan . We had a very good dinner at the Thai restaurant . We recommend this hotel for families or group of friends.

The staff were excellent and the food was very good. The resort is big and there were always caddies available to drive you to the lobby and back to the room. The pool was awesome and it was so close to the beach! Highly recommend Angsana Laguna Phuket.

2026年8月に滞在しました。 改装期間中でメインプールは休止中でしたが、食事の割引や有料のRAVAプールが利用できるなど十分な配慮があり、不便なく過ごせました。 特にスタッフのホスピタリティが素晴らしく、WhatsAppでの細かなやり取りも迅速でした。街中で見つからず困っていた変圧器の相談をした際も、近隣店舗の在庫確認まで丁寧にしていただき大変助かりました。 敷地内はとても広く、景色の良い場所でゆったりソファに座って寛げるのが魅力です。ウォータースポーツエリアで体験した「水中翼付きのスクーター（加速すると浮き上がるSUPのような乗り物）」は非常に楽しく、30分があっという間でした。体験してみる価値ありです！ また、Grabを使えば「ポルト・ド・プーケット」などの商業施設へもすぐにアクセスでき便利でした。 雨季の滞在で蚊を心配していましたが、室内にはレモングラスの香りのアロマがあり、虫よけスプレーとの併用もあって滞在中に刺されることは一度もありませんでした。 設備に多少の年季は感じますが、清掃が行き届いており清潔です。改装後の完成も楽しみな、また訪れたいホテルです。

I stayed here for 7 nights and can’t fault anything from my stay. The breakfast each morning was delicious with so many different options. The staff there were so lovely, and by the end of the week one of the ladies working recognised my friend and I as we walked in and would come over to ask if we wanted coffee. She knew our orders by the end of the week! The rooms were so comfortable, clean, and the turndown service was lovely. Always an abundance of bottled drinking water available while in the room as well. My room had a balcony that over looked the lagoon, which was beautiful to wake up to each day. We arranged a tour through the hotel desk, which was seamless and worthwhile. Getting around is easy with a shuttle throughout the resort/estate area, and walking through the town and shops was always really easy. The hotel and resort itself was gorgeous, and there are hotel buggies to get you around if you don’t want to walk between your room and the other amenities. All in all, I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.
