Der Aufenthalt war gut, sauberes Hotel jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Nicht mit 5 Sternen in Europa vergleichbar, eher 4 Sterne. Beispiel; niemand hat beim Empfang die Koffer entgegengenommen oder das Auto parkiert, kein turn-down service, lange Wartezeiten beim Frühstückskaffee, keine persönliche Hilfe beim suchen und buchen von Ausflügen, kein Wasser für die Fahrt bei Abreise, Angestellte nett aber viele sehr jung und nicht für 5 Sterne Service ausgebildet…

In our three weeks of travel through numerous hotels and multiple countries, we found your hotel to be the friendliest and best laid out of the places we stayed. Your staff made the difference in our stay as they ALL were exceptional and always met us with a smile and BULA BULA. We will definitely return in the near future.

Being a first time to your Resort the Concierge wasn't helpful at all which was really disappointing . Your staff in the resort was amazing as . they helped us direct us and explain everything i cannot fault them at all very good . I went back the next day and the concierge was very helpful wasn't he some one maybe something you could follow up on as i wouldn't someone else experiencing that at such a gorgeous 5 star resort

A few good and a few bad Let’s start with the bad , for. 5 star place and paying 650 a night for 1 week , apparently I didn’t not have breakfast included, this was not told at checking in , you think they would have advised or least offer it at 650 a night. I was on my honeymoon like come on breakfast for 2 at 650 a night it’s the least they could do . I asked and said oh well it wasn’t booked Then my room has mozzies in it , and room service was not up to standard I had to chase this up and was told on a an occasion sorry your room is not urgent we have to attend to the new comers first and this was at 4pm I will say that the food there was great at the restaurants and the staff there was great I feel like for the amount you pay a few things should be expected

lo mejor son los exteriores, las piscinas y el acceso directo a la playa. la habitacion muy correcta, pero necesita una actualizacion, especilamente el baño, poca precion de agua, bañera incomoda y poca luz. El aire accondiciano y el asencor hacen demaciado ruido. el desayuno muy normal y suele haber mucha colas anque el personal es muy amable y atento descatamos especialmente el equipo de la recepcion que fue encantador una chica me parece q es chilena y un chico argentino. en general, hemos disfrutado de la estancia, pero el resort necesita una buena renovacion para estar a la altura de su categoria, parece un resort de 3 estrellas
