My experience was so fantastic, I kept extending my stay. The staff was kind and super attentive to the details of my stay. The room was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable and plush. I got the best massage by Irina. It was so amazing I went back the next day. I really felt like the staff went above and beyond for me. Big thank you!!

El SPA es una belleza, pequeño pero muy confortable, la ubicación perfecta cerca de todo y lo mejor el servicio de Concierge es una maravilla siempre pendiente de mis peticiones y todo lo que les pedí lo solucionaron todo desde WhatsApp.

Staff were generally good but waited over 5 mins to check in despite 2 staff on concierge doing nothing, then cleaners forget to replace milk and took 15 mins to get it delivered. Add to that the smallest bath ever made and cheap bathroom oils. I just expected more from a suite. Very average all round

Thank you to the Four Seasons staff for making our stay absolutely exquisite!! Ramona and Kata were absolutely amazing and went over the top to make our stay for our honeymoon so memorable! Our driver Jacob was amazing and our bartender Patrick was quick to provide great recommendations! Thank you and can’t wait to come back to this amazing property!

We arrived and the staff went above and beyond to welcome us. The set up they provided for my five year old son was so special. He had his own bed, slippers, robe, toys, plushies, crayons etc. I was very impressed and will definitely be staying there again. Thank you Four Seasons for a wonderful stay ❤️

Beautiful hotel situated in a quiet street in the heart of Prague’s Old Town. It is a few minutes of walking to all major historic sites, great restaurants, and several shopping centers. The staff and customer care are excellent, worthy of 5 stars!

The property is wonderful and very well localized. The concierge team were the most helpful I have seen in hotels like this in years, absolutely great. The same about the doorman (Roman) and Stepan, our guide in one very exclusive tour into Strahov Monastery. In the other hand, the housekeeping did not come for turn down service in our second night. We were also charged for "drivers/limo cost" that we understood that were included in our tour. And also the breakfast is great, nevertheless extremely expensive for what is offered (no Champagne, for example).

Best location at just steps away from the Charles Bridge. Rooms were spacious and of top quality. Unique views over the rive and bridge. Definitely recommend the tours with are specially curated and unique to the hotel whereby one is able to view parts not open to the public. The river cruise is amazing as the hotel has its own boat. The Strahof library is so special with one of the monks showing you around and explaining the history and allowing you to see the opened up books- a must do. The walking tours were very informative. Loved they roof top dinner at Miru with the Japanese menu. The restaurant with the best views of Prague. Service is impeccable Four seasons. Truly the best in Prague and unforgettable due to the amazing unique tours.
