Red Cedar Haven Lakeside Tranquility

We had a wonderful stay at this sweet cabin on a beautiful lake. The rooms were very comfortable, the kitchen was incredibly well-stocked with everything we needed, and communication with the owner was fantastic. Highly recommend!

Lovely week with swimming, kayaking, boating,and hiking. The host is very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the views from the decks and the call of loons. Very peaceful and serene.

The house was clean, and the host was so welcoming. We had chocolates on our pillows, homemade cookies and a personalized note when we arrived. We got a text message that evening asking if we needed anything or had any questions. The lake was gorgeous; pristine. My family and I enjoyed kayaking, swimming and just hanging out by the water. It was close enough to stores that it was not a burden to food shop, but far enough away that you got a break. We loved every minute!

This is a perfect spot to enjoy the lake. And it’s west facing, so the deck is shaded for the perfect morning coffee and we had three wonderful sunsets. We rented the pontoon boat for the day and really enjoyed exploring the lake. The house is very well appointed and maintained, with attention to every detail, including slippers! The kitchen has everything you need, and a really nice grill on the deck. The vintage stove and fridge are very nice touches as well. We loved it.
