Radisson Blu Riyadh

Very nice property with excellent facilities.

Whirlpool ist kaputt,kein handtucher am pool, Pool erst ab 10.00 auf,also nichts mit early morning swim. Musste zweimal anfragen wegen Shampoo und duschgel,ansonsten wars ok

A decent hotel with clean and fucntional rooms. Breakfast was a little basic and limited but maybe because it was Ramadan. Fantastic gym and great pool. Staff are very friendly and efficient.

The hotel is excellent. They have a nice swimming pool and Turkish sauna and Scandinavian Sauna as well as a gym. The sauna was the main plus point for me. The cons were that I was planning to get a free transit visa, but that was not available so I had to pay $130 in tourist visa for one night stay in Saudi Arabia, and there is no shuttle bus or public transportation from the airport to the hotel, which is in Riyadh. So you have to book a taxi adding about $30 to $45 each way.

I have so much to say since i stayed here for a long time so this is going to be long. First of all , please DO NOT be fooled with those many good reviews. The hotel is only good for one or two night's stay at most. The only good thing about this hotel is how nice the staff are. Especially the room service and cleaning team. I gotta say the front desk is not really that accommodating like most reviews said but they do try to be nice. For the most part, they almost never pick up the phone. I had to come down whenever i wanted something. I wanted a late checkout, but they could only allow 3 hours, so u check out at 4 or 5 max. If u stay one more hour, u gotta pay half a day l. Like seriously? I just wanted one more hour, but no. So thier standard is not like any other Radisson blue around the world that I stayed in. This hotel is the only one that wouldn't accommodate but its maybe part of policy? I dont know. I just didn't appreciate it. The room is tidy, the team is good at their job, it's also clean for how old the furniture is. The staff seem to be doing their best with the supplies they were provided, so its not the cleanest hotel, its just ok. The food was delicious, decent variety, only one restaurant, a buffet, the rest were closed for a while but they wont tell u that before booking ! They have the worst WiFix, it even went out for many hours on one of the days. The facilities are mixed and there is no female only area for anything which was weird. Wont ge back

Salle de fitness en décrépitude, rien ne fonctionnait. Personnel au check out très désagréable.

Amazing 5 star hotel, with exceptional cleanliness, excellent quality service, and clean & spacious rooms. Although restaurants and shops are not too close, they are reachable within a short drive by Taxi. The price is perfect and affordable. I highly recommend Radisson Blu hotel!

Underneath the sofa and the bed in the room, were empty bottles - which shows they don't clean under the furniture. The food was absolutely awful - cheap, horrible processed fillings in the sandwiches, fries that needed the oil changing about a month ago. When I checked out, there was a guy in a hoody, who took my card and walked off - no thank you, no 'how was your stay'. I asked for helping booking a taxi and was told 'just Uber'. The Wifi throughout the hotel is rubbish too - it kept lagging, cutting out altogether and just generally, slow. For $350 a night (approx), this was rubbish. Second time I've used Radisson Blu and found their food offering showing a total lack of care. I definitely wouldn't recommend.

Hotel ist sehr sauber und entspricht die Beschreibung. Frühstück Buffet war vielfältig und man kann auch vom Hotel ein TRANSFER vom Flughafen organisieren lassen dabei muss man deutlich früh es machen .

I think it is one of the most convenient hotels in Saudi Arabia. The building is a little old, but it is clean and the staff are very hospitable.

The staff was very welcoming and very helpful,the room was clean,the list could go on...I highly recommend this hotel,we had an amazing experience in Saudi.

This wasn't my first time in that hotel in Riyadh. I had to book this hotel, even though it was over my budget, due to its location near my business meetings. Even though it was a pleasurable experience, I noticed that the plumbing system needs consideration. The toilet and the wall spray (shattaf) in all the rooms I stayed in was leaking all day and night, and the pressure was not stable. Therefore, it was noisy the whole time, and I was very concerned about the water waste. Otherwise, everything is great!

Staff are amazing. Hospitality of them is great. Rooms a bit dated.

Front desk staff were absolutely useless. I asked for recommendations on a supposedly touristy area of Riyadh, but the concierge had no clue about it. I also booked a hotel car to take me back to the airport 24 hours in advance, but on the morning of my departure I understood that they had not arranged it despite telling me that the driver was on is way… the staff were not even apologetic about the situation. Some serious customer service training is needed here.

trafique front desk was great help when we checked in about 3.00am. the only problem was it took us 2 Taxis to find the correct Radisson Bllu.This was the same problem when we returned from touring. The address on the business card is also incorrect according to the Taximan.

My vip upgrade wouldn’t happen if it wasn’t for Mr Salah(night manager). He was very hospitable. He should be promoted to higher rank. Thank you Mr Salah for making my family and I happy.

Total disaster. I am starting by saying I am frequent traveler Middle East and Africa. This hotel is not in international standing, by far the worst I seen in the region in 8 years. Not sure how they classify 5 stars. Nothing to save from this hotel. Hereby my comments: Rooms: old and dirty. Old carpet. Service: - not answering on calls from the room. - you need to go down to reception to ask an extra towel, and only a single towel avalable in the room. - they found the way to charge my credit card 1000 SAR instead of blocking the amount on check in. On check out shall I mention that they want to give me back the amount as cash before travelling back as it is not possible for them to transfer back the amount to the credit card. - if you ask anything to reception it’s like you bothering them. I made the mistake to ask about information on any convenient store open nearby, nobody except security gard to help.- room service : don’t call them to order food they are busy watching football game

The property was ok and the staff was ok. Name of hotel is almost exactly the same as other radison blu convention center. Had to switch hotels to find the right one.

Un hotel muy bien situado si vas por trabajo. Servicio amable, habitaciones amplias y muy limpias. Cerca de una zona de restaurantes donde para poder salir después del trabajo y cenar tranquilamente.

All is good except the location,

Just because of the location , try to avoid to stay there. Far away from everywhere, nothing to do in the district. Beside that the Hotel needs a serious renovation. Peoples are friendly. But location + renovation need would not my choice again.

The room was OK but I particularly asked for a room with a view, but was given a second floor room facing parking lot. The lobby looks very sparky and one would have a feeling of a hotel in Russia in the 90’s. The restaurant is really off grade from the look, the menu and food….

Really excellent hotel with friendly staff and great food. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast had a very wide variety of choice and was delicious. There was an issue at checkout with payment but I think this was due to the brand change over.
