The home is clean, comfortable and has a nice supply of necessary amenities. It is well-located for access to the beach and both Manhattan and Hermosa beaches. The host provided quick responses. There is construction all over Manhattan Beach including directly across the street which made for very noisy weekdays. The patio could use some work but is adequate. Our main complaint is that the listing says 4 bedrooms but it only has 3 bedrooms and a pull-out couch so we had one less bedroom than planned.

Nice layout with lots of natural light and cool architectural features. Large kitchen and nice sized rooms for everyone to spread out. The sheets are super soft!

Upstairs toilet will not flush. I took the lid off and placed it on the toilet. Otherwise it was fabulous!

We loved it being able to relax and walking distance to the beach a must do it again. Beautiful decor and comfortable beds.
