Great hotel overall! It’s right in the city center of Rotterdam so it’s close and a walkable distance from pretty much everything! Staff were great! If you arrive early before your check in they will store your belongings in a safe and locked room! The rooms themselves were very well maintained and the view was great!

Awful experience. I booked this hotel based on the reviews, but I was completely misled. I ended up paying €150 for parking for less than three days because the staff were unable to help with parking at the hotel, despite parking being listed as one of the booking features. There was no daily water replenishment — only two tiny 200ml bottles provided for the entire stay. The breakfast was disappointing, and honestly, the price I paid did not reflect the experience that was advertised at all. I have stayed in many hotels, but this was by far the worst 4-star hotel I have experienced. I would never recommend it, nor would I ever return. The room was cold even with the heating turned on, and the hot water in the shower was temperamental. I booked the executive suite, but there was nothing “executive” about it. The carpet was visibly dirty, and the TV remote was filthy. The only positive part of the experience was that the staff were friendly and respectful, even though they were unable to resolve the issues during my stay.

Chambre très spacieuse, literie confortable. Emplacement idéal pour visiter Rotterdam à pied...ou en métro. Bons cocktails au bar de l'hôtel. Le seul petit bémol : la température de l'eau dans la salle de bain. Celle-ci varie sans arrêt, ce n'est pas toujours très agréable sous la douche.

Je suis extrêmement déçu de cette hôtel. J'ai payé une chambre exécutive 35 m2 dans la tour, mais j'ai eu une chambre de 20m2 au 2ème étage. De plus le ménage était mal fait. Les peignoirs était sales. Y avait des taches de maquillage sur les manches. Il fesait froid dans la chambre, impossible d'augmenter le thermostat. Un conseil ne réservez surtout pas ici. Hôtel à fuir.
