Great stay at Aqua Resort. Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. We especially want to thank Angel at the front desk for her amazing customer service!

The person that checked us in did not provide good customer service. I asked, “Which way to the room,” and she asked the security guard to help us. Had it not been for the security guard, we would have struggled to find the room. The room needed a deep cleaning. The ceiling fan had built up dust and a cob web was hanging by the front door. The toilet area stunk. The room was not cleaned during our stay…the beds were made and the trash was removed. We had to call the front desk for toilet paper. The food/drinks were overpriced and not good. We ordered room service and the utensils were dirty and my “gourmet” pizza was doughy. My mango margarita was $12 and I did not taste any alcohol (or feel the effects of alcohol). The best part of our stay was the view and drinks prepared by Vin the bartender.

Thank you so much for an amazing time at your facility. Dinner was always amazing. Snorkeling was great and the assistance to be able to do it was above and beyond. The staff was so nice. 🤗🤗
