O hotel tem uma localização ótima, com uma vista maravilhosa! O café da manhã tem muitas opções e é delícia, assim como o bar da piscina (a bolinha de queijo é uma delícia). A academia apesar de pequena, é bem equipada. O hotel estava envelopado o Carnaval e isso trouxe uma energia muito boa.

A estadia foi boa. Funcionarios bons porem nao falam ingles. O quarto é confortavel, a cama tambem. Banheiro ok. Chuveiro ok. Uma coisa ruim é que as janelas estão sempre sujas pelo lado de fora. O que dificulta a vista. O cafe da manhã é caro e o eatacionamento também. Além do manobrista sempre demorar para buscar o carro. Se nao fosse pelo congresso que estava participando escolheria outro hotel pelo mesmo valor.

O local onde o hotel está é bonito. Próximo tem vários bons restaurantes. Excelente disponibilidade de táxi e Uber. Não arrumaram o quarto 1 dia, e disseram que deixei a placa de nao incomode, o que eu não tinha feito. O atendimento da recepção é ótimo. Boas opções no café da manhã. Enfim, gostei.

Hotel sujo, velho, fedorento. Corredor fede mofo. Quarto fede mofo, sujo, mal conservado. O banheiro então nem se fala, sem manutenção e uma limpeza adequada há anos. O cheiro da roupa de cama nem se fala… Se não tivesse a bandeira Mercure passaria facilmente por um hotel medíocre de beira de estrada.

Hotel maravilhoso, café da manhã incrível, elevadores rápidos, fácil acesso para os locais importantes, staff super simpáticos, vou dar um feed Back só para ajudar mesmo, não me atrapalhou mas melhor sem né , tinha uns modos no teto em cima da cama, acho que as pessoas responsáveis pela limpeza não estão vendo, é só limpar que sai, meus travesseiros estavam com cheirinho de mofo, mas pedi e trocaram, as vezes o cheiro pode ser pelo fato desse mofo no teto, o quarto é enfrente ao mar e entendo a dificuldade da manutenção, quero só ajudar mesmo com essa avaliação … amei muito

Segunda vez no hotel e super recomendamos. O quarto vista mar é maravilhoso, atendimento no geral muito bom, cafe da manha excelente, piscina deliciosa. Uma das melhores funcionarias do hotel é a Lucielma, sempre muito carinhosa e atenciosa na arrumação do quarto. Unicos pontos negativos é o Wifi que é muito fraco, nao da pra fazer nada e nao deu nem pra assistir um filme na Smartv. E o fato de o hotel sempre ter eventos de empresas e os mesmos "visitarem" a area da piscina, pisando com sapatos e tenis na area molhada, onde os hospedes estão a vontade, filmando e tirando fotos, deixando todos muito desconfortáveis. No geral, vale muito a pena ficar no Mercure Rio Vermellho.

Nice View , Nice pool although pool furniture is old and needs to be replaced. Excelent breakfast. Shower temperature was really hard to control . Air conditioning works well but fan is too noisy . Staff is very attentive at reception and restaurant. Hotel is in need of a renovation as it is beginning to show signs of time .

Hotel common areas and rooms are in excellent condition. The breakfast buffet is really great and pool area phenomenal. Only down side was the shower controls for hot water were quite unpredictable. Scalding hot or tepid cold...you need to turn dial almost fully cool then wait 2 minutes before adjusting it a litttle...then get in the shower. Super slick shower tiles....kind of like standing on black ice so we were all very careful. We had 5 rooms for our group and each guest reported same issue so perhaps the hotel can get the plumbing checked. Otherwise a really great stay.

Fiquei 03 diárias em janeiro/26 e amei minha estadia. A área da piscina é maravilhosa com uma vista incrível. O café da manhã tem muitas variedades. Excelente! O quarto que fiquei com 2 camas de solteiros grandes e confortável. Quarto grande. Com relação a localização, essa é perfeita. O hotel está no bairro Rio Vermelho próximo aos restaurantes e bares com música ao vivo, que muito curti nas minhas noites em Salvador. Adorei tudo!

Zimmer und Bewertung des Hotel: die Zimmer das Hotel und vor allem das Bad bedürfen der Renovierung. Eine 8.5 wohl nach brasilianischem Standard- EU kaum. Für 2 Nächte war's ok. Frühstück gut, Aussicht sehr schön. Check-in: only football enthusiasts know why behind the reception a TV has to run at full power because of the football and you don't understand your own word. Otherwise fast and uncomplicated the lady spoke good English. Otherwise you won't get an inch far in the hotel without Spanish or Portuguese language skills. Rooms and rating of the hotel: the rooms, the hotel and especially the bathroom need renovation. An 8.5 probably according to the Brazilian standard EU hardly. It was ok for 2 nights. Breakfast good, view very nice.

Cheguei às 11 horas, fiquei 1 hora e meia na fila do check in. Quando chegou minha vez não tinha quarto disponível. Diversas pessoas do meu evento que chegaram mais tarde já estavam acomodadas. Foi disponibilizado o quarto apenas as 16 horas. Atendimento lento e péssimo.

Exceptionally poor customer service. Lack of communication. The original Apple iPhone charger was not located in the outlet. When I contacted the hotel, they failed to respond as well as locate the charger. Many excuses have been provided, there has been a lack of communication, and the matter has been handled in an unprofessional manner. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLE ITEMS IN YOUR room. Be careful not to rely on this staff to locate a personal item, since you will never be able to retrieve it.

Fiquei 03 diárias em janeiro/26 e amei minha estadia. A área da piscina é maravilhosa com uma vista incrível. O café da manhã tem muitas variedades. Excelente! I had an amazing stay here. The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodated my English speaking needs. I had one encounter with the pool bartender who was very rude and dismissive other than that I highly recommend this hotel.
