Beach Retreat Merewether

We had a wonderful time, thank you! The house was perfect for two families with teens! Lots of space for everyone and so close to the beach.

While the house was very good in terms of the size and location, the amenities left a lot to be desired.We had booked the place for 7 nights. We arrived late evening after a 11 hour drive to find that there was no milk for coffee in the morning, nor was there any coffee pods available (even if only for the next morning), although there was a machine for them. On querying the manager, she curtly stated that we should go and find a supermarket and buy our own stuff. There was only 1 single ply toilet roll although we were staying for 7 nights. There was only one bin liner with no spares available. The vacuum cleaner did not work (the battery needs changing). So all in all, we were happy with the house, but disappointed with the amenities. It does not cost more than a few dollars to provide some of the above mentioned items which would have made our stay more enjoyable

We loved tge location and the amenities of tge house were terrific. Comfortable beds and plenty os space. Would highly recommend.

We had such a beautiful stay at Beach Retreat. Amazing location for the perfect relaxing beach holiday in a beautiful home. Being able to use the garage was a perfect bonus to be able to park our trailer during our stay. Highly recommend.
