My Hotel Convento stay was comfortable and pleasant. The hotel service was excellent and staff was very helpful and friendly.The old world charm makes this hotel in comparison to other hotels in the area a must experience by all who come to Old San Juan.

The staff at El Convento was superb. In the wonderful restaurant especially Andrea, Monica Sofia, and Indira were helpful. In our room Edwin was very kind. Everybody was cheerful.

Nice old hotel with great cloister in the middle. It’s in a wonderful location if you want to visit San Juan. Pool is really small. More like a plunge pool.
