Pool and hot tub were great, I also loved the shower room right by the pool. We stayed in a room with 2 queen beds and a couch and it easily fit all 6 of us in my family. I liked the shelves above the microwave and mini fridge, made it easy to put things I didn't want my 2-year-old getting a hold of up out of reach. Good breakfast, although I would have liked it better if they extended the time to 9:30 AM. Stunning view of the mountains nearby.

Pool and hot tub were great, I also loved the shower room right by the pool. We stayed in a room with 2 queen beds and a couch and it easily fit all 6 of us in my family. This is a beautiful hotel! The entire property, including our spacious room, was spotless and included a nice pool. We loved the great breakfast, that was included in our room rate. We came with another couple, and enjoyed using the nice tables and comfortable common area to play cards at night. The hotel even had a fire pit with benches to sit on in the evening. We’ve stayed at other Springhill Suites by Marriott in St. George, UT and one in Colorado Springs and experienced the same beautiful properties with outstanding customer service.

Beautiful property. New build. Kept up. Pool was perfect temp, hot tub was clean. Bed was comfortable. Could hear neighbours when in the bathroom but otherwise quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing hotel! Big clean rooms (we had a small suite) with large bathroom, very comfortable bed, and the hotel has all the amenities. Great lobby area, very solid gym area for a hotel, nice back deck area with fantastic views from the pool and hot, fantastic breakfast (includes hot & cold items), and location is great, adjacent to food/across the street from a big gas station (and Taro Coffee, a great spot!). 100% plan to stay here again

It’s a newer hotel. The room is clean/new/fashionable. The pool is cold and the hot tub is dirty and functioning. Breakfast is good but very slow filled out the food that were out. They are good but didn’t meet the standards we are expecting for the price we paid for.

This hotel is beautiful with beautiful views and the staff was amazing, loved the comfort of the room and the having a guest laundry to wash clothes after hiking. What I didn’t like was the breakfast area was crowded and chaotic regardless of what time we tried to get down there. The pool area was the same way in the evenings so we did not get to use all the amenities. I will very likely stay here again because the hotel is very nice and our room was spacious, beautiful and comfortable but we will plan to have breakfast somewhere else.

A newer property. We felt very safe. There were a lot of families for the Labor Day weekend but it was still nice and quiet. Impeccably clean!!!

New place but the bathrooms start showing age with wallpaper peeling. Clean. Breakfast can get crowded but nice to see other staff pitching in. The hot tub was nice. I think the pool was heated but it could have been bumped up a few more degrees but all in all great place to stay

Nice hotel overall with a huge suite room. I had a great view of the red rocks behind, which was lovely. A few things that would have made it much better: 1) really old, graying worn towels (yuk!) 2) just ok breakfast- standard selections every hotel has 3) no soft lighting in the room- a shame for such a nice room that the quality of lightbulbs was so stark and over bright. I used the laundry which worked great and was an ok price. However there was a minor flood in the laundry room.

New facility, less than a year old! Very clean and comfortable. Staff was professional, polite, and always willing to help when needed. Continental breakfast was well stocked with fresh food, guests were able to get something nourishing to eat without hardly any wait times, with plenty of tables and seating. Would definitely stay here again.

Good new modern hotel. Only downside is that the road in front of hotel is very noisy even with window closed. RV park is also right next door which can be noisy. You can open the window little bit for fresh air which is rare these days for new hotels. There's a Wendy's and gas station right next to the property. Breakfast was decent but typical offerings and bit crowded given all was put together close in 1 place.

This is a fairly new hotel, and we were surprised there was no refrigerator in the room. Other than that, all was good. Comfortable bed, plenty of pillows, hair dryer, and very clean.

Comfortable beds and modern but welcoming decor (West Elm collab was a great idea by Marriott). The trundle style bed from the couch was the perfect set up for our son, but was definitely large enough to comfortably sleep adults too! Great stay and will definitely stay here again on our next trip through Kanab.

Very nice hotel with a couple of exceptions. The King Suite room size is somewhat small. The proximity to the door and the interior hallway makes it bit noisy. The refrigerator was ridiculously small. Much smaller than most hotels that have refrigerators. And you have to press a button inside of the refrigerator to make it work for only 3 hours at a time! If you want to keep your items cold you have to keep pressing the button throughout your stay.

The sofa bed was not very comfortable at all and really only sleeps one person not too because it is a trundle type bed system and the person on top is just sleeping on some cushions which we're not comfortable and no easy way to get on to the top part without stepping all over the bottom mattress. Rest of the hotel is nice and breakfast was excellent.

We were excited to be staying in a brand new hotel. It was beautiful and clean and lovely in every way. I just wish they would have spent some extra money on insulating the walls better. We were disturbed all night long by noisy neighbors and a strange rattle noise that was routinely heard every 30 seconds. Did not rest well. But it was beautiful!

Arrived at the hotel to check in and found out the hotel's computer system was down. The only agent at the desk was the wonderful Shreya. She handled the situation so professionally. After repeated apologies, even though she was not responsible for the situation, she was able to check us in. She is a definite asset to Springhill Suites!

They lied on our faces & refused to accept. We booked a king room, they gave us a queen room. When we talked to the front desk, they said sorry we are out of King rooms so you have to stay at the queen room. When I said we paid for the King room, they changed the room to a lower floor King room, but when checked in , it was a Queen room again. went back to the front desk and they said it is a King room, and they charged us for the King. I am a six feet tall man, I travel around the world and I know the difference between a King & a Queen room. They lied got caught and refused to accept. Its a new property and their walls are so thin that you can hear people in other rooms and outside. difficult to sleep.

This was an emergency reservation. Booked the room then 15 minutes later we were driving up. The staff was very friendly and kind. If something was unavailable they gave plenty of other options, plus their recommendations on restaurants and activities was top notch. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is amazing: new, clean, located in a quiet area with a view of Old Paria, and conveniently close to the road. The room is cozy and well-designed, warm, with a dedicated workspace, a comfortable large bed, and equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. The staff is very friendly, polite, and responsive! There is an excellent 24/7 fitness center. The breakfast is delicious and offers a variety of options. Fresh coffee or tea is always available in the lobby. I highly recommend this hotel and will gladly stay here again next time.

It's a brand new hotel with modern design. Very friendly staffs greet you when you walk in. Big Walk in closet, big sofa bed, very comfortable beds. Bathroom is nice and good size. Continental breakfast is good with multiple options. Quiet and convenient location to stay in Kanab. We sure will stay again if we visit Kanab.

Overall nice suite. Room carpet seemed clean, with modern bathroom. TV mount permitted some tilt and swivel. Breakfast was pleasant surprise, better than most.

Pool and hot tub were great, I also loved the shower room right by the pool. We stayed in a room with 2 queen beds and a couch and it easily fit all 6 of us in my family. I liked the shelves above the microwave and mini fridge, made it easy to put things I didn't want my 2-year-old getting a hold of up out of reach. Good breakfast, although I would have liked it better if they extended the time to 9:30 AM. Stunning view of the mountains nearby.

Nice hotel overall with a huge suite room. I had a great view of the red rocks behind, which was lovely. A few things that would have made it much better: 1) really old, graying worn towels (yuk!) 2) just ok breakfast- standard selections every hotel has 3) no soft lighting in the room- a shame for such a nice room that the quality of lightbulbs was so stark and over bright. I used the laundry which worked great and was an ok price. However there was a minor flood in the laundry room.

Amazing hotel! Big clean rooms (we had a small suite) with large bathroom, very comfortable bed, and the hotel has all the amenities. Great lobby area, very solid gym area for a hotel, nice back deck area with fantastic views from the pool and hot, fantastic breakfast (includes hot & cold items), and location is great, adjacent to food/across the street from a big gas station (and Taro Coffee, a great spot!). 100% plan to stay here again

It’s a newer hotel. The room is clean/new/fashionable. The pool is cold and the hot tub is dirty and functioning. Breakfast is good but very slow filled out the food that were out. They are good but didn’t meet the standards we are expecting for the price we paid for.

This hotel is beautiful with beautiful views and the staff was amazing, loved the comfort of the room and the having a guest laundry to wash clothes after hiking. What I didn’t like was the breakfast area was crowded and chaotic regardless of what time we tried to get down there. The pool area was the same way in the evenings so we did not get to use all the amenities. I will very likely stay here again because the hotel is very nice and our room was spacious, beautiful and comfortable but we will plan to have breakfast somewhere else.

New facility, less than a year old! Very clean and comfortable. Staff was professional, polite, and always willing to help when needed. Continental breakfast was well stocked with fresh food, guests were able to get something nourishing to eat without hardly any wait times, with plenty of tables and seating. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, the place was incredibly clean. I really like the layout of the room rooms with the division between the living room and bedroom area. Breakfast was excellent. My only advice would be to expand the hours of breakfast till 10 o’clock as opposed to 930.

A two night stay- Location is good. Parking felt safe and convenient. The included breakfast was good quality with a fair amount of choice, both hot and chilled choices. Breakfast staff were excellent and attentive to detail. Our room was very clean, spacious, tasteful, and had a feel of recent update. The bed was comfortable, though I'm glad I brought my own pillow as the ones provided were soft, but a bit thick for my taste and neck. The sliding door on the bathroom was the best quality sliding door I've encountered at a hotel.... it created a sealed closure, was sound dampening, and good at light blocking. Usually I frown on sliding bathroom doors, but this gets five stars and a thumbs up. Three drawbacks to our stay: Beginning at 5:30am on our first morning we could hear a lot of walking around above us, hallway doors slamming, and people talking in the hallways (customers up and departing early it seemed.) Sound insulation could be better. Not a problem the second morning. Disappointment #2: The shower head provides a stingy amount of water. I appreciate water conservation, but this was too much. Not a deal breaker, but NOT pleasant. #3: USB outlet next to the bed (side closest to the door, room 119, failed to provide any charge. Yes, a few wrinkles, but overall the hotel was a good choice, one of the better in town I'm guessing. Given remoteness of Kanab, the price could arguably be reasonable. Book early for better price.
