Snowflake Lodge - Harbor Springs! Nub's + Boyne!

Great property. Super close to ski slopes and very easy check in/check out process! Only complaint is the coffee pot takes a very long time to make one full pot of coffee.

The property is located near both the Highlands and Nubs. The layout is perfect for multi-generational group. Because of the cold and snowy weather, the house had a couple issues while we were there. First, on the way to check-in, we we're informed one of the showers was out of order. During our stay, the management company called and told us a roofer may stop by and asked if the sky lights were leaking. They weren't at the time but started later that day. We had pails and pans out catching the drips in the family room. We believe both we're related the very rough winter Michigan was experiencing. All that said, we will rent next year is possible.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group of 11 enjoyed the space at this rental. We had plenty of room for sleeping and our ski equipment. Everything was clean when we arrived. We had some leaking in the roof and told the rental company right away. They didn’t respond but sent out a guy to brush off the roof for us. There was also water in the laundry room and no response about that. There weren’t enough garbage cans in bathrooms and no Kleenex. The 3rd floor bathroom shower was out of commission and received a compensation for that inconvenience which was nice. We would stay here again based on space and convenience. Wish there wasn’t water in the laundry room...wet socks before heading to the hill is no fun!

We ended up at a house in Harbor Springs due to a furnace issue at the house we booked. The property managers contacted us proactively, arranged a different house that worked for us, and were very helpful overall. We would definitely book again!
