The centrally located holiday apartment is situated on the first floor of a multi-family house. In our bright and sunny 2-room holiday apartment (70sqm) you will find: 1 large bedroom with a high-quality box spring bed (180cm*200cm) and a large sliding wardrobe with mirror element. 1 bathroom with sink, toilet, and walk-in shower. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, electric stove with ceramic cooktop, and oven. Small appliances such as a fully automatic coffee machine, kettle, egg cooker, toaster, waffle maker, hand mixer, microwave, and other utensils for daily cooking/baking needs are available. For our little guests, there are also children's dishes and drinking cups. There is also seating with 2 bar stools, so nothing stands in the way of cooking and chatting together. The cozy living/dining area invites you for a hearty breakfast, lunch, or dinner. A large sofa with chaise longue (sleeping function: proper mattress 160cm*200cm with slatted frame) and a smart TV also allow for less action-packed days. From here, you can access the southwest balcony with a wonderful mountain view of the Grünten, Mittag, and the Hörner group. Sufficient balcony furniture including a parasol is available. 1 garage which should be used as a parking space. The parking spaces in the courtyard belong to the other residents of the house. Please do not park in front of the garages or opposite! The holiday apartment includes a communal garden, which you are also allowed to use. No pets are allowed in the house and in the holiday apartment! A guest folder is provided in the holiday apartment, where you will find important information about the apartment/facility as well as for leisure activities. Pets and smoking in the holiday apartment are not permitted! You will receive the Allgäu-Walser Pass, which allows you to take advantage of numerous discounts and ride the bus for free, when you have filled out your registration form and completed the online check-in. You can then activate the Allgäu-Walser Pass via the Allgäu-Walser app, which you need to download and install. Payment: 14 days before arrival via bank transfer to the provided account. Booking Conditions: No free cancellation! If you do not start your trip after booking or leave early, we will charge 90% of the total amount, unless we were able to re-rent the apartment.
