Overall it was very nice. Pro's: Rooms were clean, amazing panoramic view, the location right on the boardwalk and beach access was extremely nice. Cons: Not enough dishware for our party of 6, while the room and main common areas were clean the halls and stairwells were not, the elevator was extremely slow, finding baggage carts was hard, and the 3rd pool is the kiddie pool inside of the large outdoor pool. All in all 4.5 out of 5

We did a weekend with the grandkids since they have an indoor pool. Kids had a great time and it was nice to have a restaurant right at the hotel.

The best thing about this place was the staff. Super friendly and helpful. Great location and a great place to stay! Exactly what we expected, and the kids loved the waterslides. Friendly lifeguards are on duty, and staff are present. Would stay again. My only complaint would be, they seemed to forget they had an outdoor pool. Gate was locked when we tried to visit, no towels or clear time when it was open. Everything else was great!

Hotel is on the New Jersey boardwalk. Easy access to all the boardwalk has to offer. Parking was plentiful. Our room came with a full kitchen, living room and balcony. Bedroom had two full sized beds, beds were comfortable. Pull out couch in living room had seen better days. Balcony came with two Adirondack chairs and a small table, very comfortable. I would stay at this hotel again.

Unfortunately the place has a lot to improve upon. Had to move rooms due to air conditioning issues. Kitchen did not have basic items you need to cook. Maid service only delivers towels. We had a 3 year old so could have used a vacuum. Couldn’t sit on beautiful deck on weekend due to smell of drugs now legal in NJ. Pools were dirty with sand and there are no outdoor shower areas. Elevator broke during our stay and they fixed promptly.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They made sure that we had a room on the top floor overlooking the ocean. The rooms were clean and the beds were surprisingly comfortable to sleep in. The star of the show was the balcony overlooking the boardwalk and the ocean! We would come again!

They hadn’t finished cleaning our room when we checked in. Toilet unflushed, previous guest’s food in the fridge, tashcans with trash, no sheets on the beds. To their credit, they made it right. But still disappointing. Kitchen was very nice, TVs were tiny. Beds were reasonably comfortable. Great location right on the boardwalk with ocean views.

This was the dirtiest hotel I ever stayed at. They charged so much money for a hotel room I felt uncomfortable sleeping in. There was slime on the floor in multiple spots, I have pictures. The TV in the living room did not have a remote control. The other TVs in the bedrooms were the super large TVs from the 1980s and none of the channels came in. A few of the outlets in the bedrooms did not work. We booked a family suite and they only left us two towels and then gave us a hard time about getting more towels. They left dishwasher pods to run a dishwasher and the Suite didn’t even have a dishwasher.

It's quiet. However, the room smell like mildew and there is tons of mold in the bathroom walls and ceiling. Staff came to clean. However the mold is inside wall and vents. The beds are very old. The panoramic suite we stayed in was renovated with a new fridge and stove. It’s clean, and the hotel is off the boardwalk and a short walk to Marine Pier. The room is cold, but the AC is loud. We all didn't sleep well due to how loud the ac was. It’s like sleeping in a construction site. The shower is old and seems like it hasn't been updated. Water temperature is either too hot or too cold, and water pressure is very low.

The beds were a nightmare!! That is the only issue I had with Montego Bay. I am not sure it is even a mattress with the wonderful staff, the clean property, room are nice layout the extra things such as toast and a hair dryer were all plus but that bed was the worst.

Thankfully i only stayed one night but for the price it could have had better accommodations. Beds were squeaky and soooo uncomfortable. The air conditioner sounded like a jet plane taking off. The sheets and blanket basically looked and felt like a paper towel. No toilet paper dispenser and just overall outdated and beat up looking. The elevator took forever and is tiny and very scary. Again, so glad i only stayed one night but for almost $500 a night i would have expected nicer accommodations.

Loved it was right on the boardwalk and beach was easy to access. Staff were great. Didnt like beds were springy and uncomfortable, not comfortable bedding, gas stove in room, bathroom fixtures were unpar. Need an extra door lock so young kids cant bolt out of room easy. It was easy to find. Parking was easy. We had a ocean view which was great!

They hadn’t finished cleaning our room when we checked in. Toilet unflushed, previous guest’s food in the fridge, tashcans with trash, no sheets on the beds. To their credit, they made it right. But still disappointing. Kitchen was very nice, TVs were tiny. Beds were reasonably comfortable. Great location right on the boardwalk with ocean views.

Hotel carpet is drity, toilet barely worked. The lady was rude and accused me of lying about the maintenance buy calling me a birch because I told him the toiled was not flushing right. They gave my room key to another guest who entered my room at 9:30 pm. Then sent a maintenance guy banging on my door at 9;45. Their mistake of course. She threatened to refuse service after we booked a hotel for an event. A bully and doesn't care about customer service. She was arrogant and literaly said " if you clog the toilet we will know" meaning I would do that on purpose. I travel a lot and have never seen such low class owner. I told her " I am all for supporting local, but need a toilet that works for 4 nights. My advice and experience. Stay away... there are a lot of hotes better than them.

The best thing about this place was the staff. Super friendly and helpful. Great location and a great place to stay! Exactly what we expected, and the kids loved the waterslides. Friendly lifeguards are on duty, and staff are present. Would stay again. My only complaint would be, they seemed to forget they had an outdoor pool. Gate was locked when we tried to visit, no towels or clear time when it was open. Everything else was great!

We were there at the end of the season which might explain why there is a lot of maintenance needed. The sliding doors to the balconies (for our room and another room our family members used) were in bad shape (roller wheels were barely functional). A family member was trapped on the balcony for a time. The towel racks in the bathroom were low quality and a family member fell when the rack came off the wall. The bathroom tile floor around the toilet was cracked and it was clear that the underlayment was deteriorating. A good addition to the room would be a simple information sheet, which might include information about the what TV channels and service provider the hotel uses. Luckily the staff was very responsive to requests for assistance.

The rooms are just a bit dingy and the sliding door to the balcony wasn’t working correctly. The front deck check in woman was very short and rude with me but the rest of the staff was great.

Loved it was right on the boardwalk and beach was easy to access. Staff were great. Didnt like beds were springy and uncomfortable, not comfortable bedding, gas stove in room, bathroom fixtures were unpar. Need an extra door lock so young kids cant bolt out of room easy. It was easy to find. Parking was easy. We had a ocean view which was great!

Overall it was very nice. Pro's: Rooms were clean, amazing panoramic view, the location right on the boardwalk and beach access was extremely nice. Cons: Not enough dishware for our party of 6, while the room and main common areas were clean the halls and stairwells were not, the elevator was extremely slow, finding baggage carts was hard, and the 3rd pool is the kiddie pool inside of the large outdoor pool. All in all 4.5 out of 5

Hotel is on the New Jersey boardwalk. Easy access to all the boardwalk has to offer. Parking was plentiful. Our room came with a full kitchen, living room and balcony. Bedroom had two full sized beds, beds were comfortable. Pull out couch in living room had seen better days. Balcony came with two Adirondack chairs and a small table, very comfortable. I would stay at this hotel again.

My family loved the waterslides and that it is on the boardwalk but not in the center so it is a little quieter. It wasn't the cleanest. We had a dirty washcloth hanging on outside chair and the silverware was gross. Everything else was clean. The pull out bed mattress was pretty yellowed and old and super uncomfortable. Don't bother trying to sleep on it.

Staff was really rude, it’s a non smoking facility and the room beside me was smoking cigars and MJ and I reported it to the staff, as I walked away I heard them talking about they arn’t doing anything people are gonna smoke if they want to. Multiple spots in the ceilings have water and mold damage. A lot of amenities are not available as advertised (ice machine, washing machine) I called and asked if breakfast is included as stated by the app to do so and was told they include 3 meals. We got to the resort to be told we can’t have that option because we ordered through Expedia.

My stay was excellent, every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to make sure my family enjoyed their stay. Very clean room, comfortable beds, updated / renovated kitchen and bathroom, not to mention the can't-be-beat oceanfront balcony view. The waterpark was great as we were visiting off season and breakfast at Adam's was delicious!

We did a weekend with the grandkids since they have an indoor pool. Kids had a great time and it was nice to have a restaurant right at the hotel.

For the money I paid I expected a well kept property. Our room had a damaged and dirty shower curtain . It isn't even expensive to replace . The kitchen had barely any supplies. The floor was not mopped . The pool area was very dim and dangerous to walk. The hottub had some type of lotion substance floating on top. The parking was horrible . Thank God I am able to walk . I felt bad for the older people that had to park so far.

We loved our view it was amazing. The kitchen was stocked well, looked like a brand new stove/oven so we had a spaghetti dinner one night. The Staff was super helpful but they kept promising us that we could get in the room early but it never happened. My husband had to personally look to see if the maid was done and he was. Maybe better communication would have been better? Parking was awesome as we always had a spot in the underground lot. Beds could have been more comfortable, they made noise when moving around. Overall an 8.5 is appropriate.

Fitness room was a joke; not maintained. Windows were open, extremely hot, linking pipes from above with a few cardio machines and free weights - some well rusted. Carpets were dirty in our room with tears in it. Stains were on the carpets and sofa. The shower had very low pressure and drained very slowly causing a build up of sand. Our balcony door did not lock.
