The Nest at Brier Crest by Avantstay Game Room, Expansive Deck & Fire Pit

House was exactly as described and clean. Communication with host was excellent and easy to contact. House has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Very nice game room also. Outdoor deck, fire pit and grill available for use. In a very nice community with lake, beach, swimming and fishing available. Convenient location with nearby grocery store, gas stations and restaurants. Easy access to roads and highways. Has very nice golf courses nearby, which was what our trip was for. Highly recommend and will stay here again.

Location was close to many fun snow activities, the home was beautiful, clean, cozy, with lots of games and space to truly enjoy the weekend. Host was easy to contact and other than some small plumbing issues had a wonderful experience.

Lodging very spacious and accurate descriptions. We could easily walk to the beach area. We had a relaxing time. Very clean with a lot of amenities.

My family really enjoyed the property. Very clean, great games to play and very spacious for my family of 7. I would recommend to anyone.

This property was just as pictured. With the weather I wish the property owners would’ve taken the 6” sheets of ice and snow off the walkway. We had to be so careful there was absolutely no where to safely walk the entire weekend. The check-in process was grueling and incredibly invasive of our privacy. I won’t be using avant- stay again.
