My stay in the executive room at Lotte Hotel Seoul was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, polished, and attentive in every detail. The executive room itself was beautifully designed — spacious, elegant, and impeccably maintained, with stunning city views and every comfort thoughtfully considered. The executive lounge experience truly elevated the stay. The food and beverage offerings were excellent, the atmosphere was refined yet relaxing, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and valued. Every interaction reflected genuine hospitality and professionalism. What stood out most was the perfect balance of luxury and comfort. Très bon accueil du personnel . Une très belle chambre avec une belle vue . La salle de bain était assez spacieuse pour 3 personnes et les renseignements du personnel ont été de beaucoup d’utilités . L’établissement est très beau et la propreté est impeccable . Le Check out et Check in était très rapide et efficace . Très bon avis sur le Lotte Hotel
