El hotel muy bien,pero lo del apartamento fue un horror,estuve llamando a recepción para reservarlo pero durante horas intentando nadie me contestó..llegamos de noche y no había parking disponible,cuando hice la reserva me dijeron que no me preocupara que cuando llegara tendría parking.y me lleve una decepción enorme...

Hotel bem localizado e com instalações novas e bem conservadas. Atendimento muito simpático e atencioso, mas funcionários com muito trabalho na recepção. Faltam mais funcionários para evitar filas. E Garagem no local é boa, ainda que um pouco apertada. À minha chegada tive dificuldade em estacionar pois havia um carro parado em local não permitido.

There is no notice during the reservation process that their parking is limited and you must reserve it in advance. We arrived with a car and were turned away for parking, creating a big hassle, if you know Seville at all. Terrible communication. Nice hotel.

Fint hotel med god morgenmad. Værelset var også fint (der var lidt støj fra elevatoren ved siden af værelset). Gode parkeringsforhold i parkeringskælder (koster ekstra).Parkering skal bestilles samtidig med værelset.

The hotel says parking available but it did not specify that if their parking lot was full, you have to park 1km away off site. On top of that, our shower drain was broken and wouldn’t drain the water, and our light switch wouldn’t work (they did offer a room change but we were already settled in) . We had to sleep with our lights fully on. There was also a cockroach crawling around in the lobby.

La habitación que nos asignaron estuvo perfecta; estaba aislada de los pasillos principales de la primera planta y con vistas al restaurante. Todos los días tuvimos servicio de habitación y cambio de toallas, así estuviera el aviso que queríamos reusarlas. Escogimos hospedaje y desayuno. El desayuno muy completo, fresco y variado. Siempre hubo reposición de todas las bandejas hasta la última hora de buffet libre. Las chicas de la recepción muy atentas y serviciales en todo momento.

Was not happy given a room next to the lift. Nosey. Second room was dirty and had a cracked sink in the bathroom.

La propriété est inconcevable dans les chambres et les salle de bains. Un hôtel à faire des travaux et à ne pas utiliser avant . Le petit déjeuner est très limité pour un hôtel de trois étoiles. Je pense une étoile c'est assez pour une hôtek comme celui.

Super clean room, cleaners are doing good job.

Hotel limpio, bien situado y perfectamente atendido por el personal, pero en la habitación hay una pequeña mesa y no hay ni silla ni una banqueta donde poner una pequeña maleta. Para trabajar un rato con el portátil hay que hacerlo en la cama o en el retrete. Otro punto muy negativo: la presión de agua en la ducha es mínima. Imposible enjuagarse el pelo si no es a cuatro patas metiendo la cabeza bajo el chorro del grifo de abajo, que casualmente sí tiene mucha presión. Y los precios del minibar estan absolutamente fuera de órbita. Desayuno muy completo, aunque el café de la máquina sale muy muy aguado.

The hotel has a very good location, near to restaurants and historic places. I didn't like that the A/C or in this case heater situation, it was centralized. I do not like to use the heater unless it is absolutely necessary. The room temperature was set to 24 degrees Celsius and that is too hot for me. Had to sleep with the window open, but my room was above the restaurant which was very noise since 6 am, when they were preparing for breakfast. My room, 128, was very small compare to other double rooms, even the bed was smaller than others.

The room was small but not cramped...bed was comfortable, bathroom was large, breakfast was a great deal. A bit far from old town attractions

This MUST be refunded The following items were reported to reception at hotel: 1) Had to bang on wall at 0030 in morning. Adjacent room were 2 women talking (not shouting). Poor sound insulation between rooms! 2) Tiled floors are great, however the chairs should have rubber or felt pads on feet to prevent scraping sounds when they are moved!

La atención del personal. Lo que me parece mal es que muestran fotos,pero hay cosas que no indican. El lugar es pintoresco ,pero da a todos los pisos dan a un patio cerrado,por lo cual no hay ventilación en las habitaciones,hay una pequeña ventanita pero da a un espacio cerrado.

Staff was really welcoming, they all were pleasant and had a great attitude.

The hotel is beautiful and boasts that they have bathtubs. The photos of our triple room were spacious, and included a bathtub. Instead, the large bed was pushed into one corner of the room and a rollaway bead crammed next to it. We had no space. When I went to the reception the woman said she could do nothing. I though offering late checkout, free breakfast, or a discount would be appropriate. I came down a couple hours before checkout and asked the same woman if we could have late checkout, she asked for our room number, and said it was no problem and taken care of. We returned one our after regular checkout and the woman was smirking and had had everything removed from our room which we had still planned on using for bathroom and a snack. The manager said it was no problem we could go back to our room and cart up our things. I said it is a problem that the woman passive aggressively told us we could have late checkout but then enjoyed having our items removed because I asked her earlier about our misrepresented room. It looked like they took a double and tried to cram another bed in there, we could access the outlets. The listing says our room was 258sf. There is no way. It appears we got the “standard double room 215sf” and that room also represents a bathtub. Why misrepresent? Nothing makes me happier than expectations being exceeded. Really disappointed with the sneaky trickery, failure of hotel to acknowledge, rudeness, and the manager not caring.

Excellent hotel. Modern, well equiped, and good breakfast. Good walk to old town buildings, etc.

Das Hotel ist ca. 1.1 Kilometer vom Flughafenbus entfernt. So ist es nicht so schlecht zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist vorallem sein Preis nicht wert. Wir bezahlen selten so viel für eine Nacht. Die Zimmer sauber und ordentlich. Stauraum hat es fast keinen. Unseren Koffer, zum Glück hatten wir nur einen, lag auf dem Pult unter dem Fernseher. Die Dusche bestand aus einer Badewanne mit schmalem Glas als Spritzschutz. Das Frühstücksbuffet war, so finden wir, auf das wirkliche Minimum beschränkt. In den USA kriegt man noch weniger ;-). Zum Zentrum läuft man ca. 15 Minuten. In guten 5 Minuten hat es einen längsgezogenen Platz mit vielen Restaurants. Das hat uns gut gefallen, so musste man nach dem Abendessen nicht noch zu weit laufen. Wir würden es wohl kaum mehr buchen.

Schoon, rustige straat en dichtbij Alameda de Hercules voor leuke restaurants. Minder vond ik het ontbijt; chaotisch, alle broodjes moeten eerst in een toaster voordat je ze kon eten. Dus een rij bij deze voorziening. De prijs van 8,- was daarentegen ook laag.

Overall excellent property, it’s little bit far from main core downtown areas.

It was reasonably close to the areas we visited but was walkable, within a 30 minute walk. The hotel was clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was good.

Un hotel eccellente per la sua categoria, particolarmente per il servizio di pulizia in camera. Personale cortese, disponibile e premuroso. Unica nota stonata: un caffè espresso terribile dalla macchinetta per il break fast. Possono fare di meglio, anche per il banco colazione. Pochi prodotti e sempre gli stessi. Ma d'altronde, per un *** è tanta roba.

Pegamos dois quartos. Um dos quartos mofado, Velho e com gesso danificado . O Outro quarto muito pequeno. Café da manhã muito ruim. Não recomendo . Trocamos de hotel .

Sehr schönes Hotel aus mehreren Gebäuden mit offenen und geschlossenen Innenhöfen (Rezeption, Frühstücksraum) Super Personal, alles sauber, sehr gutes Frühstück gute Auswahl für den Preis, leckerer Kaffee, top Personal im Frühstücksraum. Leider sehr schlecht gedämmte Zwischenwände, alles aus den Nachbarzimmern ist zu hören. Sehr kleiner Schrank im Zimmer, dafür großes Bad.
