We reserved hotel specifically for hot tub and sauna. Hot tub was broken. Sauna was working but you were not allowed to go there with kids because of nudity. The front desk were very nice and friendly and lady from Kirginstan was very helpful and offer late checkout. Matresses were old and not very comfortable. Location is good, you can walk to many places. Breakfast buffet was good as well and they have room services available too.

Beautiful hotel, staff in reception and in the bar were all very friendly & helpful. Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Shower is very good, good pressure, premium shampoos and soaps. Bed was very large and comfortable.

Bis auf den sehr höflich Herren der unsere Koffer entgegengenommen hat und eine Dame an der Rezeption, war dieses Hotel wirklich grausig. Zimmer musste 2 mal nachgebessert werden bezüglich der Hygiene. Selbst danach war das Hotel einfach nicht einladend. Alles war alt und heruntergekommen. Die Atmosphäre war ein Gruselkabinett. Spa Bereich sehr dürftig aber immerhin freundliches Personal. Dusche im Spa war äußerst unangenehm vom Geruch her. Keine Mini Bar im Zimmer beim Preis von über 1000€ für 2 Nächte, ich zahle gerne für meine Getränke aber ich renne gewiss nicht jedes mal runter in die Lobby um mir was zu kaufen. Kein Concierge vorhanden und generell wurden nicht Ansatzweise die Standards eines 5 Sterne Hotels geboten. Uns wurde nach langem diskutieren ein kostenfreier Late Check aus Kulanz bezüglich der Mängel gewährt. Normalerweise wird eine solche Situation in der 5 Sterne Hotelerie ganz anderst gehandelt. Wir werden nie wieder kommen. Sie brauchen mir auch keine standardisierte Entschuldigung jetzt zukommen lassen. Wenn Sie ernsthaftes Interesse besitzen etwas zu bessern, rufen Sie mich persönlich an. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Sehr freundlicher Check-In, alles sauber und ordentlich. Mache Ecken bisschen abgenutzt aber vollkommen im Rahmen. Auffallend viele Amerikaner. Das Hotel an sich ist zu empfehlen.

The rooms need to be updated, they’re very old. The hallway carpets should be changed , they were dirty and had some stains. It’s a shame, it’s in a great location and has decent amenities but again, the rooms itself need some upgrading.

Property was average. Staff were very kind. We stayed at smaller, more quaint properties in Frankfurt and Heidelberg, which seem to be more our preference. Parking was a lot more expensive than anticipated, however very safe. Our room was missing soap and tissues apon arrival, but was filled before our second night. Lots of construction in front of hotel, but very convenient to train station.

Chambre double très spacieuse, très propre, à 10 min à pieds de la gare de Stuttgart. Par contre on y a eu très chaud, le thermostat ne fonctionne pas, et ouvrir la fenêtre s’avère bruyant car au dessus de la 2 voies très fréquentée. Néanmoins une expérience positive.

The staff was fantastic...very friendly and accommodating. We had to charge our car one day, and one of the staff accompanied us to the garage charging station and helped us set it up (the garage is onsite which is nice). Rooms were very nice, albeit fairly dark....there wasn't enough lighting. The location is good...there aren't a lot of restaurants or shopping right next to the hotel, but a 10 minute walk puts you in the middle of everything. We felt very safe walking everywhere, even at night.

Upscale hotel with nice , clean and comfortable room. Room has great noice reduction windows so it's quite even it's right next to a busy road. The hotel location is difficult to get to due to major construction around the train station and the messy walkways. Recommend taking taxi if you are coming from train station as we did.

Beautiful hotel, staff in reception and in the bar were all very friendly & helpful. Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Shower is very good, good pressure, premium shampoos and soaps. Bed was very large and comfortable.

Der Service ist leider schlechter geworden. Am Empfang wusste man nicht über die Abreisedaten Bescheid, der Barservice schickt einen Gast schon mal zur Rezeption um sich ein Getränk wie die Stuggischorle dort selbst zu holen (angeblich getrennte „Betriebe“) und beim Frühstück war es unmöglich ohne ewige Warterei ein Omelett o.ä. zu bekommen

Staff paid more attention to busywork than customers. Waited in line at checkin AND checkout while several staff chatted and did paperwork behind the counter. Rooms were noisy Tried to book 3 nights. But they said third night was full. They would contact me if a room opened up. Never was contacted and later Expedia had the room. Booked it there

The road out front is busy and you must use the bridge to cross. If you are coming from the train station and have heavy luggage, you will have to carry it up and down semi circular stairs.there is no elevator or ramp. I’m sure when the new train station is built, this will be resolved.

This hotel is located a few meters from Stuttgart Central Station. You can walk there. They have a good breakfast buffet but you better buy it with your hotel reservation because it is not cheap.

The staff was fantastic...very friendly and accommodating. We had to charge our car one day, and one of the staff accompanied us to the garage charging station and helped us set it up (the garage is onsite which is nice). Rooms were very nice, albeit fairly dark....there wasn't enough lighting. The location is good...there aren't a lot of restaurants or shopping right next to the hotel, but a 10 minute walk puts you in the middle of everything. We felt very safe walking everywhere, even at night.

Hotel has 90’s vibe. Old fashioned decoration but immaculately clean, very good breakfast. Teh staff is helpfull and attentive. The air conditioning is not good for heating in our room so the staff provided a extra heatet which solved the problem. The other problem is surroundings. You literallly step into a construction site when you exit the hotel. Un pleasant off course

Upscale hotel with nice , clean and comfortable room. Room has great noice reduction windows so it's quite even it's right next to a busy road. The hotel location is difficult to get to due to major construction around the train station and the messy walkways. Recommend taking taxi if you are coming from train station as we did.

Nice room, however it was a little off the beaten path. The more interesting parts of town were a walk. There were no restaurants in the immediate area.

The lovely hotel is a casualty of the tremendous construction going on for the new train station; it affects it in every way. The staff however is fantastic. We had a minor problem with our room and they fixed it immediately. They were very gracious and accommodating. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room amenities were superb! The room service breakfast was amazing!

Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, Rezeption sehr hilfreich. Frühstücksbuffet üppig, leider zu wenig Personal im Einsatz, zum Teil ohne Deutschkenntnisse. Bei jedem Frühstück fehlten diverse Löffel, manchmal auch Tassen, Eierbecher sowie Sekt und die Kaffeemaschinen waren des öfteren überlastet b.z.w. wegen Reinigungsanforderung ausser Betrieb.

A special thank you to Taha, Josiah, and the beautiful young lady, Visches, who kindly took our luggage to our room. Their warmth, friendliness, and professionalism made our stay extra special. They were always helpful, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous, with an excellent selection of delicious food. We also loved the spa facilities—the sauna was wonderful, and the pool was clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. The outstanding hospitality and excellent facilities made this a truly memorable experience. I am an American visiting Germany. I do not know my way around this area or speak German. All of the staff at Meridien were especially friendly and helpful. They were so kind and friendly, too. The food and bar drinks were amazing. The hotel was always clean and so beautiful. It was a pleasure for us to visit and stay at your hotel.
