Solin Cave Cappadocia

Çalışanlar ile ilgili bir problem yok, problem otelin yönetim problemi ! Luxury çift kişilik oda tercih edip ödeme yaptığım halde iki tek kişilik yatağı birleştirmişler, yataklar kesinlikle eskiydi, otel yeni olmasına rağmen. Eksik olan şeyleri yenileme konusunda da cimri davranılması kesinlikle otel yönetiminin zihniyeti olarak değerlendiriyorum

Çok güzel bir aile işletmesi

Really nice cave hotel in the sleepy little town of Mustafapasa. Room was nice and cool (great to beat the blazing Cappadocia summer heat) and had an enormous bathroom. Delicious Turkish breakfast served daily and terrace is great for hanging out. It is on top of a hill so if you’re planning to walk, be aware of that. Hotel staff speak a little English but were very handy with Google Translate and helped us with all sorts of requests, including bus service, balloon rides, taxi service etc. Housekeeping every 2-3 days. Note that despite the address, this hotel is NOT in Urgup (which is what I thought when I booked). It’s in Mustafapasa, a small town about 11 min away from Urgup. If you’re driving or doing tours, it doesn’t really matter, but if you’re taking public transit it is somewhat inconvenient as you need to take the bus to Urgup before transferring to further destinations.

Harika bir yer, harika işletmecileri var. ama şöyle bir durum var. bölge olarak biraz sıkıntılı galiba 1 gecelik kaldın ama akşam üzeri ve gece 2 kez elektrikler gitti. 30 dk civarı elektriksiz kaldık. kahvaltısı güzel, temizlik güzel.
