Staff were super nice and helpful. I cannot remember the front desk manager name, she got my room upgraded and made the check in so smooth. Ezzi front desk manager, and Hari duty manager were very helpful in my checking out. I stayed at the hotel many times, will stay again.

Totally good

We all are very impressed with how well the hotel is run. Among 5-star hotels in Surabaya and Jakarta, this hotel is the best and service truly stands out. Room service was prompt and courteous, the Executive Lounge offered excellent food, drinks, and personalized attention, and breakfast at the Pavilion was outstanding.
