I like this place and have stayed here many many times and will again when I return early next year. The only thing that sux about this place is that their breakfast buffet is awful and over priced for what you get, fortunately there's McDonald's across the road so definitely ditch the hotel breakfast and go to Macca's instead.

We went down to reception to ask for a extra towel and blanket The lady at reception commented house keeping close and will find and bring to room but did not arrived We also found room to be unclean, on the side table there was a dry contact lens and dust on the furniture We also commented to the receptionist in the morning about our disappointment but nothing to help

Nice rooms, everything very comfortable. Wifi was good in the room. Easy walking distance to the new Metro, and less than 25 minutes to the CBD. Breakfast buffet was good, with the only negative being the scrambled eggs were awful powdered eggs. Eggs could be cooked to order though.

It’s not unusual to receive good customer service from one of two employees but this was amazing. I interacted with at least 7 staff who all made me feel welcome and couldn’t do enough to help me. This is across 4 departments. Senior management deserve recognition for well trained team. FYI, I’ve stayed away for all most 100 nights this year in multiple countries so I know the difference!
