Hotel was quiet and almost felt private. In a good way.

Front of house staff are the best I have experienced anywhere in Asia pacific. We arrived hours before check in but while we were out they text to advise that room was ready and we returned to discover they had also put our bags in the room for us. They greeted on every exit and return, even offering complimentary water bottles. After a housekeeping error they all apologised profusely, had the manager message me and provided complimentary breakfast. A company’s character is measured by their response to problems and they simply excelled. Room was excellent, very spacious and well stocked. Location was excellent, walking distance to The Rocks, Circular Quay, Pitt St Mall, Sydney Tower Eye and Barangaroo. Congratulations to your training manager for instilling a consistent and exceptionally high level of service across your entire team. Easily the best I have experienced. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

Wonderful location and huge room.

The Staff were amazing. Professional, polite and attentive. The property was clean and looked good. However, we had no hot water for showering. The rooms are not sound proof, you can hear a pin drop from the other rooms. The outside noise was terrible from the lane. I would not rate this hotel 5 star, nor would i recommend anyone to stay there.
