Area is great for access to darling harbour and city shops and theatre. Great food around the area. Easy great parking onsite. Gym is the best one in a hotel I’ve ever used. Beds very firm but not great for my back. Staff friendly and professional.

We had a pleasant stay and will surely consider coming back. Love its location close to Town Hall Station. The facilities are top notch with a well equipped gym, indoor pool, sauna at jacuzzi. It would have been perfect if the pool was heated. Most of the guests including us who were there at that time couldn't stay in the pool for long because it was cold. Lucky a sauna and jacuzzi was available. Cleanliness is okay but I feel could have been better. Coffee and tea options with hot choco is a good variety. Bottled water should have been included though. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Glad to have tried Fraser Suites and will consider coming back.

Appart classe et bien équipé, belle vue en hauteur, parking sous-terrain à 52 dollars la nuit. Central et bien situé pour visites à pied. Gym parfaite, juste la piscine intérieure un peu trop froide. Sinon top.

Stayed here a number of years ago and it was nice, this time the property was run down. The spa wasn’t working and the staff working at the buffet breakfast insisted we paid even though it was included in our room rate.

Great facilities, Gym was adequate for a decent workout and some cardio. Sauna, pool and Spa were excellent. Our room suited our needs well and the building was in an excellent location; walking distance to transport services and plenty to do close by.

I picked hotel due to pervious years experience and daily room cleaning services compared with another group hotel down on same street for 8 nights. However the cleaning services was given me a big headache everyday. 1) Fresh food was left over from previous guest and bugs were found on kitchen table 2) No refill shower gel 3) Bedsheet was not handle properly, I was sleeping on the bed mattress directly, my legs caused skin allergy badly. I need to see doctor when I return home 4) Tea bags not refill even with front desk reminder. All those have feedback to front desk and they have tried their best to communicate with cleaning team but new problem still happen almost everyday. Apart from the cleaning, front desk staffs were very supportive ,hotel location is fantastic, special thanks to hotel manager Connie who has given me a lot of inspiration of Sydney and tired to solve the cleaning issue.

The hotel and staff were lovely. Location convenient and facilities pretty good. My only criticism is the breakfast was mediocre, cold and you had to ask for items that were needing to be replenished. Tables were left full of dirty dishes for a while before being cleaned also. The grout and silicone in the shower recess is also mouldy/discoloured.

It was a nice place however the tv wouldnt work properly, the room smelts bad and aircon kept changing temperature. These are very little things but for a place that is meant to be 4/5 stars and over $300 a night it was abit disappointing. However the staff were very lovely.

This hotel is advertised as a suite hotel whereas the rooms are very small, the interior finishes are very old, this hotel will rate at best 3 star in US. Way too expensive for what they offer. The location is good, however, I would not recommend this hotel.

Exceeded all our expectations. Prahlad the duty manager checked us in early, asked if we would like to upgrade from studio to 1bedroom for $50. Best decision! Penthouse top floor, million dollar view, Spotless room, floor to ceiling window overlooking saturday darling harbour firework, free parking, enjoyed spa, sauna, pool, regents place endless food choice right downstairs. Amazing memories made to celebrate my son's and husband's birthday. Stuart from maintenance helped us jumped start our car too upon check out. Thank you for making our stay memorable. Glad to finally found a place for our city staycation as Sydney resident.

I can't recommend this place highly enough. The staff we were so fortunate to have help us during our stay are beyond amazing!! Prahlad and Kevin were so friendly and kind and Prahlad just went above and beyond to help us. We thank you for all that you did to make our stay a little easier.

Reception service is poor. I was not informed about breakfast discount when checking in, my fridge was disconnected from the PowerPoint. I asked reception to have a look at it and after waiting for over an hour found out that it was not even connected. The power outlet was hidden behind the kitchen drawer. On my second day of stay keys were not working, reception said that someone had checked me out and didn’t even apologised for it . Kitchen appliances are poor, no coffeemaker and no oven.

La suite était, dans mon cas, plutôt une chambre d'hôtel avec un petit coin cuisine : un micro-ondes mais pas de plaque, une bouilloire mais pas de grille pain, un peu de vaisselle et un évier. Suffisant pour réchauffer un take-away ou pour un petit déjeuner sans toasts grillés. Nombreuses offres de restauration à proximité. Pareil côté shopping. Proximité de Chinatown et de Darling Harbour. De George street etc..

This was a last minute booking & I’ve now found my new favourite place to stay in Sydney CBD. Clean, convenient, great location, great room layout, close to amazing food options. Easy access to Darling Harbour, Town Hall & Central as well as light rail, train, bus & ferry. The apartment was well equipped with all you need for a self catering stay if that suits. Can’t wait to return but next time it’ll be longer than 1 night

Appart classe et bien équipé, belle vue en hauteur, parking sous-terrain à 52 dollars la nuit. Central et bien situé pour visites à pied. Gym parfaite, juste la piscine intérieure un peu trop froide. Sinon top.

La suite était, dans mon cas, plutôt une chambre d'hôtel avec un petit coin cuisine : un micro-ondes mais pas de plaque, une bouilloire mais pas de grille pain, un peu de vaisselle et un évier. Suffisant pour réchauffer un take-away ou pour un petit déjeuner sans toasts grillés. Nombreuses offres de restauration à proximité. Pareil côté shopping. Proximité de Chinatown et de Darling Harbour. De George street etc..

We had a pleasant stay and will surely consider coming back. Love its location close to Town Hall Station. The facilities are top notch with a well equipped gym, indoor pool, sauna at jacuzzi. It would have been perfect if the pool was heated. Most of the guests including us who were there at that time couldn't stay in the pool for long because it was cold. Lucky a sauna and jacuzzi was available. Cleanliness is okay but I feel could have been better. Coffee and tea options with hot choco is a good variety. Bottled water should have been included though. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Glad to have tried Fraser Suites and will consider coming back.

The hotel was good and the location suited us. The only small but puzzling point worth mentioning was that there wasn't any tea&coffee or minibar in the room. It required a walk outside the hotel and it was annoying late at night. The breakfast was good but limited, ie, no egg station. Overall, a good location and nice hotel.

This was a last minute booking & I’ve now found my new favourite place to stay in Sydney CBD. Clean, convenient, great location, great room layout, close to amazing food options. Easy access to Darling Harbour, Town Hall & Central as well as light rail, train, bus & ferry. The apartment was well equipped with all you need for a self catering stay if that suits. Can’t wait to return but next time it’ll be longer than 1 night

The reception desk staff were unfriendly - the suite was ill-equipped for a short stay, no in-room service for late arrivals, and nowhere to buy food in a safe nearby vicinity. The bed was uncomfortable, and no bottled water was available on arrival.

The hotel and staff were lovely. Location convenient and facilities pretty good. My only criticism is the breakfast was mediocre, cold and you had to ask for items that were needing to be replenished. Tables were left full of dirty dishes for a while before being cleaned also. The grout and silicone in the shower recess is also mouldy/discoloured.

We just arrived back from a one night stay and it was wonderful. Beautiful 1 bed apartment, great pool and gym and the breakfast was delicious. The parking was $40 but we could park easily, onsite and way before check in which was helpful and then we could park until 5pm the next day which was great. Would highly recommend with a great central location - will be visiting again!

Don't choose the premium suite; the value for money is poor, and the view is bad—the adjacent building is only 3–5 meters away, making the entire apartment visible from outside. Unlike other rooms, this one has a bathtub. The layout isn't practical; the kitchen is functional and well-equipped, though it lacks a washing-up sponge and detergent. Also, contrary to the photos, there is no coffee maker; instead, you are greeted by a warning that if you don't use the exhaust hood and open a window while cooking, you'll be charged 1,700 AUD. The room was clean and spacious, though the furniture is stained and battered—showing clear signs of wear. There is a large desk, but the separation of the sleeping area isn't ideal, and the lighting design is poor; you can't control the lights in specific areas independently, so the whole apartment is either fully lit or dark, making working in the evening or at night difficult. The room is cold in the spring, yet otherwise gets extremely hot if the air conditioning isn't running. The curtain setup is a joke—an 8-meter span of combined blackout and sheer curtains that is impossible to manage. The bathroom is adequate; the hot water supply and water pressure are both fine. It’s okay for a week, but I would recommend the larger rooms instead because of the view.
