Holiday Inn Express Toronto Downtown by IHG

Perfekt beliggenhed. Det virkede lidt rodet, da de var ved at renovere flere dele af hotellet, men morgenmadsstedet og værelset var pænt og rent.

The staff was respectful but not super warm either. You get what you pay for, and at such a low price (less than 300$) don’t expect big smiles when you walk in. I wasn't able to experience the breakfast as hours to get breakfast don’t extend past 9:30am. The heater and ac were very noisy so I had to turn it off to sleep. A water fountain is not accessible on every floor, you have to go down to the lobby every time. My room was close to the laundry room, so I could hear the washer and dryer going when I was in my room. The hotel is located in a safe area. Every where that I needed to go was in walking distance: Eaton Center Mall, Massey Hall, St-Lawrence Market, Union Station, that was a plus.

The staff was very accommodating. We got there early. We were going to a Blue Jays game. Traffic was terrible. They let us in early. We’d be able to park our car get into our room and head off to the Blue Jays game and as we are walking out, they said go Jays. We also met the cleaning staff and she couldn’t have been lovelier and the rooms were so clean.

Great downtown location if your traveling by plane or train. Surrounded by some tasty eating establishments and fun coffee shops.

Quarto limpo, com amenities da Dove. Café da manhã mediano, típico da rede. Hotel muito bem localizado.
