Esta muy cómoda y linda, la cama grande terrible porque esta muy aguada y las almohadas muy suaves no estoy acostumbrada a eso me gusta mas dura, fuera de eso esta en muy buena ubicacion a una cuadra de yong.

Stayed at the Britt for 2 nights. Communication with the host was fairly good up until we arrived. Our AC unit did not work. (Quite hot in the unit) I contacted host about this & didn’t get a reply for hours. Reply was not helpful.

Honestly awful. Prior to booking, a rash of weird off-Hotels.com communication took place, mostly around them securing a damage deposit in advance. Took us nearly an hour at midnight to be given access to our unit, the "host" (owner? management company?) wouldn't pick up the phone but only communicated by text, the concierge at the front was not involved and treated us like squatters. Elevator fob on our key never worked. Door to our unit never locked reliably. Place was markedly smaller than described in listing. After the first evening, host stopped responding to us entirely, about anything. There were dishes in the dishwasher and laundry in the dryer. The Internet was slow and the TV could barely connect. Awful.

Customer support was non-responsive. WIFI did not work during my whole stay, when I called them to fix it they said they would come by to fix, but did not and when I followed up, they did not answer. Key fob to get into the building did not work and when i tried the code they provided, no one answered. So I had to try calling them a few times before they let me in the building. The fridge had a really funky smell. Thankfully, I stayed for work so it was only for 2 nights and I didn’t pay out of pocket. I DO NOT recommend anyone staying here

Over all the apartment it was super comfortable and the location. Sadly wifi never worked, even after contacting the technical support nothing worked, this was a working travel I had to use my personal data or trying to find coffee shops to catch some internet so I can work. Unfortunately coming in and out of the apartment it wasn’t as easy as it should be. My key got demagnetized Saturday night (my first day of my stay) blocking me the access to the 10th floor where my unit was. I reached out to the responsible and answers where really unsatisfied, no solution even after multiple times reaching out.
