Very friendly staff, accommodating our late arrival. Beautiful, historic property in the heart of a charming town - walkable to other small business, coffee shops, etc. Glad we stumbled across this hidden gem!

This is a charming older style of inn, nothing like the cookie cutter hotels that litter the landscape. I'd give it a five if the breakfast offered more hot offerings, though the eclectic choice of items was kinda fun, and if the mattresses were outstanding (they fell a bit short of that, but not bad). The innkeeper is engaging and has good restaurant suggestions. We came on a Monday in late summer and the town was dead; most stores and restaurants were closed. It picked up a little on Tuesday. If we return to the area, I would definitely stay here again. It is a good value and a fun hotel.
