South 32 Hotel by Zzzing

We switched to this hotel from a hotel on the northern part of the island on our last day at Malta, to be closer to the airport for departure. We booked a Superior room with sea view. The hotel is very noisy and in general bad service and no effort to remedy. Checking in at around 18:00 there were no towels at the room, and no kettle.. The South 32 hotel kept promising clean towels soon and a kettle, and kept asking for our room number, when asking for the clean towels they promised. In general it felt like they couldn’t care less and did not even say goodbye, when we left. There was a lot of powercuts / power blackouts at our stay, which was not to blame on the hotel - but zero help to remedy from the unhelpful hotel / receptionist, not their problem. This hotel is by far, the worst hotel stay I/we have ever stayed at. I / we do not recommend.

Résidence avec piscine idéale pour une fin de séjour. Chambre avec jacuzzi très appréciable. Pas assez de vaisselle pour 4pers. Petit déjeuner agréable.

The hotel is great choice. Clean rooms, friendly staff, nice breakfast, amazing pool with a view. There is a nice beach close to the hotel. Definitely worth it.

Hôtel relativement bien situé, réception par un personnel accueillant et souriant, très à l'écoute et très serviable. La chambre au RDC, sale : touffes de cheveux, mouchoirs derrière la table de nuit, traces de chiffons, coulures sur les portes... On se salit les pieds à marcher sans chaussure. Tâches de peinture sur le sol, les lampes de chevet...traces de joint de carrelage dans la salle de bain... Pas de Vmc, humidité et les serviettes qui ne sèchent pas. Fenêtre aveugle dans la chambre. Nous sommes restés 6 nuits, les tasses a café utilisées ne sont pas lavées d'un jour sur l'autre. Petit déjeuner, il n'y a rien à dire. Le gros point est sans aucun doute l'absence de ménage.
