Had a great stay at c-hotels diplomat in Florence recently! The staff were helpful, and the hotel is surprisingly quiet despite being in a central neighbourhood and close to the train station. There is parking in a lot right next door, though it's a bit expensive this was expected given that it's in a major city. The room was very comfortable and clean. The only major drawback was there was a faint smell of sewage in the lobby that never really went away, but both myself and my partner noted it the whole time. The hotel is located in a very central area, easy to walk to everything.

Hotel antigo e com reforma a ser feita, os carpetes tem cheiro forte de velho. Atendimento regular, apesar de ser considerado 4 estrelas, e com estacionamento disponível, tivemos que empurrar nossas malas por uma rampa muito íngreme de um estacionamento longe do hotel. Acho que deveria ser mais claro as condições.

Excellent location near the train station. Also close to the most espectacular and iconic church of florence. Hotel provides elevator which is very appreciated because not many hotels in Florence count with this service. Very clean and modern room, i loved the tub in room with a separate shower. I highly recommend this hotel. I rate it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

We loved that it was across the street from the train station which was great for arriving and leaving Florence. Taxis go on strike and you dont know until the day before or day of. Its the city so surrounding area is a bit dirty but as you walk around its not too bad. We were 15-30mins away walking distance from everything which was great. The hotel room was warm. The AC was not working. The breakfast was good here and the staff was extremely nice and helpful

L’hôtel est très bien, les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Le personnel est très serviable et gentil. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et complet. Le quartier de la gare est pratique (près du centre ville à pieds, à peine 15min), néanmoins il n’est pas très bien fréquenté à certains moments de la journée. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et reviendrai avec plaisir.

Close to the train station and a short walk to the more scenic parts of town. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. One of the less aesthetically pleasing hotels I’ve stayed at while in Italy but functional.

Ótimo hotel, super bem localizado em frente a estação central de trens Santa Maria Novella e praticamente colado no centro histórico de Florença. Atendimento muito bom por parte dos funcionários do hotel, especialmente a recepção e os do café da manhã (restaurante). O Felipo especificamente foi muito gentil o tempo inteiro e nos ajudou com um problema que tivemos no quarto, prontamente nos acomodando em um novo quarto. O café da manhã é be satisfatório. O quarto lindamente decorado , boas roupas de cama. A cama poderia ser um pouco mais macia, mas sei que isso é muito do gosto pessoal de cada hospede.

I appreciated the flexibility at check-in. When we returned to check-in (still early 2pm) the room was ready and our luggage was delivered. We didn’t read that check-out was at 11 and wasn’t informed until day of by a phone call from reception. As a hotel employee in the states we stripped the bed and straightened up the room to make it as easy as possible for our housekeeper. I would strongly suggest making people pay an incidental hold for taxes and fees at check-in. We were followed out of the hotel with an inquiry about payment and our one key card as we departed. It was embarrassing and insulting. I’ve never had to physically check-out of a hotel unless it was an early departure. I’ve also worked in the industry for 20 years and travel often.

El hotel y desayuno muy buenos. La amabilidad del personal al ayudarnos en una crisis, ya que robaron las cartera de mi madre con el DNI y necesitabamos la copia que habían echo en el hotel para la vuelta. Y consiguieron encontrarla. Muchas gracias. Si eso hubiera sido difícil volver a España.

Hotel was critically short staffed and the employees at the front desk were always rude and unhelpful. We had to go down to the front desk several times over the course of our week long stay to get things that we had run out of such as toilet paper, coffee, etc. because the staff refused to bring those items to our room when requested. The internet was very spotty. Our room was full of mosquitoes because the window had not been closed properly. Overall, we had a miserable time at this hotel, and it ruined Florence for us.

Comodissima la posizione, di fronte la stazione dei treni e dove passa la tramvia che collega all'aereoporto. Bella la vista dalla camera al 5 piano, peccato che sul balconcino una delle due sedie fosse rotta e quindi impossibile da utilizzare. Colazione buona e varia, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Albergo in posizione strategica, a due passi dalla Stazione e vicino a Santa Maria Novella e al Centro. Io sono stata fortunata ed ho avuto una camera molto grande con un bagno parimenti spazioso (mio fratello e miei amici avevano camere piccoline .....). Uniche pecche: il prezzo alto per la notte del sabato (c'era il pienone per la Maratona) e il prezzo pagato da me con Expedia per la notte di domenica molto più alto (circa 50 euro in più) nonostante la prenotazione con molto anticipo rispetto a quello offerto ai miei amici per telefono una settimana prima ....... oltretutto con la Colazione. ..... e poi, non si può far pagare la colazione 18 euro, lo trovo spropositato!!!!
