Villa La Massa

Had an incredible stay, staff were lovely and so helpful. The Villa was beautiful. We didn't want to leave!

We had the best week at Villa La Massa. Every single member of staff made our stay super pleasant. Everyone was vert smiley, kind and helpful. The property, its surrounding and all the amenities are absolutely stunning. We loved our first experience at Villa La Massa and looking forward to coming back soon again. Beautiful property, view of the river, gardens are amazing, worth the cost.

We came here for the last stop of our Italian honeymoon and were certainly impressed by the property, amenities, room, etc. but we were truly enchanted by the staff who did everything to make our stay the most memorable of our lives. There are too many people to mention them all by name but particular standouts were the bartender Alessio who, over the week, took us on a tour of various Italian amaros as digestivos, Mattia who was always happy to chat with us about the latest events of the Giro in the spare moments when he was wasn't tending to guests, and Vassilios who, on short notice when a wine tasting wasn't available, helped us pick a few bottles and walked us through the tasting notes and experience. Never in my life have I felt so much at home at a hotel. Considering the price, I initially thought this would be a once-in-a-lifetime experience for us, but now I anticipate it may become a required stop on any future European vacations we take, because it was so, so worth it.

5 stars isn’t good enough! This was my 2nd time staying here and I will definitely go back. The hotel is luxury mixed with cozy. The size of the hotel made us feel at home but also the luxury made us feel VIP. It was a slice of heaven. The food was amazing and location is perfect. Shuttle service to Florence is a quick 20 minute ride. The grounds made you feel like you were in the Tuscan hills. Fabulous!
