The Yard Corfu Boutique Hotel and Spa

Excellent hotel - top notch service and the best half board food we have ever experienced. Perfect for a getaway for a few days and really comfortable amenities. Great gym, spa, and pool. The staff went above and beyond and are very polite and helpful. The food is really top tier with great options every night. Highly recommend!

The whole staff of the Yard Corfu is very helpfull and friendly. The facilities are Nice and clean.Parking a car in front of the hotel. Breakfast in the morning and the cocktails at the bar are good quality! Highly recommend!

Séjour extrêmement décevant au The Yard Corfu. Derrière une communication très travaillée et une image de “boutique hôtel premium”, la réalité est tout autre. À notre arrivée pour 2 nuits réservées via Expedia, après un accueil très théâtral, on nous annonce soudain qu’aucune chambre n’est disponible à cause d’un prétendu problème électrique. Aucun appel, aucun email avant notre venue, alors que l’hôtel avait tous nos contacts. L’explication semblait inventée : on nous dit qu’aucune intervention n’est possible car c’est férié, alors qu’un technicien travaillait le même jour sur le jacuzzi. Tout laisse penser à un surbooking, les réservations directes étant clairement prioritaires. Le relogement proposé n’avait rien à voir avec le standing vendu : chambre basique en RDC, vue rue, mauvaise insonorisation, humidité, ventilation absente, entretien médiocre (poils dans la douche, serviettes humides, tapis sale remis “propre”). Inadmissible. Autre point choquant : la gestion des avis. Après un commentaire honnête, la manager nous a demandé de le supprimer et a laissé entendre que les compensations dépendaient de notre retour en ligne. On nous a même évoqué des nuits offertes contre un avis positif. Pratique très problématique. Service global désorganisé : plus d’1h d’attente au restaurant, boissons oubliées, informations contradictoires, massage “offert” finalement impossible car le spa avait fermé plus tôt sans prévenir. Superb staff. Very quiet, lovely pool & garden. Incredibly good food. The breakfast is amazing. Highly recommended to stay here.
