Beautiful property…loved the lobby bar, the prime rib sliders were amazing. Bed was uncomfortable however, so consider sleeping elsewhere, but certainly come see the lobby and other bars.

I had an incredible experience at Asher Adams. Every single employee was extremely welcoming, kind and helpful. The restaurant Rouser was delicious. The bar 119 had great ambience and the bartenders were great. This hotel is beautiful and very clean. Will definitely be returning.

No microwaves in the room, which is fine. But there is no alternative to heating up food anywhere in the hotel. Typically hotels without microwaves in rooms would have a designated area/option to warm food up if needed. Other than that it was great, but it would be nice to be able to heat up food somewhere in the hotel.

Beautiful hotel and exceptional service from the moment we checked in. Gorgeous hotel and room/ bath was large and fabulous! The restaurant Rouser was delicious, I highly recommend it.

Beautiful clean and high class. We paid for $28 breakfast which gave us a $20 credit to the on site restaurant, so that didn’t make sense, but otherwise it was wonderful

Very nice historic landmark with beautiful detail inside. Parking is the typical modern additional guest tax( expensive) to add onto the room rate. Any room below 7th floor on even side will be trash view unfortunately. Very convenient location and beautiful bathrooms in the suits.

A beautiful incorporation of a very historic Union Pacific train depot, this hotel offers a thoughtful blend of modern and classic. The restaurant is a delight, with surprisingly fair pricing and attentive service. The upstairs bar is rich with history and views of downtown Salt Lake City. Highly recommended

Was looking forward to staying here as I knew it was part of restored Union Pacific Station and a new property. The staff and service were great. The room was beautifully "designed" but not much thought to comfort. An open bathroom is ridiculous if two people in the room. No privacy. Bathroom did not have towel hooks or bars so once off the shelf, no place for towel. no shelf or hook in shower either. No waste can in bathroom. Even though a new hotel, you could hear voices on all sides of room. Biggest insult is $10 wifi charge on a $350 room. $45/night parking seems crazy steep for SLC too.

We stayed at Asher Adams for one night as a family with small children. While it's not a super family-friendly property, it felt safe and clean and very elevated. We parked at the garage just past the hotel for $2/hour or $10/day, free on Sundays. Bookin through expedia, we added breakfast onto our reservation, which was served at the Rouser. Incredible. Would absolutely stay here again, but would enjoy the full experience more without kids, as there is more for adults to enjoy than children. We did love fountain / splash pad outside in the beautiful courtyard!

First, in that I didn't prepay for the 3-night stay, the hotel was enabled by Expedia to gouge me. Expedia never sent me any paperwork that stated the charges I initially agreed to, so they hotel charged me at least ten times that amount. Then, you can't get anyone from Expedia on the phone for help. The hotel was sub-par in every way, cleaning services, in room amenities like even a coffee maker. The walls were thin, I heard so many noises that the room sounded haunted. For example, the upstairs floor-boards creaked, and the pipes pinged.... not to mention the music blasting for the club next door and the street fair behind the hotel..... This trip was a nightmare!!!

The hotel and staff were greatly. The coffee shop was excellent. The only thing i didn't like is that the shower curtain needs to be 4-5" longer. When i took a shower, water splattered everywhere.

Is inside of the old Union Railroad station in SLC and it’s beautiful! Decor blends very well and the rooms are brand new with nice bathrooms. We were very surprised at how nice it was for the price.

Beautiful hotel! I stayed with my daughter and was so impressed by the atmosphere and comfort. The restaurant was excellent, with a talented chef and amazing service—special thanks to Ella, who truly made our experience unforgettable. Everything from the water stations to the cozy rooms made us feel cared for. A wonderful stay!

What an incredible property. Charles at the front desk was so friendly and nice and accommodating. Because it was my birthday they upgraded us to a historic room and it was absolutely amazing. Honestly you will not regret staying here the whole vibe is just perfect.

Very nice historic landmark with beautiful detail inside. Parking is the typical modern additional guest tax( expensive) to add onto the room rate. Any room below 7th floor on even side will be trash view unfortunately. Very convenient location and beautiful bathrooms in the suits.

A beautiful incorporation of a very historic Union Pacific train depot, this hotel offers a thoughtful blend of modern and classic. The restaurant is a delight, with surprisingly fair pricing and attentive service. The upstairs bar is rich with history and views of downtown Salt Lake City. Highly recommended

Beautiful property…loved the lobby bar, the prime rib sliders were amazing. Bed was uncomfortable however, so consider sleeping elsewhere, but certainly come see the lobby and other bars.

I had an incredible experience at Asher Adams. Every single employee was extremely welcoming, kind and helpful. The restaurant Rouser was delicious. The bar 119 had great ambience and the bartenders were great. This hotel is beautiful and very clean. Will definitely be returning.

We stayed at Asher Adams for one night as a family with small children. While it's not a super family-friendly property, it felt safe and clean and very elevated. We parked at the garage just past the hotel for $2/hour or $10/day, free on Sundays. Bookin through expedia, we added breakfast onto our reservation, which was served at the Rouser. Incredible. Would absolutely stay here again, but would enjoy the full experience more without kids, as there is more for adults to enjoy than children. We did love fountain / splash pad outside in the beautiful courtyard!

Beautiful clean and high class. We paid for $28 breakfast which gave us a $20 credit to the on site restaurant, so that didn’t make sense, but otherwise it was wonderful

Beautiful hotel! I stayed with my daughter and was so impressed by the atmosphere and comfort. The restaurant was excellent, with a talented chef and amazing service—special thanks to Ella, who truly made our experience unforgettable. Everything from the water stations to the cozy rooms made us feel cared for. A wonderful stay!

We booked this hotel because: 1. It was convenient to the Days of 47 rodeo grounds 2. It was convenient to sites in downtown Salt Lake City 3. It was convenient to public transportation 4. It came VERY highly rated This is a new (2024) hotel that is adjacent to and a part of the old Union Pacific Railroad Station. A cool old station that opened in 1909 with high ceilings, murals at the end, stained glass windows (railroad themed), a bar and check-in. The staff was first rate; friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The hotel portion is semi-circular with slightly curved room walls (which I liked). Unfortunately, our room overlooked the station, so our view was non-existent. The room is on the larger side of most hotels, with a couch, king size bed, closet and chest of drawers. The bathroom was it's own separate area. Walk in and a night light illuminated under the single sink. Large shower and a separate toilet room finished it off. Standard amenities (soap, lotion, shower supplies) were included and thick towels! The bed was very comfortable! The room was very clean (as should be expected for the cost). The bad: south of the hotel are a lot of homeless people (which surprised me). They kept to themselves, but something to be aware of at night. The bathroom is all black, including the light switches - hard to see The restaurant/bar don't take cash. Parking - expensive valet or you walk a block to public. Overall - a great hotel!

We think there was a "new" security detail onsite. We exited the elevator on our floor and a trainee asked for our badge. She was far from cordial. Not the experience we were expecting upon arrival. She was persistent and borderline threatening. Hotel should have third party vendor criteria in place before guest facing.
