It was a very nice place. We stayed in the carriage house specifically because it had a hot tub and a little balcony. But, the balcony was not maintained. Very dirty. Could not even sit in the chairs. The room itself is very nice and comfortable. Only thing with that though is the bathroom dates back to maybe a century ago when people were smaller. I'm not a tall man at 5 ft 10 inches. But, the sink is only about 3 ft from the floor and the undersized toilet seat crowded against the wall is about 1.5 ft from the floor. Both very uncomfortable to use. In the foyer of the Carriage House is a refrigerator with water and beverages for the guests. And little bags of chips, too are available. But, they wanted you to pay a buck to take one. Really? After paying about $350/night to stay there, the want $1 for a bottle of water or a little bag of chips. That's kind of cheap and low class. They can easily comp such by putting them in them in the rooms just like hotels do. The breakfast was phenomenal.

Still a nice get away. We were sad that they took the jacuzzi tubs out of the rooms in the Inn but otherwise, very nice.

We had a wonderful week at Rockwell Falls B&B. Tamara was a most gracious host. Here husband, Andy, entertained us with his guitar and song at the Inns Wine Bar. And I cannot say enough about Tamara's breakfast! She cooks a mean omelet! The location is perfect. Around the block from Lake Sacandaga and just down the road from Lake George with many other historic sites to visit. We had a great relaxing time! Thank you Tamara and Andy.

We have a wonderful stay at the inn. The breakfast was fantastic. We did not get to experience the wine bar or music as we stayed on an off night, but should we have wished for a beverage the owners were happy to accommodate. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful room (Sunrise Suite), delicious breakfast, friendly staff, comfy porch for reading! Wish there could have been a few more choices for dinner food with our wine in the evening.
