The hotel is lovely and the staff were in general friendly and very helpful. There was only one thing which spoiled what would otherwise have been a perfect stay. On the third night we decided to eat in the hotel, we went to the 9th floor restaurant and sat at the bar for a pre-dinner drink. To say the barman was rude and ignorant was an understatement! However, well done to the reception staff who saved the situation by recommending a really good local restaurant. The staff in the restaurant at breakfast and the staff in reception were excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel but avoid the barman on the 9th floor!!

Front desk fantastic. AC great and WiFi fine. Needs a coffee machine and nicer bathroom toiletries. Housekeeping great. The roof top bar is beautiful but without fans outside cannot be used in the summer as too warm. Service ok but have to chase too much. The location of the hotel is fantastic.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. Service at breakfast was excellent nice rooftop terrace for breakfast and aperitivo. Location is good you are in the heart of the action. You can walk to plenty of tourist attractions

Very nice Staff. The hotel is in the middle of the heart of Napoli. 1 block from Spanish neiborhood.. Few steps to the Toledo way ( Shopping area ) Spectacular views from the 9th floor rooftop Very good bar and restaurant. The room, its little old, but nice. We receive anniversary complement. Tks

Die Lage war für uns war sehr gut. in 15 Min am Hafen, direkt an der via Toledo und in 15 Min in der historischen Altstadt! Das Frühstück, war leider für uns nicht so gut. Es gab viel Süßes und Kuchen (denke das ist typisch Italienisch), wenig Brot/Brötchen und auch wenig Obst. Das PErsonal und der Service war gut! Die Dachterasse war unser sehr schön, mit Blick auf den Hafen und den Vesuv (auch wenn ein sehr hohes Hotel diesen Blick getrübt hat). Die Matratzen waren schon etwas durchgelegen und das morgentliche Stühlerücken im Frühstücksraum war nicht so angegenehm. Dafür hatten wir einen Balkon mit Blick auf die Stadt und die Burg am Berg (Zimmer 815).

Nice hotel. Parking is almost as expensive as the room. 30€ per night for a car is horrible. Almost swiss prices, more expensive than Amsterdam. Rooms are beautiful. Location is awesome. In the heart of Napoli

È peggiorato in tutto.Moquette della stanza sporca e puzzolente. Ristorante chiuso a pranzo, cena con servizio deludente.Accoglienza precaria e per nulla sufficiente.Spazi comuni trasandati.Impalcatura esterna non segnalata e prezzi ti che non sono giustificati dalla pochezza dei servizi erogati peraltro con fiacchezza e imprecisione. In una parola, andrò altrove perché a questi prezzi c’è molto di meglio!

This was by far the absolute worst hotel experience i have ever had. It reminded me more of a motel. The price was absolutely not worth it. Our room appeared as if it was under construction and not finished being repaired. The hallways are dirty and in poor condition. The view from the room looked into a slum. I was not comfortable here. The sink would also not stop leaking and I could not sleep.

The hotel has a beautiful rooftop restaurant and lounge, our bed was large and comfortable. It is also located in a good spot in Naples for exploring and feeling safe. The breakfast provided was also excellent for Italy. The hotel is a bit worn, the walls in our room were quite scuffed/roughed up, holes in the shower tiles, just some signs of wear I wouldnt expect for a 4 star property. The staff were okay, a bit frigid compared to every other previous stay in Italy over the past 2 weeks, mostly the front desk and bellhop. This is the only property weve stayed in I likely wouldn't choose again.

Modernize with great taste and with a lot of light. Ample rooms and washrooms, you will feel comfortable. The rooftop dinning room for breakfast has wonderful view of the city (also a bar) and breakfast is quite wholesome and freshly made - more than most hotels in Italy. Excellent location. Highly recommendable

The room given had recently been renovated so it was clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the hotel is centrally located. The only critique i have is the breakfast. The food is cold. There is not an option to do toast and the pancakes and scrambled egg cold. It would be nice to be able to order and have something warm. Even though the view is great the breakfast was a let down.

The location was nice, the hotel staff was great. The room we had was near the elevator, it was loud and the walls were thin. We could hear the guests next to us talking, and their alarm clock. The city noice was not too loud. Overall nice hotel for the price and location.

Convenient for us for an overnight stay before flight We arrived from Ischia to Naples by ferry & it was around a 10minute taxi ride, very assertive taxi driver at the Port didn’t want to out the meter on but eventually did & cost was juts under 10 euro Hotel is in the centre of things so streets can be quite noisy ( even from the 7th floor ) but it wasn’t too troublesome Rooms are a very tired, big holes in curtains etc but was fine for one night, bed was very comfortable & good bed linens Was a 15 min taxi ride to Naples airport but this was at 6am so not much traffic, taxi cost 30 euro, no meter this time & I had no energy to argue with them 😊 Check in was good

Overall a good stay, however the air conditioning was somewhat ineffective for 35 degree heat. The usb charging points around the bed didn’t work so it was quite inconvenient to charge any devices, and some of the staff could’ve been friendlier

Ottima posizione, personale professionale ed accogliente. Stanze confortevoli solo poco insonorizzate, purtroppo abbiamo avuto vicini un pò rumorosi e la camera sovrastante con persone che hanno spostato sedie e camminato rumorosamente rientrando dopo l'una. Colazione eccellente.

We were looking for comfort and convenience at the end of a busy trip. The rooms were well-appointed, the staff was very helpful, and the dining room was bright and airy with terrific views so we ended up eating there both nights, although the menu was a bit dull anbd needs improvement.

Had an amazing stay here for 3 nights in October 2025. The room was well appointed, clean and the staff were excellent. It’s right on the edge of via Toledo and the Spanish quarter, you’re never more than 10 minutes from great food and wine.

Very nice clean rooms, mine even had a balcony. The rooftop and restaurant is really nice and personal is very nice too. Great emplacement too. I would’ve given 10/10 but the WiFi provided is just a very miserable experience.

The room given had recently been renovated so it was clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the hotel is centrally located. The only critique i have is the breakfast. The food is cold. There is not an option to do toast and the pancakes and scrambled egg cold. It would be nice to be able to order and have something warm. Even though the view is great the breakfast was a let down.

On the third night we decided to eat in the hotel, we went to the 9th floor restaurant and sat at the bar for a pre-dinner drink. To say the barman was rude and ignorant was an understatement! Salvatore and Ruben at the front desk were extremely helpful. Salvatore was welcoming, patient, efficient and very customer oriented when we arrived on the first day, answering all my questions. This gave us such a comfortable feeling as we had not stayed in Naples before. The room was comfortable, everything worked and we enjoyed the breakfasts and room service menu!! I came here as a matter of emergency, because it was not safe where i was staying in my previous accommodation. I have to say that the staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make me feel safe, welcome and comfortable and the service, and comfort as well as choices, location and amenities of this hotel are excellent. I stay in many hotels around the world very frequently and i can honestly say that this hotel is one of the best i have ever stayed in. I wonder if its because of my specific situation or whether the service is always like this, because if it is, then its a real breath of fresh air. Great staff, great hotel. I really did not want to leave. I will certainly look to stay here for sure when i visit naples again. Also an incredible view of the city from the roof terrace.

Had an amazing stay here for 3 nights in October 2025. The room was well appointed, clean and the staff were excellent. It’s right on the edge of via Toledo and the Spanish quarter, you’re never more than 10 minutes from great food and wine.

Front desk fantastic. AC great and WiFi fine. Needs a coffee machine and nicer bathroom toiletries. Housekeeping great. The roof top bar is beautiful but without fans outside cannot be used in the summer as too warm. Service ok but have to chase too much. The location of the hotel is fantastic.

Die Lage war für uns war sehr gut. in 15 Min am Hafen, direkt an der via Toledo und in 15 Min in der historischen Altstadt! Das Frühstück, war leider für uns nicht so gut. Die Matratzen waren schon etwas durchgelegen und das morgentliche Stühlerücken im Frühstücksraum war nicht so angegenehm. Dafür hatten wir einen Balkon mit Blick auf die Stadt und die Burg am Berg (Zimmer 815).

I love staying at this hotel because it’s centrally located in Napoli. I found it last year and this is my 2nd stay. The rooms are clean, just remodeled. Breakfast on rooftop is amazing overlooking the entire city. The front staff are super friendly and can speak English.

The hotel itself was a little outdated and the area around the hotel was a bit rough but the hotel staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Specifically the gentlemen who worked the evening shift who graciously tried to help us find train options when I flight was cancelled and we could not figure out a way to our next destination. It was also a clean hotel which I appreciated. Good hotel for someone who needs to be on this side of town and is not looking for anything too fancy but comfortable for a family.
