Rocco Forte Villa Igiea was a great overall experience for us. The Concierge Team suggested excellent tour options and booked dinner for us as well. The shuttle bus is very convenient to take into town and return. The food at the main restaurant and pool bar were very good. Thank you to the team for making our stay a very pleasant and enjoyable one.

Fantastisk Hotel og service fra første sekund. Super flotte omgivelser og service vennlig personale, selv med litt misforståelser mht språk. De var de flinkeste av alle vi møtte i engelsk. Maten var enestående til alle måltider. Hadde med en kokk fra Norge som var overrasket over kvaliteten på maten. Det var kjempe spennende retter for alle. Rolig rundt bassenget og egner seg for å skikkelig Rehab dager med sol og utsikt

I would like to recommend it as the #1 best hotel in Sicily. It is unfortunate that the swimming pool is not open, but it has all the advantages of a hotel. All the staff were friendly and the food was so delicious. Although the hotel is old, it was very clean.

We spent 2.5K Euro for a suite they said with terrace, sea view. They showed very nice pictures with second floor terrace beautiful view on Orbitz but then when we checked in they gave us the first floor and cannot see the sea at. We definitely much overpaid for 2500 Euro. Not worth that much at all.

Villa Igeia is an absolutely magical place to escape the hustling downtown of Palermo. We stayed for two nights and I wish we had more time. The staff and service was impeccable, dinner at restaurant Florio is worthy of a Michelin star. The concierge team, especially Irene went above and beyond to assist us with planning prior to arrival. I highly recommend this property.

Rocco Forte Villa Igiea was a great overall experience for us. The Concierge Team suggested excellent tour options and booked dinner for us as well. The shuttle bus is very convenient to take into town and return. The food at the main restaurant and pool bar were very good. Thank you to the team for making our stay a very pleasant and enjoyable one.

This is a quaint elevated prooerty on the harbor of Palermo. If you want to rest and get away a must. The spa treatment was divine. Food yummy. Bed like sleeping on a cloud.

The property is gorgeous and the building is very well maintained. The seaview to the harbor and ocean is serene. There is no noise from the marina or harbor. Staff was very attentive. The rooms were not missing anything. They were generously outfitted with robes, pool sandals, pool bag etc. we had a very memorable stay.

BEST ✨SERVICE✨EVERRRR!!! Love the views. Love the staff. Love the service. So picturesque. Romantic. Lovely piano music drifting through my window before bed. Gorgeous sunrise. Breakfast was so nice, wanted to have it twice. Details! Loved our room. This is now on my list of favorite hotels I have stayed.

Villa Igeia is an absolutely magical place to escape the hustling downtown of Palermo. We stayed for two nights and I wish we had more time. The staff and service was impeccable, dinner at restaurant Florio is worthy of a Michelin star. The concierge team, especially Irene went above and beyond to assist us with planning prior to arrival. I highly recommend this property.

So after arriving from A 24 hr travel to get there, we just wanted to get to our room which was a beautiful kingsize bed and view of the water….We were asked over and over if we wanted to see the junior suit. We said sure but was not told the price…when we saw our room originally we loved it… then she brought us to see the upgrade room and continued to say we can do it for 500 more… I told my husband something is up… it can’t be… I said no at first and she kept saying only 500 more and we said ok fine… we signed that it was 500 more for the up grade. We were tired and got in very late and were hungry so we wanted to begin our vacation. I in the back of my mind thought wow this is amazing but something is up. When we checked out we were slapped with a bill of DOUBLE THE AMOUNT WE ORIGINALLY HAD! So we told them we would have Never of upgraded in the first place but she told us 500 more. We went back and forth and even though after MUCH EMBARRASSMENT WE PAID 500 a night..1500more which we should have never accepted but at this point we had to settle up and needed to leave. The paper at the bottom we signed said small letters AMOUNT ONTOP OF…the price looked the same as the original with 500 more. VERY deceiving …We were taken advantage of. I should have filmed her saying over and over only 500 more. Also just should have stuck to my gut and said NO!

Staff were extremely attentive, kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, in fact each meal was freshly cooked and they were always wanting to do whatever they could to accommodate needs. Whilst the hotel is expensive we couldn’t recommend it enough and it is worth the price.

Concierge and reception staff were very good. Hotel is in a lousy location and has no beach or water access, yet the view is impaired by a jetty and a commercial marina. Food was mostly unimaginative and mediocre. Overall it was not a good value at all.
