The restaurant here is awful! The staff were nice but very unorganized and didnt have good communication between them. The internet was also down the whole time we were there. I was expecting a nice last night in rome but it wasnt a great experience.

They really do not have an airport shuttle. One time a day is not a service. It is a hotel that caters to tour companies. Bus loads of tourists. That is just an FYI. Also you have to pay for WiFi. Another FYI.

Expedia and googling will tell you this property offers shuttle service to the Rome airport. So I expected an all day shuttle service. But they actually offer one shuttle at 7am. That's all. When I indicated to the staff that Expedia says shuttle service and I expected a shuttle to the airport, the desk clerk asked me if I spoke to Expedia and they told me that. I think that's kind of snotty to say to a customer. The next day when I called down to say we would take what I thought they told me was a 7:30 shuttle, I discovered it was 7 am, and they transferred me to someone who never picked up. I called back and the the front desk never picked up. But tons of people are working at the front desk, so I have no idea why no one answered the phone. Internet is not free in general. We got it free either because of prior stays or our Expedia booking, I'm not sure why. The cab to the airport from the hotel is very expensive and the only option (no public transportation) unless you leave at 7 am. Driving to the airport we passed a Hilton that was much closer, so I would select that instead of this property. I cannot say enough nice things about the bar and restaurant staff. The service at both was incredible, the restaurant goes out of its way to give diners a five star experience. I highly recommend both the bar and restaurant. Some of the front desk staff should train under whoever trains the restaurant staff to learn something about speaking to customers.

When we arrived we were at the wrong building, front desk called for a shuttle, 20 minutes later no shuttle, I requested a shuttle again still no shuttle, after about 45 minutes the 3rd agent finally checked us in & got someone to take us to the appropriate building. The pool was closed to the building we were at. Only 1 person working the front desk at the building we were in. The AC did not work very well either.

Such friendly staff. A 30min ride on shuttle bus or taxi and your’re in Rome. At the end of a tiring sightseeing day it was great to relax by the pool and listen to local musicians

We had just quick stop at Sheraton (2 nights). It is a congress hotel so not that convenient for vacation. Pool is nice and rooms are ok. They have three different buildings connected by shuttle so if you are travelling with group be prepared that you might sleep in different buildings. You are allowed to use pools and breakfast in different buildings ..., but you need to take the shuttle. It is Sheraton so everything worked pretty much as expected. Value for the money OK.

Quite a disappointment for a Sheraton. Even though they reached out to ask my arrival date (quite customary in Italy to help you out in case of early arrival) which was half an hour before check in the room wasn’t ready. At check in still wasn’t ready. The room was not as clean as you would expect and the shower was plugged, on the positive side, the beds were very comfortable. An Ok hotel for a single-night stay.

Check in was a nightmare as the lobby was full of people and check in was slow. The advertisement was a king bed and they pushed two twin beds together to make a king. The pillows were terrible. Hard time figuring out the lights in the room. Once figured out the lights required the room key. The lights by the bed had bare wires showing as well as the telephone cord. There was black MOLD surrounding the tub (disgusting). The front desk seemed very over worked.

Very very disappointed with my stay at this hotel The restaurant is to be avoided at all cost, breakfast is as not good at all Didn’t expect such bad quality from a Sheraton hotel Housekeeping knocking and opening the door right away, soap not being replenish everyday, overuse of detergent which leads to a very strong no pleasant smell in the room Staff at the bar not professional Overall, I will not stay in this hotel or another Sheraton hotel and won’t be recommmeding it

they have three buildings which number 1 is very old but 2 and 3 are newer, i didn't even know that I have booked the old one and there you have to pay much extra for parking, very surprising!

Rooms were old and distressed. First room the sink did not drain in bathroom- so, moved to another where most of the lights did not work and there were 3 single beds instead of a full bed. Finally last room was ok - old furniture.

After a whirl-wind tour over the last 2 weeks of Italy and Sicily we decided we just wanted something upscale, quiet and near the airport in Rome. This not only checked the boxes, but the restaurant was fantastic, the room was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was the best ! Very helpful staff. The room was clean, wonderfully appointed with extra amenities ( toiletry kit, etc).

The service was espectacular. They have shuttle service to the city for a small fee. Plus private transportation. The food was amazing and they have live music outside. We celebrated my husband’s birthday and he was very impressed. They had a cake for him and even a birthday card. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are clean. I would stay here again. The staff was very friendly.

When I indicated to the staff that Expedia says shuttle service and I expected a shuttle to the airport, the desk clerk asked me if I spoke to Expedia and they told me that. The next day when I called down to say we would take what I thought they told me was a 7:30 shuttle, I discovered it was 7 am, and they transferred me to someone who never picked up. I called back and the the front desk never picked up. But tons of people are working at the front desk, so I have no idea why no one answered the phone. Internet is not free in general. We got it free either because of prior stays or our Expedia booking, I'm not sure why. The cab to the airport from the hotel is very expensive and the only option (no public transportation) unless you leave at 7 am. Driving to the airport we passed a Hilton that was much closer, so I would select that instead of this property. I cannot say enough nice things about the bar and restaurant staff. The service at both was incredible, the restaurant goes out of its way to give diners a five star experience. I highly recommend both the bar and restaurant. Some of the front desk staff should train under whoever trains the restaurant staff to learn something about speaking to customers.

Morgenmaden var virkelig god. Personalet var rigtig søde og imødekommende. Virkelig lækker svømmebassinsområde. Eneste problem var hotellet nok er bedst beregnet til gæster i egen bil. Det var grotesk besværligt, at komme fra togstation med bus over en stærkt befærdet motorvej og så blive læsset af 2,5 kilometer fra hotellet i 32°C sommervarme. Der var heller ikke ordentlig indkøbsmuligheder i nærheden. Helt fint hotel men jeg/vi overnatter ALDRIG HER IGEN.

Dejligt værelse, fantastisk morgenmad, meget venlige hjælpsomme ansatte og virkelig hyggelig udendørsområde med fin svømmebassin. Dog beliggende meget besværligt mellem Rom by og lufthavnen med tænderskærende vanskeligheder med brug af offentlige transportmidler som krævede ekstensiv research for ordentlig brug (anbefales dog stærkt af besøgende med egen bil). Det ville være meget positivt såfremt hotellet gav mere udførlig vejledning i brug af toget samt busser fra tog til hotel. Fremadrettet kunne hotellerne gøre gåtur fra togstation til hoteller mulig med gåsti og det ville gøre hotellet Sheraton meget mere attraktivt.

The only dining choice was price and mediocre. We order catch of the day that came with no side. Server was rude and not professional. Server deboned, or tried to anyway, our fish by ours table before serving it. This was a bad idea. There were still bones on the fish and he waisted a lot of good flash. I rather debone it myself.

The restaurant here is awful! The staff were nice but very unorganized and didnt have good communication between them. The internet was also down the whole time we were there. I was expecting a nice last night in rome but it wasnt a great experience.

The service was espectacular. They have shuttle service to the city for a small fee. Plus private transportation. The food was amazing and they have live music outside. We celebrated my husband’s birthday and he was very impressed. They had a cake for him and even a birthday card. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are clean. I would stay here again. The staff was very friendly.

After a whirl-wind tour over the last 2 weeks of Italy and Sicily we decided we just wanted something upscale, quiet and near the airport in Rome. This not only checked the boxes, but the restaurant was fantastic, the room was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was the best ! Very helpful staff. The room was clean, wonderfully appointed with extra amenities ( toiletry kit, etc).

Very very disappointed with my stay at this hotel The restaurant is to be avoided at all cost, breakfast is as not good at all Didn’t expect such bad quality from a Sheraton hotel Housekeeping knocking and opening the door right away, soap not being replenish everyday, overuse of detergent which leads to a very strong no pleasant smell in the room Staff at the bar not professional Overall, I will not stay in this hotel or another Sheraton hotel and won’t be recommmeding it

Our stay at the Sheraton was such an enjoyable experience. The amenities and staff were wonderful! After a long day of exploring Rome, it was great to return to our hotel and relax by the pool. All the staff by the pool, restaurants and hotel made our stay so pleasurable, they all went out of their way to make everything easy for us and they were so hospital - such wonderful people! We were greeted by a friendly receptionist on arrival, but upon entering our room we found a large amount of brown liquid with the appearance and consistency of diarrhoea or mucus in the bathtub. We immediately contacted reception, and a cleaner attended, appeared shocked, took a photo, and cleaned it. Despite the seriousness of the issue, we received no apology or gesture of goodwill. Later, we enjoyed drinks by the pool and dinner in the restaurant. The staff were friendly, and the food was excellent. As all charges were billed to our room, we attempted to settle the account when checking out at 3:00 a.m. for an early flight. We were told the system was unavailable, so payment would be processed later and an itemised bill emailed to us. The bill we received was confusing, with different prices charged for the same drinks and a dinner total higher than the amount I had signed for. I have since sent three emails requesting an explanation, copies of the signed receipts, and clarification of the charges, but have received no response. The lack of communication and poor handling of both issues has left us extremely disappointed with our stay.
